One of the nicest Wal-Mart stores I have ever shopped. Store is neat and clean. The workers are very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going back.

Had an order scheduled for pick up at 4 o’clock today. Still waiting for a notification that it’s ready. All the system says is that it’s delayed. Called the store and they cannot give me much information. It’s a “known computer glitch that has been going on for months“. So much for picking up my groceries “conveniently“ and coming home and making dinner. Guess I will be finding another form of online shopping. This is anything but convenient!

It be better if they had stuff on selves in grocery department otherwise pretty good to shop at.

Its a 50/50 experience Id say. Sometimes great, find deals, good service. Sometimes you find no one & service sucks & prices seem high. Bathrooms- this day was awful. Past theyve been ok & again 50/50. You might walk in & see feces, blood, etc, or itll be spotless. Never know.Its a store. Its going to basically be however the customers leave it & how quickly the staff can respond.

FDLs walmart is the cleanest walmart in the state of WI

Convenient because they carry a wide variety of stuff. However this has become a place for bored kids to just hang out and not do anything. The parking lot is full of people just sitting in their cars listening to music loudly and smoking.Inside the store is always disorganized and difficult to find what you need. Things are constantly out of stock or missing price labels. Pallets and boxes all over the floor make it difficult to get around.There are never enough registers open, as they are trying to funnel everyone through their self checkouts which are terrible.Worst of all was when we tried to buy a couple of car seats. It took us forever to find what we needed, but when we got to the register with them they couldn’t be sold because they had been recalled. WHY ARE RECALLED INFANT SEATS EVEN OUT ON THE SALES FLOOR??

Lately it looks cluttered and messy. Ive been going to target which is very clean and organized!

Some very good deals today spent extra $100 !! Very fast n friendly staff

Another lovely trip into our local big box shop. Out if all the registers, only two are being operated by live cashiers.Way. To. Go. WalMart.

Shorter check-out wait time than usual. Limited visibility to prevent carts from colliding when turning out of aisles. Decent amount of customers and large selection.

Shelves almost empty, whats left is thrown anywhere! Shoppers need to be decent, if he/she doesnt want an item, put it back where it was & fold what was taken apart!! WM needs to keep more inventory in grocery & regular items. FDL does NOT have many stores to shop since several stores closed, yet customers need to keep Walmart & Target neat and orderly.

Staff is unfriendly. Store is empty and dirty. Much better walmart locations to go to. Unfortunately I try to stop out of town if I need something

I was looking at a coal grill and there was no price. I am disabled and have decided not to use the scooter carts because they dont get plugged in since changes have been made and I get stranded! So I use a regular cart with my walking stick in it. First person I met had a logo on his shirt so I asked him if he knew the price but he didnt work there. Next person had aa name tag and I asked her and again did not work there. I waited for 1/2 hour when someone came from childrens toys because one of those 2 people said someone was looking for help in the garden section. I dont know why I didnt leave. My husband does all the shopping but I wanted this one item! This man was nice enough to take it out to my Jeep and put it in. I had his name but it escapes me. It was at the Fond du Lac Walmart.

Customer service is severely lacking. Ive been a Walmart customer for years but no longer. Since Ive been disabled, I have had nothing but issues, especially during the time they had the limited entrance. Because I look like Im young and healthy, the greeters refused to let me walk through the exits (per management it was the rule for people parking in disabled spots legally of course). I have decided Targets excellent customer service is worth paying a few more bucks for things.

If you are using the convenient pick up option make sure to check the order before you leave.I was charged for my whole order and only received a portion, the order says it was fulfilled.Now I have to wait 72hrs before they will reply back and fix my order if they will do anything.Its a shame most of the employees cant count to 7. (Otherwise my order would have been correct)

Been there 2 times now and still didnt have a couple items on the shelf. Idk if there isnt enough workers, or the person that does the ordering, dosent know how to order properly.

God! Dont get me started on this Walmart! Its a mess and prime example of good employees working under incompetent management! Management has no clue about efficient inventory management ESPECIALLY THE GROCERY DEPT! Order online and pick up at store! Well if the order exceeds $500.00 you have 57 hours over 5 days to get the order placed and paid for! Git this! When they text you Its ready! You will be picking up in Ferguson Falls Minnesota!! And in Fond du Lack you are 5 mins away! REALLY!? WHEN YOU GET TO THE FONDY WALMART YOURE $ 90.00 ORDER IS LOCATED AFTER 20 MINS, ITS NOT A $ 410.00 DISCOUNT! ALL THE STUFF YOU WANTED WAS OUT OF STOCK! No problem, pull around front and park. Go inside and buy all the stuff you needed and was out of stock! This is just one of my horrible experiences I have had there!

Everytime I come here to shop,the stuff I need is never available, very frustrating.

I think the Walmart in Fond du Lac is Awesome! I did have a problem though. Im a Disabled Vet and have trouble walking. I went to get an electric cart an they were all in use. As large as that Walmart is youd think they would of considered theyd need more of this type of electric carts to accommodate the heavier demand.

A disorganized mess. Stock people leaving their carts in the middle of the isles everywhere. No help when you need assistance with out of reach items. No one would make eye contact. And the checkouts are a joke. 2 people assisting. Talking. Assisted isles were very long and terribly slow. I feel they are coercing you to self check out. Not a fan of that store anymore. Will try to purchase elsewhere even if that entails a hour drive.

Needed wipers for the car..they ripped and it was raining. Their stock level and ease to match car to wiper type is very easy to do. Quick check out and pricing.

I saw children on the back of the electric scooter pushing them . Teenages driving them. . Waiting forever to get help at the selfservice .The employee seeu they are standing around talking. . And when they come by u . They are rude.

Don the front manager is a Gem. Always there to help us. I also noticed how well he interacts with employees. His beard reminds of my grandpas favorite goat Cuddles on the farm. He loved that goat. Now their both gone. Rest in peace.

I needed various items, so I had to go to Wal-Mart. It was busy, and of course, they only had three regular checkouts open.

This place sells cheap stuff! No place else to go so no choice but to! They are a monopoly and soon will dictate pricing as they wish! Need to bring back competition! Example: 6 month old or more rechargeable batteries at $18-20 a pack last a few months. Batteries plus same item. Fresh, but slightly higher cost. Last 2x longer! So much more, but if you shop there you know!

Was not able to sell me a phone due to the GM not being there at work.

My daughter and I both cant walk well.You hope you can get a scooter to use.There is not enough scooters for the amount of need for them.They need to add more scooters on each end.So that persons that are physically challenged and older ones like myself can go and do our shopping at Walmarts.

An item was put in the wrong area with the wrong price. I had mentioned it to an associate and showed them where it was. They allow me to take it for that price and made sure it was corrected. Good experience

Never enough cash registers open and the staff are rude.

People are not required to wear masks here or social distance, apparently. The folks at the door did not stop people from entering without a mask and employees themselves were not wearing masks properly. In a trip lasting less than 20 minutes, I had 3 employees come within less than 3 feet of me despite there being enough space for them to walk by me with appropriate distance. I spent less money here than I intended to because no precautions were being observed.

Was there on Sunday afternoon. Store was messy, floor was dirty. No carts. Had to go back out to the parking lot to get a cart for myself and an older gentleman who needed one. Several things I wanted were not in stock.

Excellent job cleaning and organizing the store. Never have I seen a mess or disorganization.Should be a role model for other locations

Steaks are great....they dont have onion rings they are more like onion strings but the food is great

Why dont they keep the shelves stocked? Im not the only one that has that complaint. Every time I go there theres always something I cant get because its not on the shelf. I go to pick n save. I can do my shopping in one stop.

This Walmart Doesnt have as much as other Walmarts that Ive been to but its good for what you need right away

I havent been to Walmart in a long time... Their self-checkout is really good, especially compared to other stores who have slow systems that keep saying the same thing over and over.

I like Walmart I do not like the self checkouts yeah people standing around talking and they have two three four people at each store but yet they cant have people check you out

Most of the employees are rude, lazy in that they wont even try to help you find something because they say they dont know where the item is either. I had a cashier put my bread in a bag and put a 2lb weight on it., Festival is 100% better, a bit more expensive ut better quality and employees

Its a walmart I guess you can say that. Stock at the store at this time is lacking. A lot of the shelves were empty. Not sure if its from the pandemic/covid-19 or just a store not being able to order stuff that they need.

This was my fastest and easiest shopping experience here. The employees were helpful in helping me find the department I needed to go to and they were very friendly as well. Once I found the pick up area, I was checked out and on my way in less than 60 seconds! Record time😀 That made my day, as I had several places to be today.

Im from Baltimore. This Walmarts Employees have more care, respect and self esteem than any i have ever encountered there. I was actually approached to ask if I needed any help. When I asked for help, I was taken to the items I needed...with a smile. Couldnt find large onions...person actually went in the back and found me some. All we get at home are : avoid eye contact at any cost and if cornered say, I dont know or not my department.Fond du Lac is very lucky to have this great Super Center, right in your back yard.

The employees darn near run you over...its ridiculous. This store never seems to have the basics. I couldnt even purchase a pack of Dasani water...why? Its a supercenter...most of the time its a super let down!

Customer service is a thing of the past at the fond du lac Wal Mart, tried to ask for help finding items on several occasions, and nobody wants to help, spoke to the manager & didnt seem to care, seems to be the new trend

It is absolutely ridiculous the lack of products and clothing this store has on top of the fact that you should be paying your customers do check their items out since 10+ registers never have cashiers anymore. And no one is kind or helpful in that store.

Basically can find anything or order it at WalMart. The Fond Du Lac Walmart is always clean and well organized. They also have taken lots of measures to reduce Covid spread like ordering grocerys to pick up and go. I hope they keep that going on after Covid. Its nice.

I am DISGUSTED at the local store not enforcing the mask mandate. Our local hospital is now sending patients to other locations because they have no room. I called the store manager and asked why the mandate was not being enforced. He said it was. Either he isnt visiting his own store or he is a blatant liar. Even the greeters at the door said they are not being allowed to enforce. Its awesome that they dont care that they are assisting in the spread of this pandemic.

We love the convenience an efficiency of their curbside grocery pickup service. And the employees are quick and very pleasant.

I have never had any issues when I go. If I ever ask for help, the employee actually takes me to the aisle. I always go early morning when there are fewer people and I do self check out

Need more variety, an the eletronic section needs to have better products...

Not happy with online ordering lately. Wasnt notified grocery order was ready for pick up. Online says pick up in store only but theres NONE in stock. And you cant order it online because its pick up ONLY. One hand doesnt know what the other is doing?

Good values overall. As the case with most Walmarts, it is somewhat dirty and lacks pride in overall presentation. The clearance aisle always draws me in with unpredictability and they are doing much better on drive up shopping service. Service at the register or on the floor are always absent. You would be very lucky to get a greeting at either.

The Walmart in Fond du lac could use some attention. It falls short of some of the other Walmarts.
