We are traveling from IN heading up north for vacation and stopped here. Very welcoming 🙂, ordered & received our drinks in good time frame. My man accidentally grabbed a drink that was made for another (he was not fully awake yet, and the drink was the same one that he ordered) we apologized, the manager said not to worry and told us to enjoy the drink on them 😊

Kind and wonderful staff, kids love the pumpkin loaf and cinnamon coffee cake. Helped my wife with a replacement drink after trying something new that just wasnt her thing. Great team!

Elisa makes the best cinnamon dolce latte in the US. Ive been everywhere, and am lucky to live near here and undeniably lucky that she stays here. I try to stop by daily and gratuitously and if shes working, that happy spirit, smile and delivery, Ill have to pay for the persons behind me coffee, so they know how lucky they are to see her too. The extra love she puts into every drink is absolutely a thrill. Thank you for bringing a bit of happiness to my life with a little effort.

Great place to go if you like to spend $8 plus tip on a cup of coffee. Id prefer a can of Folgers it lasts a month.

This location and parking lot situation is terrible. Ordered online and waited forever still. Its hard to get in and out. Target location is worthless and always out of everything. Drinks are fine overall but never consistent

This is my favorite Starbucks in town. Im a drive-thru kinda gal with my two labradoodles almost always along as they love Starbucks as well. The line could be wrapped all the way around the building but we have never waited more than 5 min!!! I love it! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and ever so helpful. Love the drive-thru staff!

My experience at starbucks on April 3rd was less than satisfactory. The lady helping me who had multi-colored hair had an extremely demeaning tone when talking to me. There are two ways to go about enforcing the mask rules, respectfully and disrespectfully. She decided to chose disrespectfully where I felt like I was being talked to like a child. There was an old man sitting down in the seating area where she scolded him that he is not allowed to sit there due to the seating rules. I understand that these rules need to be enforced but there is a better way to go about it while providing good customer service.

I ordered two of the same drinks, but added Carmel syrup to one. One drink was iced and cold and had a ✨decent✨ amount in the cup, the second drink was cold, but not iced, and had only an inch and a half worth of liquid in the bottom. Very, very disappointed.

I ordered 2 custom drinks and they made the base but didn’t add anything I asked which was simply 2 flavored syrups. No, they weren’t busy.

I always go before work to get my Frappuccino. The barista, Makita, always remembers my drink and is so friendly. She has phenomenal customer service. She always makes my day with her smile (I cant see it but you know its there) and also takes the time to ask me about how I am even though she is busy. The runner is crazy fast whipping up drinks. Kudos to her. (Sorry I dont have a name.) Thank you for making my morning and not like a number.

We ordered mocha Frappuccinos they were horrible, no sweetness to it at all.

Ordered my usual caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino with two shots of espresso. They did really good as always tasted amazing! The girls are usually really polite and friendly as well. Didnt have to wait to long. Even though the line was five cars deep when I arrived. Always happy to get my morning Starbucks!

I stepped inside hoping to be able to sit down. But theyre not allowing that yet. But the staff is just as friendly as ever and helped me come up with the drink I was looking for. Pineapple Matcha with almond milk instead of coconut milk. Good stuff.

I asked for cream and sugar in my coffee they put just a splash of cream and no sugar was not impressed.

Perfect atmosphere for late night, after school, homework and studying. There are tables that are perfect for one person(or two if you dont use much space) and tables that are perfect for 2-4 people. The other day my friend and I came to study and were there for over 4 hours (lots of homework) and they never got mad and at one point we got free drinks... I really recommend this Starbucks

Its Starbucks and they have the coffee you want. I love the different flavors of the hot and cold options. The seasonal drinks are some of the best around. I would definitely recommend this place.

Took forever. Manager was having difficulty with cash register so not able to help folks. Obvious new employee on other machine under trained. All other employees refilling machines so unable to help. Gave me the wrong coffee cake. Creamer empty and it took forever to fill. Damn I am camping and was looking forward to the coffee and coffee cake all morning. Pulling a camper so couldnt go back. Fat free coffee cake tastes like cardboard. Suck.

Nothing better or worse than any other store within this chain. Went through the drive thru and our order was taken in a timely manner and we were given the correct items. Lemon pound cake is always a favorite!

A classic tale of glorious brew. If I had to make any negative correlation, my usual charge for a venti Caramel Frappuchino(TM) had increased from $5.51 in Appleton to $5.54 at this location. Aside from proving that the Appleton Area is the patron saint of caffeine (praise be), I said nothing about this ~0.5% increase and continued on with my night.

Its Starbucks. You cant go wrong with Starbucks. They actually move quickly here too

They are training new staff for their new location. If you have patience and respect for the hectic demands this job Im sure has. They are human and they try their hardest to get everything out in a timely fashion. Customers sometimes Im sure are just rude but Ive only seen smiles...great job

Morons working at the most casual pace possible. Placing way more importance on mobile orders, not actual customers. Had 5-6 people who ordered after us in store get their drinks before us as well. These idiots deserve a pay deduction, for sure the best some of those losers will do as well.

We always stop here when we are heading north through the edge of Fond du Lac. You cant miss at this Starbucks. Great coffee and friendly Baristas. Another plus is that you can double up and go to Qdoba right next door if you are in the mood for a taco.

Best place in town to get my daughter her coffee! She also like the breakfast menu. Starbucks, thank you for having such a convient drive thru at this particular spot. Service with a smile.

The drinks were fine but when my friend and I came into the store the floor was completely wet and there was a small puddle of water still there in the middle of the floor. When we ordered the young women was friendly but messed up on my friends order. There was a young guy who looked like he had an attitude and seemed arrogant. My friend because of the mix up had to wait a while to get her drink.Overall, the experience was ok but the staff service could have been better, but still a cozy place to hang.

Daughter wanted Starbucks. Service was good. Coffee was as expected. I just hate paying $12.50 for 2 coffees.

Server was very friendly, pike place should be fresh brewed for what you pay, the cup I received was clearly from earlier today and tasted like warmed up leftover coffee. Normally a great experience at this location, Im hesitant to give too harsh a review, but stale coffee is not why people choose starbucks.

Always a sweet place to go for old fashioned or updated coffee. The breakfast sandwiches are also very tasty. The staff is amazing and it smells like heaven inside.

Chai tea latte is so good, just prices are as much as mixed drinks in bars.

Only giving this Starbucks 4 stars due to the location being difficult to get in and out of during traveling. Service was slight above average from my nationwide travels. Order was perfect, store was clean along with clean restrooms.

Coffee was good. Service was soooo slow! Went through the drive through at 2:00 in the afternoon. I had time to run into the store to use the restroom while my husband waited in line they were fully staffed and nobody was in line in the coffee shop. Just really slow bad service.

We were served today by the most pleasant young lady in the drive thru! She went out of her way to make our experience great.

They decided to change the hours. A line of 12 cars waited for over 30 minutes. Nobody came out, put up a sign, nothing. Terrible customer service.

They are usually very busy with long lines (as with most Starbucks Ive been to). Download and use the mobile app to pre-order and basically skip the long line. The employees there are friendly and courteous. Only have run into a few issues when ordering and they were pleasant about fixing the problem (refund or quick to make whatever was forgotten).Update: when ordering food, they seem to forget to serve them to you sometimes

I had been driving all night to Wisconsin.when I stopped quite early for me ...about 7:30 a.m I was really happy that it was open and the inside was too.Having the same friendly and welcoming places to go in various cities is very comforting.Tbis place does not let you down either.My peppermint .mocha,my sugarpium Danish and my breakfast sandwich were all very good..and served by a very upbeat staff!
