If there is a Kwik Trip That needs to be remodeled it is this one. they should Knock this building down and rebuild it. It is being completely outclassed by Mom and pas right behind it.

Typical older style Kwik Trip. Space is a little cramped. Bathrooms were terribly clean but Ive so seen much worse. Customer service was good, employees were friendly. This location also has a car wash and free air.

Hit and miss, there are some good employees and some terrible ones. Depends on the day, many times their salads are frozen because their settings on their coolers are incorrect. You will see you end up with clear salad leaves and Frozen eggs. They care not, regarding this issue. They just sweep it under the rug, and leave customers dissatisfied.. it is truly a shame....

We are amid a pandemic, Wisconsin is one of the states with a high rate of COVID19. and I believe all the Kwik Trip stores dont enforce the state regulation of wearing a face mask; at least I didnt see any warning on the door of wearing mask inside. The stores doors close automatically and ventilation is poor. Employees and other customers are in a risk of infection of COVID19 inside shopping. Today, after having driven on Hwy 41, I stopped by three of the stores around here in FDL to buy milk and coffee, and I put my face mask on; I had to withdraw to go in to the stores at the parking lot area because many people come out and go in, and they were not wearing face mask. This is not politics issue, this is a health issue for all the Americans. The stores were #242, #325 and #613. This not the first time, Ive observed this issue in Kwik Trip stores around Fond du Lac. I hope the managers provide safety for everybody who go shopping beverages and food. Employees are nice because Ive been a customer forever.

Usually I am satisfied with Kwik Trip car washes as a surface cleanse but this was bad. New dryer set up that moves around you doesnt dry...and then as you are leaving, the wash gives your car a shower of water. Back to the old school version.

Went in soft touch kwik trip car wash 11/24/19. Next day saw deep scratches in front quarter panel but hadnt even driven the car because we had bought a new car. Went to kwik trip filed report. Got 2 estimates for repair, around 2k. Kwik trip denied all responsibility stating it didnt happen there. They wouldnt release the video or photos of car going In to us, so I have no proof. The next day when we went back wash was being repaired due to the customer right after me backing up in it. Seems awfully fishy. I will never go back to this wash. Kwik trip is self insured and wont handle any claim of damage. Enter at your own risk!

Was there on Nov9 a man did not have enough for all his items, and he said he could not afford his sandwich the heavyset lady in glasses said it was going to be thrown away now ...I think she shamed him and should have given him the food. This made her and your entire company look insensitive.

This QT is in my neighborhood! I love every employee they are all super nice and will go above and beyond to make sure all customers are 110% completely satisfied!! Keep up the awesome job.... Ill never go to any other convenience store!!

I used to come here 2 times a week, but lately they got 5-6 TVs that show super annoying flashy advertisements. Guess Ill start going to the BP if they dont fix their marketing. Who wants to be bombarded with flying sandwiches? Totally an assault on the eyes.

Great gas station/mini mart. Fuel up and get some food for the road! Hooray for the donuts n rice crispy squares!

Im in this store daily, and although it doesnt have the huge selection of hot food like Hickory & I-41, the friendly staff will make whatever you like at request. The employees here are exceptional and make up for the locations minor shortcomings due to its size.

I love going to this gas station. All the employees are super friendly and make sure to add a personal touch to every visit.

The late night crew is nice. After I get off work at night they are always nice and polite when I stop in.

Its not as big as the newer ones. It has the new style mix with the old feel. Not enough pumps.

Besides being a gas station, its an all around small store. I always enjoy the hot fresh food, coffees, eggs, butter, milk, fruit, meat and good prices!!

Its always a VERY VERY pleasant place to go even though its busy the lines move VERY fast and the sales are always great!!!

Its busy, nice, clean, right off highway,fresh condiments daily. I recommend it

I’m not one to write reviews, but I regularly have bad service here. I always have to wait in line for more than 5 minuets with only one employee working the register and there’s usually another employee in the store stocking or checking dates that could be called up for an ic3. Tonight there were two employees talking to each other near the register that could’ve stepped in to help with the line. I’m upset that Kwik Trip isn’t quick anymore.

If your a DISABLED person who needs fuel every PUMP has a phone number to call and they are more then happy to pump your fuel as well as grab a few grocery items for you, and return items and receipt to you in your vehicle. For this reason I purchase 90% of my gasoline from ANY KWIK-TRIP STORE!
