Service to the ww2 vet family and the disabled mother.This man is very rude and arrogant,Years ago he scammed my grand father by taking an appliance that didnt belong to him and then charging my aunt when she went to his shop to receive it back.Now I tried to give him another chance to redeem his character and ask him to place my disabled mother on his 45 people waiting list for refrigerator repairs/ mom calls in two weeks later patiently asking if shes next on the list.The man was so rude to her and told her that he will drop her off the list, stating that he has no need for any more customers.No call no show yet...Mom still needs her refrigerator repaired,This is the only shop in Fontana CA that makes home visits that we know of.

M & W has been a great place to purchase good conditioned used appliances and reliable repairs. These guys will even come out late in the evening to insure youre taking care of. Weve been using them since 1991.

Weve purchased from M&W before and had a decent experience, but after today we will never go back. Two weeks ago, my husband and I bought a washer/dryer set from M&W after our old set finally gave out. The first day, the washer stopped in the middle of a load and wouldnt start again. The guy from M&W came out and fixed it -- the switch that is activated when the lid is closed had broken out. He said it could have been damaged in transport, but also that it might have been closed too hard. Could be -- my daughter had done laundry and may have dropped it. After that incident, we were glad to have a working washer, but we soon realized that the dryer was not getting our clothes dry at all. So we called the shop again, and the guy came back to repair it. He said it had been placed too close to the wall and that a sensor had been damaged. He repaired it for us. Fast forward to last night, when again the washer stopped mid-load. I took a look and could see that the switch had broken again. Today, when we called the shop, the guy who had come to repair it answered. He would not listen to us, blamed us for the problems wed had with both washer and dryer, and refused to believe that I had not slammed the lid shut. Because of our previous positive experiences, I might have given two or even three stars in spite of the troubles weve had with this purchase, but he was downright insulting and rude to both my husband and me and seemed unwilling to stand behind the 90-day warranty. For that reason, we cannot recommend M&W.

This is the most honest place, I have ever had the pleasure of doing business. Had a problem with my washer about a year ago. And had been worrying about purchasing another one due to financial difficulties. But they explained to me I had a great washer not to junk it. Like I thought I was going to have to. Came to my house fixed it quick and I have not had a problem since. Awesome guys. Thanks so much.

I called M & W on a Sunday about my dryer that needed repair. Mike came in a few hours, fixed the problem for only eighty bucks! We were considering buying a new dryer... Mike told me that my dryer and washer are outstanding and that the new ones are poorly made and can lead to expensive problems. I would call him again in the future. Honest and reliable. Family run business.

So i read the reviews and saw that they were good. so i decided to give them a call and made an appointment for the next day, they said to give them a call to check at what time they were coming . when we called them the guy at the phone was rude to my mother, so i decided to call them and see what was going on and they guy on the phone said that he didnt know at what time they were gonna come to check my appliance or even if they were coming at all, i lost a day of work for nothing, and the guy seem not to care about, he said if i wanted to cancel my appoint in a rude way so i decided to cancel it. i give it 0 stars. they seem to not have a good work ethic.you make your choice e if you wanna choose this company.

OWNER WAS REALLY RUDEasked for diagnosis on a washer hi said 20 $ I said thats really cheep are you sure ..hi said yeshe came out and says 100 dollars Ill have it fixed I asked great whats the problem WHATS THE DIAGNSOSIS hi said I cant tell you because you will fix it yourselfI said okey nevermind thank you for your helpclearly hi doesnt understand what a diagnosis fee ishi began to curse and yell demanding his 20.00$ after hi didnt want to tell me what the problem was makes no sensevery disappointing I called here due to there reviewsalso the washer that needed diagnosing was purchased from themvery short temperowner and brotherhighly dont recommend there refurbished productsmy washer did not last the 8months
