The company is HORRIBLE. The customer service on the phone is TERRIBLE. I can not login to my account online. They promise a call back and don’t call back. I was given a mattress that was the wrong size and had to personally go up to the location to have this issue address after multiple attempts over the phone with their main customer service. Once I had to call three times and was on hold 30 mins each time just to be hung up on. I can not wait to pay my account off (when I finally can get into it) and will NEVER deal with this place again. The only reason why I give two stars is because Heather that works at this location at least tries to help. Also the delivery people were nice.

I rate this store a NEGATIVE 0! I wouldnt recommend or suggestion this RAC location to ANYONE!!! They are VERY unprofessional and will lie to you about your delivery date/times. SILVIA promised / lied to me that she would have my fridge delivered within a certain time frame knowing that it was URGENT that I get the fridge delivered to me during the time she promised, not only was the fridge not delivered on the day/time she stated it would be, they were closed the next day leaving me to have to wait, unexpectedly, 48 additional hours to receive my delivery, not to mention with all my fridge/freezer food exposed considering I was expected my new refrigerator to be delivered. This woman called my phone ALL day asking for additional payments and paperwork but yet failed to deliver once it was time. Who does that but someone selfish and inconsiderate. Seems to me these people are just trying to make a sale more than gain dependable customers.

Zero stars really. I have never in the 50+ years of being alive experienced a more unprofessional staff as the individuals at this Rent a Center. I have purchased many items from RAC over the years and have never had a terrible experience like this. Silvia was the person I originally spoke with on 10/31/2020. She was quick to take my payment and asked if we could finish up the rest of the process later. I called on10/31/ 2020 requesting to finish the process, she was unavailable so I left a message. Never received a call back. I called again Monday evening, she was not available I left a message for a call back. I had to call again on Tuesday morning had to leave a message. She finally called back at 1:29 pm. She stated she needed more information I asked her if she could email me regarding the information because I was at work. I called again at 3:00 pm letting her know I still had not received her email. She said Dont worry I will get it to you and I promise you will get your delivery tomorrow. I expressed that I needed my merchandise delivered no later than Thursday. I had people form all over the country coming to celebrate my Fathers 95 birthday.She did not email me back until almost 6 pm while I was driving home. RAC closes at 7 pm. I sent the email first thing in the morning before they opened. I called at about 10:52am to confirm she received my email. She proceeded to tell me she wasnt able to deliver until Saturday. I let her know I was very disappointed and her attitude was awful. I asked to speak to a manager and she said he was on a conference call I asked her to tell him to call me. At this point I said I want to cancel my order. She said she could return my payment to my card. I said I wanted my money back today she said I could come get it after 3 pm. Two days before my family arrives I dont have a bed in my guest room. She took no accountability. I contacted another RAC who was able to provide me with the product I needed in the time frame I needed. However Fontana had not cancelled my order so I had to call back and speak to the manager. I spoke with Darrel who told me I could only be refunded on my card. He was just as rude as Silvia. Once we finished our transaction, I asked for his last name. His reply was my name is Darrel and I am the only manager here. I said may I have a number to a District manager or Corporate office? His reply was Get it from the store you are getting your product. Now, if I had held my payment until all of the steps had been completed, I guarantee things would have been expedited much quicker. Shame on you Silvia for poor follow up and rude behavior. Shame on you Darrel for not even listening to the issue and for your rude behavior. I guess you can say YOU LEAD BY EXAMPLE.

We found dog hair, food & bedbugs in the furniture my brother in law just got from this company. We have been bit multiple times by the bedbugs.They claim they have their store cleaned monthly if thats the case, there shouldnt be any bugs at all. If they cleaned the furniture that came from other people, there shouldnt be anything inside the furniture period.

Dorsey is the best!! From the time I walked in needing a dryer. He was very professional, welcomed ALL my questions. And I had ALOT..He didnt get frustrated with me and was very polite and patient with me. Then to top it off he personally delivered my dryer the very next day. Prompt professional service is hard to come by now a days. I highly recommend this place if your needing furniture, appliances etc. THANK YOU DORSEY!!

Wont leave a star if not forced to. A couch was supposed to be delivered to my house 12-3pm. Or so the rep in the morning, called again around 2 almost 3 asking where the couch was and will be here before 4( not going to be home after 4) and was told we dont see you on our should be delivered. Manager wasnt there, and the rep cant do anything. Ask if it will be delivered, I dont know I have to talk with my manager. Asked can we go pick it up. I need ask the manager. That continued for a while before finally settling down as the manager will call back when he returns. Did he? Nope. I had to call again asking for him in name, before finally connect to him. Went on a rant about stuff, and the manager said in a very calm and non caring voice, I will just give you a refund. and then we hanged up. Kind of wish you would told me a simple no, when I called this morning so I can actually rent a couch for my visiting family members!

Spoke with Joshua and picked out a fridge. Then the fridge i picked was no longer available so I settled for a dirty scratched up fridge. Joshua said it would be delivered same day but it wasnt delivered until 2 days later and the delivery driver was 4 hours late. The icing on the cake was that the delivery driver tore my linoleum. Only use them if you have no other options.

Called early to confirm delivery appointment.(delivery time scheduled between 3-6 pm)Called at 7:20 pm and was told they were on the way and furniture on the truck.Still waiting on Delivery, it is 8:30 pmGoing somewhere else!!!Update!!The guys showed up apologetic and I felt bad that they are still working late. Im grateful to them, and because of them, keeping the items.

Terrible customer service. When you purchase anything from this store make sure you read your contract carefully yourself. If you dont plan on paying your stuff of in 90 days same day ass cash. Dont buy anything their interest is brutal and Dont even think about making a late payment they will call every single person on your reference sheet daily until you walk in to make that payment. Yes people you can behind 30 dollars and will blow up your cell until you make that payment. I still have a credit of 700 dollars they would not returned it. They told me I had to come in and purchase another dining room table. I explain to them since you took my table I went to a different store and purchase one. Very difficult to work with and store manager just as rude as staff, but while they are trying to make you sign a contract very nice.

Bad service as far as delivery, I was told my delivery would be btn 3-6pm...I called the store at 6:15 to check the status of my delivery and was told the delivery person went to lunch. Now its 6:42pm and still no delivery and they close at 7:00pm...

Their service is terrible. Theyre rude and at the beginning of the day that your payment is due they start blowing up your phone like you never make your payment. Also they bug everyone on your reference list. 👎👎👎
