I was absolutely 100% satisfied with ABS Collision. They went above and beyond to make my Camery beautiful again. The office staff was friendly and helpful and kept me updated with my car. If you want someone on your side to fight for the parts you need that look good and arent trash this is the place. They will make sure your car comes out 110% better then when it went in.

Walk in to get an estimate and Lady was kind of rude. They hit my car and I want an estimate, they told me I need an appointment and $50 charge if I want an estimate. Or drop off and they take care of talking to insurance and fix it. Sounds like they are pushing to get your car done with them instead of giving you the opportunity to decide where you want to fix. Poor customer service when I asked if I can have a written estimate.

ABS Collision is the real deal. After my car was rear-ended, I went to several body shops to get estimates. But ABS was the only one who gave me a straight forward quote and explanation of the scope of the project. Their experts took the time to go over all the details with me in order to set the correct expectations. I have been going to auto repair shops in Beverly Hills for years. But I have yet to receive the comprehensive service that the team over at ABS provided. I dont mind driving a little further to ultimately, save money and get better service. Dependable, honest, guaranteed. Thats ABS. I cant say enough good things about this company. Thanks again, yall!

As a Detective I was trained on Traffic collision investigations and traffic Collision reconstructions. This was often done after One or more of the vehicles had been repaired. Never in my30 year career Have I seen such beautiful work done by a repair company. I have also dealt with a lot of good companies but the employees at this company were the finest. I have seen many collision repair shops make the car look beautiful but then it ran horribly. My car was absolutely beautiful when I picked it up the staff was extremely nice even offering to pay for my rental car because the repair took a few days longer. After two weeks of driving my vehicle and having it inspected by a mechanic that I trust. I must say this is the best find I have made in a while. God only knows I hope I never get in another traffic collision. But given the fact that we live in Los Angeles that’s unlikely. But I feel much better knowing that I know where to go now and the insurance companies can Not just blindly lead me to the collision center that gives them the best deal. Never again will I use another collision center . ABS not only exceeds the standard of good business but they set the standard. I’m so glad that I’ve met them and I entrusted my car to them. Ive known the owner, Junior, for several years, and had heard from many people that he and his team did fantastic body work. But I had no idea just how fantastic till this afternoon, when I got my car back after requesting some very specific modifications and repairs. It was all cosmetic work, but some was designed to really change the shape and look of the vehicle. Well, they did such a good job that not only was it all changed the way I asked for, you would think that everything was authentic, original factory work. Perfect paint matchings, amazing welding, detailed detailing work, etc etc. And when you are paying out of pocket, cost matters, too. So Im happy to report that their prices were highly competitive with places like Calibre that only do cookie cutter work that is far inferior to what you will get at ABS. Highly recommended. You will be blown away by how good they are.

Amazing staff they will do everything in their power to make sure insurance companys pay for your repairs. Very professional and super friendly. idilio is a perfectionist and and very picky your car/truck is in great hands. My car was in an accident and my insurance recommended A body shop. So I took it there and they did a terrible job, screws missing, air enters the car when I drive on the free way, paint chips off, had to take it back to the body shop 3 times for different times because I kept finding issues. The rear right tire made a clicking sound when I drove. It was a hot mess. Then I went to ABS and my car got fixed the correct way and even thou my insurance didnt want to pay and give they the run around. ABS never gave up and I got my car fixed the correct way. Thank u ABS!!! :D

When my parents brought my car back from an accident I thought it would never look the same but after taking it here I was shocked. They made look brand new and the inside was also clean! The car looked immaculate. Not to mention that their prices are pretty affordable. They also have text message updates to let you know how your car is doing. My overall experience was more than impressive. If I ever need my car fixed after an accident I know I will definitely be taking my car here.

So glad I brought my car here! Not only did they restore my 328i and made it look brand new, the customer service is amazing! The shop itself is one of the nicest I have ever seen and all the workers make sure youre taken care of. The owners were so professional and kept me informed the entire time my car was in the shop. Work quality was OEM and definaltely coming here if I need any work done in the future!

They wont finish the car on time and they have a thousand excuses on why they didnt finished the car on time dont waste your time with this shop Ive been waiting for my car since April just keep playing games and wasting your time

Got my rear bumper fixed and it looks like new did great work.

Took my car in 2.13.2018, my car wasnt ready by the date promised. Almost had to cancel my flight to a family surgery. Thankfully my landlord was available and my car was delivered to my home until 3.24.2018. Staff blamed the insurance, insurance blamed ABS, I just wanted my car fixed. After I came back my car had the airbag light on, had to go back to ABS and hoped they had a solution, which they did. David the mechanic did a great job on the front bumper right fender. My car looks great but now theres an odd sound when I drive that wasnt there before😕 Lesson learned👍
