Fast service. the work looks good, but changed the price of oil change $5 higher at last minute and said they only accept cash so if you dont pay with cash dont go here.

Called in and asked for Jesse it took them 20 minutes to change my oil. Pretty quick rather then waiting at Walmart and other shops and it was quite cheap to get it done not bad for 60 bucks

I went for a fuel filter replacement and diagnostic check. I had told them what codes it was throwing. When I went to pick up diagnostic print out was told that I would get ione if I had further work done on my car. I paid 80.00 for it and I wonder if it was even done. Not good business practice

So I came here to get my car worked on and I needed a full tune up and my check engine light was on. Which I knew and how much it would cost. They said that I needed a new transmission that I need to pay 1800 before my engine blew up. So I called around asked they said thats not true. Basically they rip people off!!!!

On 9/5 I went for an oil change and a young guy supposedly did the oil change- he literally took 3 minutes under my car and I sat and looked at him and he NEVER drained the oil I just saw him moving something under my car. I confronted him and he said “ Yes I did” the owner, a short hispanic lady, heard me asking the guy and she didn’t say anything, I was rushing and I had to leave so I ended up paying $40. My car then started to leak oil during the week, I went back the following Saturday and another short hispanic man said they have to charge me for something extra cause my car is leaking, I left upset. I asked another mechanic to look at it and sure enough the oil was dark, they never changed anything and just messed with it so it can leak and I would go back to them so they can charge me more! Anyways, my mechanic changed the oil today, keep in mind only two weeks after Best Lube and Tune has supposedly changed the oil, there’s no reason why my oil should have been this dark! I called Best Lube and Tune today and after the third call, a man tells me to just go get my money back. He didn’t fight me or anything, meaning- They know what they’re doing to customers!!!! They are charging you and not even changing the oil!!! Please don’t go here anymore! They are thieves!

He quoted us $100 to check the check engine light. Not quoted a price for the work! He wasnt the friendliest!!!

These people will take your car just to wash the motor, and then mess with the engine to have you come back and pay up.

I went to get my oil change and they broke the oil pan and gasket from my car and didn’t said anything until the next day that I realized my car was leaking a lot of oil and took it back. They just “fixed” it with silicone and told me it was already like that when I got there but the silicone was still fresh. They didn’t gave me a refund, instead.. they wanted to charge me $400 to fix it when it was their fault. Never going back and I don’t recommend getting anything from them.

They charged me more then I was quoted and I stated leaking oil after my oil change. I went back and asked if they can check to see if they tighten it correctly and there guy said your not leaking anything oil. I explained my drive way was full of oil he said it must be something else and walked away. Thats not how to handle a customer. I wont return back there again

Great customer service and make you feel like you are part of their family. That was then this is now. Watch how much cash you give. The person running the cash register will pocket money. I was a loyal customer. The date this happen was 1.26.2021. I.27.2021 is the day I take my three cars somewhere else

WARNING: LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS PLACE! They overflowed my car’s transmission fluid (as they’ve done with many other people in overflowing the fluid) and they took zero responsibility for it (of course). And when i spoke with the owner’s son, Jesse, he was unprofessional, unapologetic and rude. He asked ME to come speak with him IN PERSON and when i showed up, he let me wait there for over an hour before he finally said he was never going to show up in the first place. UNACCEPTABLE. And to top it off, once i got my car towed back home, i saw that the phone mount in my car was STOLEN! They ruined my transmission. Pursuing legal action against this place. DO NOT COME HERE!!!NO VENGAN AQUÍ! ESTE LUGAR TE VA ARRUINAR TU CARO Y TE ROBAN! ME ARRUINARON MY TRANSMISIÓN Y ME ROBARON UNA COSA DE MI CARRO!!!

!!SCAM!! DONT GO HERE!! I have been going here from my past my oil changes and they have never changed the oil filter even though they have charged me for it every time! Now I have issues with my car because they have not been doing their job they’re just scamming people here. Don’t recommend.

Super slow. Had me get out of line so they could oil change an employee’s car. Took over an hour and prices keep going up. I have been coming here for 5 years and it gets progressively worse. I am now done with them.

After getting the run around for several days they told me the part was ordered incorrectly. Every time I went to see if they were ready to do the job they had some excuse. Then they changed the price $200 more than previously quoted. I experienced the worst customer service EVER! Do not bring your vehicle here you will regret doing business with them.

I went in for a regular oil change instead they did a synthetic oil change after telling them twice that I did not want synthetic oil it went from a 40$ oil change to 85$ they seriously don’t listen to the customers

Been coming here for 10 years. Moved to Vegas recently and drove all the way over here to get oil changed however they failed to put the oil plug back in correctly. Cost me about $60 in oil change since I have no oil and to tighten the plug. I could have blown the engine. Its a shame this used to be a good place to go but now I would never come back. Be warned

I guess this place is good for oil changes! Had my engine swapped for $3500. They were nice at first but after they swapped the engine and I started having problems with my car and keep going back to get it checked out their attitude got bad and they wanted me to pay for everything that needed to be done. Excuse me warranty and the amount that paid what? I just want people not to get taken advantage the way they did to me. It has been 6 months and Im still paying for my poor choice. 😥

I take my car for engine oil change and transmission oil change, two hours later, i went to pick up my car, I found my engine running rough, they forgot to add oil to my engine before they start.( engine was running without oil) That is unforgivable. Ill never take my car to this guys again.

These guys are thieves. They over charged my mom. My moms ford explorer was leaking coolant. So we had no option but to take it to the nearest mechanic. The mechanic said he was gonna put new parts from the dealer. It turns out he didnt. Plain and simple he charged us 780 dollars to change the water pump and Thermostat. My mom felt they took advantage of her. So she calls her mechanic in Anaheim it turns out we overpaid alot, they literally took advantage of the situation. My moms mechanic said 450 for everything was a fair price. Especially since they didnt put the original parts like they said they would. They charged my mom 574 just for labor. Im so upset and mad. In this place there is a mechanical workshop if your car needs. A minimum job they charge you exaggeratedly ... prices too high. I do not recommend it.
