I brought my car here and all service has been done at rock honda. the service department has done my honda proudly. a few of the service worker could use a little customer service training but overall i would not take my car anywhere else. Very satisfied with the work that has been performed on my car. thank you rock honda.:)

No sense of urgency, staff walk around like they would rather be somewhere else. They completed work in record time which was a pleasant surprise but didnt close my hood correctly. In all the interactions only one person was friendly. Thank you Stephanie 😊 you are a true customer service professional!!

They have anything that you need for your car if they dont they order what you need

They lied said I was guaranteed car when I walk out the door but buying my car as well nope it didnt happen they stero typed us big time Albert was his name sales man .I even wasted my gas to go all the way over there.

My Experience was Great I got the Car i wanted. Rafael and Jimmy Helped me out alot. Amazing Customer Service, I felt welcomed and very comfortable, Very great service for being a first time buyer. They gave me a thorough explanation on how my car works and guided me to the car for me.

Honda in general gets a bad review from me. I have a new 2017 (bought brand new in last October) that has been giving me transmission issues. But bc I cant replicate the issue they say even though it is under warranty they cant do anything about it. It lurches forward randomly when I accelerate from a stopped position. It almost caused an accident when it happened last week. If anything happens to my kids while this happens I will get lawyers involved. This is ridiculously out of control for Honda to not recall this car even after I have seen many people with these issues when it comes to Honda I put my faith in Honda because they were supposed to be a reliable brand.... That is not the case anymore and I will certainly never buy a Honda again.

Im giving them 1 star only because 0 is not an option. This service department is a place you want to stay away from. My daughter took her 2016 Civic in for them to check the AC. They performed work without her approval and wanted her to pay over $600 for a freon refill and minor maintenance. After many calls and her refusing to pay for unauthorized repairs they charged her $149 for brake fluid exchange and according to them drained her freon. Please check the better business bureau many complaints regarding this dealer. It is a shame to see this predator approach on young women who are not familiar with auto repairs. There are other honest dealers in the area or independent shops that will treat you with respect and integrity.

Not satisfied with providing service requested, they use hard sell tactics to upsell. FREE lifetime alignment required a fee to test the alignment....
