Nice guy but price was more then the dealer so I had to call around and found a better deal. I saved myself about 300 bucks so I dont know if this place is just jacking the price due to the heat. I tried to negotiate a bit for a better price so he dropped $4.00 and said thats about the best I can do. Wow!

On 1/16/2019, they replaced valve cover gasket, clean air flow sensor and flush cooling. Paid $826. 00, I had to do it again on February 2020, of course warranty is due, nevertheless this time I was charge $325.00 by another mechanic and just FYI, check with someone else before you take it to this place, they over charge.

Completely pleased with Rodney and Ryan of The Radiator Man for over 10 years of service on my company and personal vehicles. These guys are as straight as an arrow! I have had anything from cooling system, transmission, oil change, belts & hoses, air conditioning, alternator, and other services. All work completed as promised at a fair price. And then, this job where they saved me a bunch of money.You have to read to the bottom to see what kind of shop these guys run.Last week, I took my company vehicle (172K miles) to diagnose what sounded like a pulley bearing problem. I cant afford to have my vans off the road, knew this was going to be a major problem if ignored, so Ryan said he would take a look at it asap. From the top of the engine, I could see the tensioner pulley wobbling a bit, serpentine belt partially torn, and hoped for the best. Initial diagnoses appeared to call for an air conditioning compressor (pulley barely turned), tensioner pulley for bad bearings, flushing of AC system to get rid of metal contaminants, and of course a serpentine belt. I approved the cost and repairs.That same afternoon, I got a call from Ryan. Once the van was put on the lift to start removing the compressor, he noticed a piece of serpentine belt was wedged in the air compressor pulley/clutch. He was able to get it out, replace the tensioner pulley and belt, and get me out of the door the same day. He could have just assumed the compressor was bad and replaced it, but he took the time and energy to determine the root cause. This saved me quite a bit of money.

I have been using this company for 30 years for all radiator and air conditioner maintenance. They have always done a great job. I want to really thank them and recomend them to everyone. The sure sign of a company that cares about theirCustomers is when a warranty problem occurs and the fix it no charge and no complaint. Excellent job !!!

I would not do business with this person, he says he’s been doing this for 40 years but when you ask him a question he doesn’t answer it. Maybe he knows but doesn’t want me to know.... or maybe he doesn’t know at all. BS er. Big time

I had my car towed there because it was leaking antifreeze very badly. They diagnosed my problems & were very forthright with me regarding the issues. They said they were only equipped to fix the waterpump, but not the other problem. They explained to me what could happen if they only fixed the waterpump w/o the other problem being fixed & said that it could cause another problem. They recommended that I should find someplace that could fix both issues. I appreciate their honesty with, especially with me being a woman and not trying to take advantage of me.

They havent let me down thus far. Used them for my daughters car, wifes, and now mine. Honest, professional guys, and done right the first time with reasonable costs.
