DO NOT GO HERE! THEY TRIED TO MAKE ME PAY $1600+ FOR A BRAKE LIGHT!!! Went in because I kept getting a brake light error notification and my light would go in & out. I asked them to look at the light and to check over the car since Id just driven cross country. I cant remember what they said the reason was, but they told me that I actually needed all new front tires, struts, and axels - costing over $1600!!! Luckily, I know a little about cars and knew there was no way. I picked it up and took it to a different place (one that a family friend recommended as reputable) and they simply replaced the bulb, did not find any other issues, and actually didnt even charge me. Im not sure if it was because Im out of state, a young woman, or both but this was absolutely ridiculous. I cant imagine how many people theyve scammed...

Tried to Rip me off for $200 instead of fixing my tire. Took it to another shop paid $15 and got it repaired with no problems. To lazy to pull out a nail and fix it...it was only slightly to the right of center nowhere close to the sidewall...

I paid roughly $1.5k due to a growing oil leak to replace the gasket and such. I noticed it’s still been leaking despite the replacement since then and have just not bothered going through with further repairs due to cost. Loved the free inspection and filling up tires with air though. The customer service is nice, the costs and quality of repairs not so much. Will be going through a personal mechanic from now on, even if that means the time of getting auto-work done won’t be as easy to schedule

I left the lot from an oil change. My car broke down a day later from lack of lubricatation, causing the engine to seize. Their advise, get rid of the car. The car was running well!!! I wiped out my savings for another car and theyre not willing help me out.

Wonderful service! We had a tragic flat tire on the way to LAX to go to Hawaii, my husband called ahead (about 20 min before our arrival) and they had us in and out in less than 15 minutes. Stellar service, we will be return customers! Thank you Mountain View Tire!!!

Do not take your vehicle here. They overprice their repairs like crazy. They wanted to charge me $830 to change my brake pads and rotors!? I took it home the next day ordered GOOD parts online and did it all for $170 in less then 2 hours. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they found out my axel was cracked but they wanted to charge me $450-$500 for that too. Also they had my hood opened when all I asked was for them to check my brakes and now I have a check engine light on my car?? Not saying they sabatoged anything but definitely suspicious. please take your car somewhere else

After 2 days of them keeping my car to change 1 faulty insured tire(thank you tire insurance), they finally returned my car with the tire sensor tripped and the car not drivable. Then when I asked them to fix it, they argued that Its fixed! Why do you get 1 star when you should get 0!

Oscar is the manager at the Fontana location. He and his staff are awesome. He is very helpful and patient and takes the time to answer all my questions. He is upfront and honest about all my vehicles needs. I will always bring my vehicles to him. I never had any issues with my vehicles when his staff had performed maintenance. Oscar, you and your staff are the best. Keep up the good work.

Although I came out of here spending $600 more than I planned, it was a great experience and I would go back. I believe they gave me a great deal I got my oil change free (the purpose of my visit). I use to go to Sears auto regularly and they never told me my brakes were worn down.

We wont bring our cars anywhere else. We have been loyal customers for 10+ years. The management team- Oscar and Sam are amazing and the techs that I know (they are all great! ) Glen & Mike really take pride in their work. We have been going there for many years and really appreciate their hard work!

Ive taken all my cars to them. We ran into a couple of hiccups along the way, but sam always takes care of my car and makes sure it runs smoothly. Really great mechanics that know what they are doing. Price is a bit high, but I rather pay a bit more and have the confidence that my car is being taken care of properly.

Do not take your vehicle here. They use cheap components and charge you top dollar for them. They will lie to you, telling you they installed a factory new transmission when they actually used a remanufactured transmission. You will not walk out of this place without spending a fortune on subpar work and garbage parts. I do not trust these people and neither should you.

I will recommend Mountain View Tire to my friends. I am not one that has ever felt passionately enough about a service to review, but I just had an excellent first impression of this establishment. I experienced an under-promised, over-delivered oil change which so often touted and rarely implemented in the service industry. They were faster, friendlier, and more professional than my usual mechanic experience. While an oil change isnt the acid test of a great mechanic, I am confident that Chris is the kind of straightforward, trustworthy personality that I want caring for my car. I look forward to putting them to the test with my future patronage.

I went in recently (11/2016) and the staff was polite and helpful. It was much different than when I had taken my car there earlier in the year. My car was repaired in a timely manner, and cost was decent.

Went in for an oil change for my 2014 BMW 328i, I was helped by Jaime. Great price and service.

Chris and his team are a class act. I would recommend this location for tires and auto service.

Nice friendly staff sometimes they will offer you free stuff or check out your brakes then ask if you want to replace them for a free oil change. I think they only do that if they are not busy or your a regular customer. They have free coffee will make it if you ask and a TV.

So I went to get a oil change like 2 months ago and who ever changed the air filter left the hose undone and my car was leaking and burning the oil all over till I seen and popped it back in place. Not happy with this matter. They need to be more careful

My car was working perfectly fine as well, these people wanted to buy it off me and wanted to have it inspected here anyway long story short now my car is running rough and those people didnt even end up buying please be aware before coming here or like others have stated check your parts prior to leaving

Expensive as hell but hey, they got the job done and were SO incredibly friendly and fast. Had my dogs with me as I popped a tire on the fwy and the manager offered to let the dogs stay inside while they repaired it. Thought that was very cool.

I bought two new tires from there the Cooper brand on Christmas Eve and as I was driving on the freeway one randomly popped and the next one did two days later Id recommend paying the extra $10 for the warranty

Everyone here was extremely friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. I took the time to meet all of these professionals. Especially oscar, mario, pedro, Sam, and Anthony. These guys are the best and worth every penny. They took good care of my car.

Sam is very nice, but be careful with their high pressure sales tactics. Also, inspect the final invoice price because they will overcharge you.

Found Same exact tires for $150 less PER TIRE. Completely ripped off. Not only that but i had some work done under the hood, 1/2 problems were fixed. Spent more than 2kI WOULD NEVER RECOMEND ANYONE THIS PLACE

This place does not accommodate older vehicles. They say they dont have the tools to work on older vehicles. Complete and utter trash! They also definitely overcharge!

Waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change when I had an appointment. Had about 4 people come in after me and leave before me. They gave me a 20% discount but I will not be coming back.
