Joslyn in the clothing store was a great help. I walked in on Nov 1st around 7pm to look for Halloween clearance items. She pulled out her device to search the whole store on the items I was looking for. Explained to me where everything was and kept on working. Kudos. Mark at the cashier was nice and friendly.

I like Target. I prefer it to most other stores. Its clean and the products are usually higher quality. But Target doesnt always have some of the basic things other stores have. Otherwise I would have given it a better score.

The customer service here has gotten alot better, much better at wanting to assist at finding items and they all usually say hello. But that will be about all the good feedback I could or would give this store. I have been coming here for years, I come at least once a week and spend way more here than I should. Unfortunately, as busy as this store gets, you can almost guarantee there will be at least half your shopping list unavailable. Its ridiculous how empty the shelves are at this store, have no idea why I still come here. Might be time to look elsewhere.

If you like Target, you will love this one. Always clean, organized and well stocked. Great selection of pharmacy items, toiletries, fresh produce and groceries. They also have home goods, automotive, electronics and toys...shoes and clothes. Whatever you need. Depending on when you go, its generally not that crowded, so you can get in and get out without having to dodge crowds

Sad to say, but the only person to give a morning greeting was the employee at the shopping carts. I walked through the store for about an hour, passing by several employees between the aisles and the main aisle, but not a peep from any of them. Most unusual, so I needed to make a review. This was at the Fontana Target near Kaiser. The Apple Valley Targets always give great customer service. Just saying hi should be standard.

They never answer the phone here for some reason and I don’t get it . I called as I was walking into the store and someone was indeed there just chose not to answer the phone. Then did not want to answer my question when asked if they carried 2 prong a/c or power cord lol like why work there?

This store is always dirty & things are always placed in the wrong area. The team members never greet anybody or offer to help, not even the cart greeter at the front. Theres also NEVER any carts inside & I always have to walk OUTSIDE to go grab a dirty one and clean it myself. The target in north fontana will be my go to from now on, that store is much more organized

I recently went to Target. I encountered a potentially life threatening situation. (I won’t disclose a lot information for personal privacy).I felt extremely uncomfortable and asked a Target employee to accompany me and my family. The security guard (Connor) escorted us to our car and made sure I was emotionally okay. He waited for us to drive off before going back inside the store.This Target is always super clean and the staff is super friendly so I already liked it, but Connor made my experience even better. I’m not really even leaving a review for Target itself. I’m writing this as a thank you to the guy who made me and my family feel like we were going to be okay.Target, please give him a raise or a promotion.

I really dislike that target does not make in store pick ups priority. I worked in retail for many years and in store pick ups were priority. They should really change the amount of time it takes to pick up an item. Ive waited more than four hours to pick up an order. At other retail places, it usually takes less than 2 hours to pick up an order. I love target. Just something to consider.

Best way to shop with the current circumstances. Keeps us a safe distance. Curb side pick up is awesome.

They close too early. Time to start extending hours to later in the night.

I love target but yesterday’s experience (Feb. 25) was very disappointing. I made an online purchase of last minute things I needed for dinner and went to pick them up after work. One of my items was ground beef. As I opened the package I noticed it smelled funny so I checked the expiration date and it was expired! I called the store and the manager wanted me to take it in for a refund. I didn’t really care for the refund, it was out of my way to make the drive and the point of me ordering online was to save time. Lesson learned!

Let me start off by saying that it is important to always be kind to the retail workers, especially amidst a pandemic. The holidays either bring out the best or the worst in customers. There was nothing but wonderful service and professionalism in Target. What saddens me is the fact that no one has even thanked the security guards for maintaining the lines going in the store and making sure social distancing is in place. Also, the wonderful crew that handles the online orders around this time have been amazing. Hats off to you retail workers! Looking forward to better days, and Merry Christmas!

Im able to have my items delivered to my car when I go to target and not step a foot in the store. I freaking love that.

Just went to my local Target and was surprised of the helpful employees. I’m more of a Walmart shopper but I don’t get the experience that I always get at Target. One employee that always helps me is Cole. Always a smile on his face and ready to help me purchase my groceries. Would definitely recommend coming to this target.

If youre trying to get the virus come to target! The single file line that wraps around the store is perfect! So much better than multiple lines, and it only takes an hour to check out! Cant wait to come back!

Good place for snacks or home goods. I grocery shop elsewhere and get electronics online. During these trying times the atmosphere around checking out can be a bit much. Not more so than other stores though.

Just another Target store converted into a semi super store crowded and rundown need some renovations most of the female cashier are very helpful but the male stuff need some help on been helpful towards customer service

The cashiers customer service!! Her multitasking while scanning and guiding me through the target app and telling me about the benefits and showing me how to use them all in the couple minutes she rung up my almost $200 purchase. I saved and learned about new saving opportunities.

I love Target ( hence the 3 stars) and usually enjoy the overall shopping experience but...This store has had mold in the fridge areas and dry goods shelving on nearly every trip. The cleanliness should be as important as stocking the shelves. I do appreciate the friendly and helpful employees but separate crews need to come in and do deep cleaning of shelves to help mitigate the spread of the mold and especially the virus. In addition, the shopping carts need to be cleaned as well. Im glad I can find wipes at entrances however the carts need steam cleaning or just straight replacing. Its gross to think I am pushing around a petri dish and reaching past mold to get to milk jugs.

Second time I purchased food items that were already expired, I never had this issue anywhere else but here, buyers beware read the expiration date, I always make sure I do now. And they never ever answer the phone other target stores do.

The store was fully stocked and the set up was nice. It was very easy to find what we came for. None of the Riverside stores are nice to shop at or have the items/ sizes Im looking for..

I’ve always gone here for years, I grew up here. And I’ve never met someone like Lexxy, VERY NICE HELPFUL ALWAYS SMILING. I went in with my daughter today and Lexxy was there helping everyone as we were standing in line to pay, I had to really let her know she’s awesome for always standing out and being so nice to everyone :)

The line is extremely long, moving too slow, shoppers waiting are not able to maintain the recommended distance nor wear masks properly. Be ready to wait a very long time outside In the heat before going inside the store. I hope this help

The dressing rooms are closed which sucks if you want to try on clothes before buying them. I had to purchase different sizes to take home to try on.

Use to be a good store. Ive noticed a change in employees mood & work ethic. After observing more I seen that the management being pushy. One thing managers for some reason havent comprehend is that pushing employees gets negative results. Anyway regardless dont like how this place is running now wont be coming here often.

Went for some alcohol only had a few selections of hard seltzer. It was mostly sold out but was still able to get something to drink.

My family always shops at Target. We don’t go to Walmart

Target has a good variety of products I like at competitive prices. I like the clothes, the health and beauty department, the paper products and the Market Pantry products. I often use the self checkout confident that the employees will help me if I have a gift card or forget how to use Target Cartwheel. If I use my own bag I get 5 cents off for each bag and if I use my Target Red Debit Card to get an extra 5%.

Had a bad experience earlier today, I went to the Self Checkout to purchase a bicycle pump and one of the employees she was short with short hair and glasses noticed that one of my bills wasnt accepting through the machine she kept claiming my $10 was a counterfeit bill I said no it was only worn out and I saw the security features that my $10 was indeed real not fake and she took my $10 away from me for like 2 - 3 minutes walked away then comes back saying I should go to report it. The fact she spoke loud enough that other customers heard in on our conversation too was uncalled for.

The help I received from the employee at self check out was above and beyond the best service I have ever received!

Monique, in the market department, is very professional, courteous and helpful. She has vast knowledge of her area and takes the time to help you find what you are looking for.

The stores are set up for ease of use and with the recent remodeling has made aisles wider easier to navigate. The aisles are never crowded and product easy to find.

Target has everything that is needed for anyones daily life form home goods to electronics to grocery, Pharmacy,baby things and even Star bucks with affordable prices

The most important reason for me personally was because we had a worker (Alanna) go above and beyond on an item that we were looking for at another target but they never went to check their back stock for us like Alanna did. She was the best and had great customer service. Thank you so very much for making our night, Ive been looking for this item for weeks now and nobody actually cared enough to go check the back stock like you did. Thank you!
