To Sandra the cashier. When people greet you. At least have the common courtesy to acknowledge theyre in front of you. Remember a lot of us are in customer service and when people smile at you and say have a great day again acknowledge them. Im sorry if you were having a bad day or thinking of your career choices. When I serve or I take care of customers I do with a smile. I leave my bad mood at home where it belongs.

I love the dollar tree store. I dont have to worry. Whether or not! When I walk up to the cash register. What I pick up to purchase. Was $2.99 up to $20.99. Like it is at the .99 cent store. The dollar tree store fits my budget. Living on Social Security. Usually nothing really fits my budget. Living on $970.00 month. I very blessed to have the dollar tree store to go to purchase what I need for my home.

Liked it, had alot of interesting products, if I had a project to do I would go there first.

What can I say its a dollar store. The place is clean not too crowded but unfortunately they dont care how long the line at the cashier. Thats my only negative thought about this place.

I just came today and there was a 3 people line to check out then this lady Mitchel came and ask that she can help the next person and i was thinking that she was going to open . So i followed the guy, she charge hin and i only had a single item so she said i cant not help you because you are not next, so i told her nobody came, she said i cant, so i told her so you are not going to help me just for that and she said not..After she help the guy she went to Crystal and told her something and she went back to the ailes and didnt help me or anybody else..You need to train her to do better in customer service, maybe helping customer is not her job.. i felt descriminated.. shame on her

Busy store, registers were opened up when the line got long so the wait was not too bad. Found what I needed and as usual more than I needed.

The cashier was completely absent. She was standing in position but her thoughts were else where. I saw a man get a small laundry basket and fill it full of stuff, then walk right out the front door. Im never returning to this location. I was very uncomfortable.

Always clean well maintained for as busy as they are. Amy is always polite and courteous.

I am epileptic. This place neglected to replace their bulbs. Over 3 light fixtures were flashing rapidly, aggravating my epilepsy.My loving husband went to ask the employees if they could accommodate me in some way (ie. by turning off those lights or replacing them) but they were simply too busy. The understaffed store was swamped. We figured that, by the time we got an employees attention, 20 minutes wouldve passed and we wouldve been able to get in and get out in that amount of time. So, we just continued shopping, figuring wed bring it up at the end.During my visit, I had to look at the floor in almost every aisle. There were three aisles I had to walk backwards down and one aisle I couldnt go into at all. I couldnt finish my shopping.When we got to the cash register, my husband attempted to bring up the lighting. The cashier (by the name of Erika) glared at him, looked at the flashing lights, then read his total.We left fuming. Dirty, rude, and discriminatory. We are not coming back.

One cashier working and a massive line will the other girls were on break if nothing else a manager should have been out there helping. Other than that I enjoy shopping there found everything I needed

I’m an assistant manager for another dollar tree. My experience was not exceptional, cashier didn’t ask how I was doing if I wanted a bag. No conversation. And to top it off she was texting in the middle of transaction. Not good service. Would not return.

When the covid first started all the people were scrambling to find basic items like water sanitizer and beans the workers at this location kept all of those Essentials for themselves I have pictures of different workers rolling out carts and filling up their cars. people were asking for the supplies that the workers were holding for themselves and the workers would say theres was no more.. I confronted one the girls in the parking lot unloading a roll cart full of supplies she laughed at me and said they had them in the back of the store for the employees I replied oh so your company doesnt care about their customers she replied their manager did not restrict them from buying whatever they wanted because there customers were not restricted to buy whatever they want. So they basically took everything that everyone needed and said screw everyone else.. true story

Employees are mean and disrespectful, they were harrassing my son because he wasnt wearing his mask. I tried to cooperate with them, and told my son to put his mask on. They kept yelling, harrassing and bulling us even after this. If you come and they feel like it, Alma the manager will call the police on you.

A woman was going to buy a Christmas card the day after Christmas the supervisor said the lady cant buy the card without any reason why the lady was upset its false to put something on a shelf in the store and say its not for sale if your not going to sell something remove it

One line then called to cashiers which one to go check out. LINE WAS TOO, TOO LONG. Day before Thanksgiving about 3pm, but it was VERY LONG LINE PREVIOUS TRIP. BOTH TIMES NOW, I TURNED AND WALKED OUT! 👎😫

As I had just walked into line for check out I hear cussing and just a bunch of ruckus .... n not not from a customer from an employee. There was a lady in check out and wanted to put a pair of gloves back Bc I’m guessing Ake grabbed two pair by mistake or just decided maybe she didn’t want them anymore or what ever the reason may be it made the employee mad. When working in customer service you have to be professional no matter the circumstance, and sometimes you do get shoppers or customers that can be hard to deal with . But in this case the customer seemed calm and asked the employee to quit yelling and cussing and calling her dude. I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism and rudeness as I just did. I hope the female employee looses her job as there were many witnesses and another female employee next to her. I don’t care how bad ass you may think you are and how much work it may be to take an item off but please be professional your getting paid for it!

The stores restroom, isle ways and shelves are filthy. Please clean your store. Its disgusting. Thats why I drive to ontario mills dollar tree and riverside CA university ave dollar tree. Plus you only have 1-2 cashiers. Get it together.

Its close to home. When I need a card to give to family or friends I just run over there to get one. They have a lot of my needs for laundry, kitchen, toothpaste, room deodorizer, picture frames, gift wrapping, excederá and lots of craft supplies and all for only $1 each.

The manager is kinda rude she is blonde with eyeglasses

The store looks very sad had no AC. Will definitely not go back to the store again the cashier was nice its the store presentation that I personally did not like as a customer.

Today I went to buy 50 balloons and when I put them in my car they began to deflate I arrived at my house which is 10 minutes away and the balloons no longer wanted to fly that ugly.They have a lot of air balloons but the girl didnt even give me my receipt
