We love this location. This and the Rancho location smell like bleach (pre-pandemic) so you know they are cleaning. I see them wiping surfaces down. They require masks, which I totally appreciate.Now to the yummy stuff. Their ice cream and other treats, holy moly 😋

Had never been here. Decided to take daughter for ice cream and they have a very large variety of items. Cool flavors, sizes and for different cravings.

Wasnt so good. Bummed out after a craving to go. Also, the young man that helped us had a face that said otherwise about good costumer service. Wouldnt come back.

These ice cream bars are the best ultimate treat. Be prepared to wait in line, as this little gem is always busy. We usually get 10 bars because you get the 11th free, and it allows us to buy many different flavors to enjoy at home. We love the fruit bars filled with chunks of fresh fruit (and chilli spice if you like it spicy), walnut ice cream, and the ferrero rocher bar. They also serve food and scoops of ice cream too.

Younger girls have horrible customer service, very rude, corn in a cup taste horrible here, wasn’t even warm at all! Just disgusting, never coming here again.

Nice to other spanish speaking customer but as soon as they see another race for some odd reason Mexicans think that this is only for us.

Ive been to other michoacana locations but this one in particular was amazing. The fruit waters were soo good! Place is clean ! And service was fast! I recommend this place!

This place is INCREDIBLE!!!!! I know this is a Mexican ice cream parlor and people of different nationalities may be a little reluctant on giving this place a try because they may Not know what to order. The menu is written in English and Spanish and with free samples, you cant go wrong. Sooo many great flavors to choose from, they even have tequila!!! My personal favorite is fruta seca (dried fruit)

I asked for a vanilla single scoop and he then asked if I wanted a cup. He didnt understand anything you asked for in both English and Spanish.

This is my first time coming to La Michoacana and impressed with the authenticity of their tostilocos. Will definitely come back!

I went on sunday 9- 2018 there were a old guy that gave us a bad service looks like he gat stress because he saw a lot of kids at the same time he trys to rush us there were no customers at the time we were there and I been in 3 michuacanas locations and never had a bad experience all I can said about this place if that guy is the owner what a shame.........

Spend time with my parents and watched bird box with a lot of ice cream n variety of snacks i craved

It says they close at 10 but the workers were cleaning and told me they were closed at 9:25pm, very disappointing.

Today I went and I bought six items I had a punchcard and they only punched it three times I asked why they had only put three when I brought six items and the lady told me that if I had bought all the items separately then i would have gotten all six on the punch card and I asked her if we could redo it then and buy them separately she told said no and brought out the owner when they came out from the back she came out crying and caused a scene the owner then talked to us and said that it was the rules and he couldn’t do anything about it so we asked do you have it written down somewhere because it didn’t say anything about this on the card and he continued giving us attitude saying no that they didn’t even have to give out punch cards in the first place but they did it basically for publicity overall it was a bad experience so much for customers always right not only that but they gave us horrible attitude
