The associate serving me the ice cream goes by the name of Jim and he was absolutely incredible, 10/10 customer service

I visited location around 9:15pm and I totally understand they close at 10, but they said no more shakes or anything as its too late! Never heard of that before. Order something different and it was rather lacking in quality.

Ice cream and shakes are always made fresh and tasting amazing. Theres in no way they have ever screwed up my orders. Staff friendly and quick. Ice cream cakes are ok.

Both employees are new in their position. They were extremely sweet and provided excellent customer service. I gladly tipped and look forward to my next visit.

Some spot, sandwiches and ice cream is sweet!

I went there with my grandma the other day and the employee was very helpful . My grandma is 84 and it’s really sad to see her frustrated trying to order. The worker Ariana was super helpful and patient. She not only allowed us to take our time but she also recommended the flavor of the month, which we ended up purchasing. I’m really glad employees like her exist. Everyone should come here. Had a very nice experience.

Love it...great and friendly customer service

I went in yesterday on my break from work, and although it was busy, the customer service was amazing! two young ladies named Shadia and Ariana were very helpful and patient with the long line of customers. This had probably been my second time at a baskin-robbins, Ariana recommended me her favorite flavors and most popular items! 100% I’d come back here, I felt more than welcomed by these two ladies!

Awesome ice cream. Just slightly overpriced. Also, it has a Togos attached to it, and I thought that was weird. Otherwise, the ice cream pizzas are awesome.

Good service. Very disappointed that they had run out of the pumpkin flavored ice cream. I ended up getting a cappuccino blast instead good deal for a $2.99 small decent size. Pretty good.

Staff is super nice and my sandwiches are always delicious, plus the place is clean

They should change the closing hours to 9:30 PM. Got there at 9:38 and the staff signaled from inside that they were closed. 2 more people couple minutes after tried later to come in with same results. They lost 3 clients in the last 22 minutes while they were cleaning which should be done after shift hours.

The attendent Angel and i believe her manager Marry were very helpful today and i appreciate it very much as people in front of me were impatient and giving the attendent Angel attitude she still kept a soft but well spoken tone of voice and did not give any attitude back and there was a lack of milk which i came to realize is not on the employees at all and gave me an alternative option which tasted amazing. These 2 individuals should be praised as they are working very well and doing a great job of representing Baskin Robins and Togos, thank you Angel and Marry.

The ice cream is so good. Great service. They are connected to a Togos. Dinner and dessert all in one place.

Bad customer service. The workers are slow and unorganized. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very helpful staff. I ordered an ice cream cake online and I needed to make changes. They were very accommodating and helpful. Great experience & tasty cake.

They should have better communication, they aren’t good with their customers kinda rude in my opinion

Don’t bother asking for the non-dairy cookie dough ice cream at this location. It is never available and the staff couldn’t answer whether they would have it at all. One of the staff members didn’t even know they carried non-dairy.

Need better communication if you dont have what a customer wants let them know dont try to make something similar to it and think we wont notice so I left and of course I didnt buy anything

My first time there, with my family. The workers are friendly I give them 5 stars. Went to get ice cream. Theres a Togos also connected. The workers work both companies. I dont think that handling ice cream and sandwiches, sandwiches and ice cream is good, its cross contamination. The eating area should be clean and wipe down often. Its a nice place, but the owners or managers should keep the place clean. Dont get me wrong I will visit again.I went back for Ice cream at Baskin-Robbins, and Togos on March 4, 2020. Still great customer service, very Friendly and polite. Also very clean, a big improvement from the last time. Management stepped it up in having the restaurant clean. Keep it up! 👏

I had a good experience here, our server was very polite and friendly even though we were a little indecisive of what we wanted. There was also little to no wait time, and were in and out in only a matter of minutes. I will definitely recommend this Baskin-Robbins as a great place to get your fix for 31 flavors!!

This place has been getting worse over time. Today, I Bought 2 ice creams & 3 Shakes. I asked the lady to add light milk to the shakes. When I got my 3 Shakes, they were all milk with barely any ice cream. What I received were​ pretty much 3 cups of milk with small touches of ice cream which all cost over $6 each. The woman also seemed to rush me when ordering. I would not recommend this Baskin Robbins. Especially if youre​ getting shakes.

Place of business closes at 10pm. Got to them with enough time to order, 15mins before closing and the doors were locked! The employees inside just stared at me as pulled and walked to the door.

Good ice cream, but it also had a deli Inside for people who dont want icecream.

I Ordered a warm cookie sandwich & the cookie was not warm whatsoever and it was so hard that it was unchewable. I had to throw it away! What a waste of $$

Ice cream is fabulous... but some of the staff were less than attentive, polite, or professional.

I love coming here.The people here are friendly and knowledgeable about the yummy products.

Did not enjoy this location at all. Maybe it was the location but I felt crowded, and that just made me not enjoy my ice cream. Plus it was very hot outside and I do not believe the A.C. was on. I love baskin robbins but my experience wasnt pleasant .

Cashier was rude. I wanted a classic banana split and assumed she would look at the picture on the wall or ask . She made me an ugly ass banana split that looked like $#!t. Said something sass under her breath just because I didnt get she had no concept of how to make a banana split. Weird
