Customer service was friendly and frozen yogurt was good. Chocolate and strawberry flavors are the best.

To be honest, frozen station is a lot better. All the yogurt was melt and there was a huge crowd. The only thing that made it better was the crew.

New flavors. Perfect for the hot weather. Toppings were fresh strawberries, blueberries, pineapples and candy to add for the extra taste.

Truth be told, I have a strange love-hate relationship with fro-yo. I had a sudden hankering for it after bingeing The Good Place, and Yogurtland, while not the fro-yo of the afterlife, was good enough to scratch the itch, which is as much of a ringing endorsement as I can give.

This place has always been very good yogurt.

Wife loves this place. Strawberry frozen yogurt and fresh strawberries are her favorite. Kids love all the toppings too. Great place to come for dessert. Lots of choices.

Recommend the Hibiscus Pear Tart Yogurt and Chocolate flavors. Its a personal choice and everyone has a different taste...lol...This place doesnt have a lot of choices though but it will do. If you are in the area, it is nice and refreshing and a healthy choice!

Enjoy treating our son here once and a while. Always a clean place where the customer service is very good. They change up a couple of the flavors every so often so if you want to try something now and then you have a few extra choices. I like that they have water available. They have fewer topping choices than some other places but also seems like they are a little more less expensive than other yogurt places. Will keep going back!

I take my kids here fairly often. They have fun making their own yogurt cups with toppings. The selection of yogurts and ice cream is good, with unique flavors changed often. The taste is great. Some of their flavors have you coming for seconds and thirds. The place is well kept, including the toppings bar where they do well to clean up spills and messes. My favorite flavor is the red white and blue popsicle where they have it taste spot-on in yogurt. Seating inside and outside, but not a very large place. With the weather warming up, this is a great place to cool off.

Went to Yogurtland yesterday for customer appreciation day. They gave you unlimited yogart and toppings for $5.00.The yogurt was so good. I have a guava, strawberry and watermelon mix. And I had blueberries and mango toppings. It was very refreshing and good.

Yogurtland is always a good eat, however, this particular one on this particular occasion (my first time there), had too many ice cream machines either not working or out of the ice cream. Maybe on my second visit it will be better.

Sometimes they have all the flavors sometimes they dont. Sometimes the strawberries are they sometimes not. Seems to be they always only have 1 person working to do all of the work, and if there are no customers there thats fine. But if you have more then 3 customers its not enough to keep everything stocked and clean. Sorry probably looking for a new place.

Just Yum! Tried so many samples to narrow it down to two-flavors. They were all so good it was hard to decide. Very happy!

Came here BEFORE 9:30 and the tables were already flipped over floor was mopped and machines were off and the workers looked like they wanted to leave asap. Went to menchies instead.

So for starters i absolutely love yogurtland. However, my kids were excited to get a yougurt this past Wednesday night after 9pm. As we were deciding which flavor a girl had a rag and what looked to be soapy water solution. She was wiping on bottom of yogurt dispensers and all around sides and wall part and water looked a lil dirty from cleaning then she uses same eag and wipes bottom of yogurt dispenser where it comes out. I thought that is putting germs there so when yogurt comes out whatever was on rag contaminates it. If she was jus wiping spouts but your wiping handles where everyone touches and wall part and bottom area then spouts. I asked whats in the bucket she said sanitary solution. I got yogurt but when i left tossed it because couldnt stop thinking of whats on that rag. I should of just left after i seen that. I think they should clean the part where yogurt comes out with seperate rag and solution.

It as a great place to relax and enjoy a good cup of yogurt.

Terrible service and there always no one in the front to help right away. Machines are always dirty and the place always has a dirty floor. Never going back especially because of the rude staff.

My name is Gloria Suarez. I recently visited the Yogurtland that is located on 15270 Summit Ave #500, Fontana, CA 92336 (Tuesday February 6th 2018) during the “free yogurt” event. I would like to express a grievance. During my visit, I was disrespected and discriminated against. I have never felt so humiliated in my life. To begin with, my children and I were second in line. When the door was open for customers to go in, the first family went in and mea and my children waited to be next. The owner then comes out and says, “ I need four more people.” I told him we were a family of seven and he said, “ Well then wait outside because I’m not letting more than 10 at a time inside.” Upon entering, my family and I were not greeted, which was not a huge deal at the time. Furthermore, I allowed my children to grab their cups first, and I focused on my 2-year-old son (whom I was carrying). After I grabbed my cup, I noticed I did not grab a cup for my 2-year-old son. Sadly, my 2-year-old son communicates to me with signals, so I was determined to get him what he asked for! Thus, I kindly ask for another cup. The owner derided my request and looked at his employee. They made eye contact and almost simultaneously both smirked. Then, the owner scornfully looked at me and my child, which still was not a big issue because I am used to the glaring stares: being that my son is hooked up to a breathing ventilator due to several medical reasons. After both of them made me feel belittled, I was given the additional cup I had requested. This is where things take a turn! As I finished pouring his yogurt, I glanced from the corner of my eye and saw that my 13-year-old son was going to grab water. I could see the owner telling him something, and then I see my 13-year-old walk out disappointedly. I walked towards the owner to ask if there was a problem and to my disbelief my child was DENIED water. The owner, literally, grabbed all the cups and put them under the counter while my son asked for water! Furiously, I asked the owner what he had told my children and he replied, “he wanted water and I told him there is no free water today.” I expressed my feelings to him in an angry tone. How do you deny water to a child? The owner’s demeanor was aggressive from the very beginning. I paid no attention to him until he told my children something. My son was waiting outside for me, thirsty and upset. He asked me, “Mom, why did he put all the cups away? He was giving them to everyone else. Is it because we’re Mexican?” My son’s questions broke my heart. To add, one of my daughters told me they were outside because he asked them to get out of the store! My children and I left the establishment feeling dehumanized. The owner’s actions from the very beginning were unacceptable! I cannot believe that an organization such as Yogurtland would allow these kinds of things to happen. His actions were unprofessional and straight out rude. I will NEVER walk-in to a Yogurtland. I will make sure that everyone hears my story. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau and anyone else that will hear my story.

The floors and tables needed to be cleaned. The yogurt was good.

Workers were rude and unattentive. I wanted the plain tart it was out and no one was there to help me when I needed them to change it out. When they finnally gave me service. It took them an addicional 10 mins. Im not going back.

The people here were so rude to me especially the manager I asked if I could get someone to clean my table cuz it was the only one available and it was disgusting when I kindly asked if I could get something to clean it myself the manager rolled her eyes and shook her head at me and made the annoyed tongue click and said shell get to it when she had the time and left the counter and hid in the back for 20 mins and I wasnt even telling her to do it I was offering to clean it myself and she wasnt even busy there was no line and no customers at the register Ive never had such a bad attitude aimed at me like this before idk what I could have done or said wrong not pleased being treated like crap not going back btw table never got cleaned
