Get rotten very fastJessica should stay in the offices if she dont want to speak Spanish.Besides that prices and quality are good enough but Superior doesnt sanitize their shiping cars and they dont package your groceries

Ugh miss theyre fresh sweet bread & solid outstanding employees cause lately Ive been so disappointed in all the employees in this area. They dont do more good. They get in the way & bug & question customers when normally theyre not annoying or harley any employees... Idk idgaf i dont waste my time in line.I seen a group of people using EMERGENCY EXITS & BACK TRUCK drop off they had so much stuff in broad daylight LMFAO & the employees dont even say anything or care

First of all, I would like to express my feelings about how I want to make this my go-to store, because it is in my neighborhood. This is my first time coming here and I had a bad experience. I asked Delicia to please clean the conveyer belt as it was STICKY AND CLEARLY DIRTY, at first it did bother her that I asked her to do her job (which part of it is to keep a clean environment, in this case her register) she took her sweet time and exaggerated in cleaning, but at the end she realized that her register did need some cleaning and changed her attitude towards us at the end, so thank you Delicia for your service, I appreciate it.While Delicia was finishing up her supervisor, Lydia, came over and told her to stop cleaning and to not clean the rest of the register as it was okay. The supervisor also did say some things between her teeth and I caught her saying that the cashier only needed to clean one part of the register and not all of it. For her to be a supervisor, she needs someone to teach her how to be one and how to have good customer service. I hope the store manager takes this into consideration in enforcing cleanliness and notices that this can violate the health departments codes and regulations.

Store was very busy but clean and lots of checkouts open. My only problem was the shopping carts was filthy. I had to scrub it down with my wipes.

I was looking for a bakery to do galaxy colored “whipped cream” icing on cupcakes and Superior bakery was the only place that would do it and I checked a few places including Staters and Vons. I was so pleased with there willingness to do it. The Peppa pig cake and the galaxy cupcakes turned out delicious and absolutely amazing!! And to top off the price was absolutely affordable and I WILL be ordering from superior again and again!! Thank you Superior for being part of our Birthday celebration!

I avoid this store like the plague. Hate it. Went the other day and remembered why I don’t bother coming here to shop. There was only 2 registers open with like 20 people in the line. And cashiers be having some nasty attitudes. One of these days they’re going to run into the right one. Forget this store I’d rather pay a buck and some change more and go to starter bros.

They have a horrible Manger and a assistant manager this at the rialto one on baseline and riverside ave.

I always find what I am looking for at good prices. The sales are alluring on fruits and vegetables. I just dont like being stared at as if I dont belong there because I am not of Spanish descent. We are the same no matter what we look like. That has not stopped me though. I just leave them in their ignorance until they accept me because someone has to be the bigger person. Overall, I love the availability of stock, location, affordability and the cleanliness of the environment. The store gives me the traditional feeling of a food market. Thank you.

Talking about losing business. I called today for the pricing on a full sheet cake..Bakery totally indicated that they couldnt give me a price because there was three different prices. To that they hung up the telephone on me. Then I called back to speak to the front, I got to speak to Maria, who answered and said they did what, put me on hold then I was hung again. The point of the matter, great way of losing business and to say.. Mystery shoppers I did my job..

Its an ok grocery store but not the best when I came here with a friend here at this location looks nice from outside but from the inside not so great from the looks of store and everything including the restrooms were a bit dirty and needed to be cleaned and told my friend I would not come back here again just inviting me just to see him do his shoppings too boring especially more on a sunday as well and felt that my day went overwhelmed in my friends city since im from riverside dont know much of fontana was just exhausting on that day on Sunday Aug 11 2019.

Upon entering one of these establishments...the smell in all of the Gardenas throughout the southern part of California are very foul smelling.....Thank you Superior for not being that way.

Produce is good price but when they have deals you really have to check if they give you the discount because even if you tell them they are wrong they argue back and say they are not. Cashiers have very bad attitude when you try to return something.
