I love H&E equipment rentals. Fernando, their rental coordinator, has excellent communication skills. He responds quickly to emails and is good about returning calls. They have competitive prices and seem to always have availability, even on short notice. The drivers are reliable and have the lifts delivered to the job site on-time, every-time! This new guy in parts is screwing up your 5 star review. I dont know his name, Sammy? Its like talking to a 6 year old kid. He doesnt know a thing about machines. I have to repeat the make and model multiple times, couldnt get the serial number right, had to repeat the part i needed multiple times, then describe to him exactly what it is. In the middle of working with one customer, starts helping another customer. Did you not have anyone else to put in this position? It seems like you just picked a random kid off the street and gave him a job.

Vary good service. Always there when I need a light tower or equipment.
