Never did get to go inside but from what I can tell its situated in a small industrial complex that is shared with several other industries or suppliers. A place that has more parking than is immediately needed to support the businesses there so many of the spots are rented out by the month. Some are then again subrented as competition for good unobstructed parking spots become harder to aquire. 24 hour security keeps the rift raft out.
