Called to make an appointment for a Live Scan fingerprint for after 11a. Was told to just walk in so I got there at 10:45 because “no appointment needed.” Got there and I was the only customer in the store. Was told to COME BACK after 12 so the other employee wouldn’t be left alone. With no other customers in sight and the “gentlemen” said it will get busy… well, this is why I called to get an APPOINTMENT so I wouldnt have to waste my time. If someone calls for an appointment, GIVE them an appointment to avoid this—DUH.

This place is overcharged just for an email forward got charged $5 for an email and then for them to print it out they still charge u 50 cent ridiculous Ive been to other UPS Stores and all they charge me for is for the print which is 50 Cent first time going to a UPS store and then charging me $5 just do get an email to do the print unbelievable

Do not set this place as a pick up point for any UPS package!! I was having a package delivered to me when I was not going to be home. UPS processed my request to hold it at an Access point. Made the arrangements to have it held here. Next thing I know, the package was refused and is now being returned to sender. This was confirmed by the shipper and UPS customer service.If the option to have a package held here is available you should NEVER refuse a UPS package. Youre a UPS store!!! Now Im out of a package and having to wait once again for a new delivery. Id give you a zero star if that was an option!

I like UPS but I didnt like the customer service I received here. This was my first time in a UPS store so I wasnt familiar with how to get something printed out from my phone. I asked how I would be able to do that and the girl in there told me how but as if I were suppose to know. She wasnt friendly at all. I felt her very stuck up and did not like her attitude. Almost every shop I walk into now, their employees greet you. Something they dont do here. I honestly dont know and failed to ask for her name and the guys name. So I cant say who exactly are the employees who acted this way. The guy is as well very laid back and takes his time too much.

Service was great but my CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED TWICE for $225.43!Follow up 11/27/2017: I am changing my star rating for this merchant from one-star to five-stars. The problem has been resolved. Merchant was polite and efficient throughout the problem resolution process and apologized even though not being certain that the error was made by merchant. Sometimes mistakes are made and things happen. Let this be a lesson to be sure to always check your bank/credit card statements, just in case.

This place had me spend 120$ for international shipping and I asked SEVERAL TIMES if I could send these items... 1 week later I get a call saying my items didnt pass inspection at customs and was being sent back. They refused to give me a refund as well. Entire staff is borderline retarded and has no idea what they are doing. Management is no exception.

Just remind me not to do business anymore with UPS. Paid overnight delivery then package is not in time and when I call to see whats going on they said I placed my package to late. If they knew at the begining it was late, way they didnt say so I find another way.Just not using their service anymore.

Re: Past due Notice email from your store dated 07/31/17 at 8:09 am.I called the store last Saturday, 07/29/17 at 1:45 pm to cancel the mail box service, asked all mails to return to sender. Im still getting Past Due Notice. It frustrates me tremendously that I have wasted so much time on this subject due to undesirable customer service. I hope this rating will get UPS to fix this communication problem.

They were going to charge me 40 cents for printing 2 copies until the manager said We had to use the computer, so well have to charge you for that (they used the computer for less than 1 minute). So they added $3.99 to bring the total for printing 2 pages to $4.39. THIS STORE IS A RIP OFF!!!

I had a very bad issue with a return to Amazon which they made the mistake and their return center and where gonna charge me for the item, and were going to close my account but thanks to Eduardo and his management team they helped clear the issue, so Thank you to Eduardo you really helped me out

Impressed. They charged me $ 4.26 to print a regular black and white sheet.They say they charge 3.99 to download it from an email.In staples they download the works from your email for free.Disgust

Excellent ami I was attended by a nice girl ask if she spoke Spanish, and quickly told another person, her name is Jennifer, she treated me very kind, I explain because I told her that it was the first time I returned something, and she was very nice sympathetic and very good attitude .. thanks
