I had to take a specific size photo for documents and the young lady was very helpful. The rest of the staff wasnt sure if they could process the photo, but that customer service representative was so specific in trying to help and and it worked! Will definitely come back, she saved my life!

I recommend you use this place. Customer service is unmatched. Always smiling. I had a minor issue with a package. The owner was on it immediately. The package was delivered. Late but not due to Postal Annex. The owner was kind enough to show me a video of the package being taken by the carrier. Thank you Postal Annex. More businesses should use your customer first values.

I’m not entirely certain who’s at fault here (google or this postal annex ) it was 730pm 10/28/2021 and google said close s at 9pm !! Drove 30min out of my way !

Update your times. Website says closes 7pm and was closed by 6pm.

Why are they closed at 6pm if it says that they close daily at 7pm update your hours plus the Notary here is never there
