I spent over 2k trying to fix my death wobble in my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 at Les Schwab of course they worked around the issue. Brian and his team had me come into the shop to take a look at my truck. When I took my ford f-150 in to right choice automotive for brakes, shocks, spark plugs, wires, and serpentine belt. They were very prompt and courteous. I would recommend them to everyone. Great guys honest

Brought my van in last minute for a pre-trip inspection (the day before a trip down to Phoenix) and they were able to look at the car and do a recommended brake replacement for me. I felt they were very honest with me (both recommendations they made were in line with what my previous mechanic told me would be issues in the future) and I was pleasantly surprised when my bill was a little lower than their estimate!

Outstanding customer care. Had several shops over quote me for a 5 minute job I didnt have the tools for, but these guys saved me hundreds. I have routinely come back here for their care

Brian was able to work us in last minute for an overdue oil change. He was genuinely nice and didnt try to push anything we didnt need. We talked about maintenance items to come and what costs might be on big ticket items, which were priced similar to our prior mechanic on east side. He mentioned his professional work history with Toyota hybrids, which for us moving here recently, made us glad to find a local shop that we can trust with our older Prius model. P.S. My toddler and I walked to the park nearby while we waited. He mentioned he almost drove to get us when it started sprinkling and we werent back yet, which I thought was extremely thoughtful and exemplifies the small town charm we love about Forest Grove. When we next need service, we will definitely be coming back.

As many people already know, life is pretty hectic. We are a family of four with two vehicles, so when one of them isnt functioning properly, its a big deal. In order to minimize scheduling conflicts, we took our truck to Right Choice for diagnostics prior to scheduling service. My suspicions were confirmed by the tech who crawled underneath my truck to have a closer look. At that time, I decided to schedule service for the following Friday (7 days away) to have two seals replaced and I asked them to do my front brakes, which are long overdue. Seven days go by, and we dropped the vehicle off to have to services performed. I received a call roughly 5 hours later from a gentleman saying yeah, looks like the seals are bad, but we dont have time today to get the parts and fix it. So I then asked how the break job went and he said Brakes? I didnt know anything about that. Let me look. Oh yeah, your brakes are shot! Youll need those done too. I laughed and said we knew that 7 days ago! He simply said, sorry man, theres nothing I can do. At this point Im glad they didnt perform any repairs on my vehicle. If scheduling and logistics prove to be a difficult endeavor, turning wrenches could be catastrophic. Ill be taking my truck to good ol Jims Automotive!

Went here based upon recommendation by friend. It was a shaky start when I was asking questions. But glad I had them do the work.Both front breaks were done. Very quickly and professionally. They showed me the parts afterwards, which is always a good idea.I will be back there for my vehicle needs from now on.Oh. It is a small shop behind Dutch Boys. Their sign is faded.

I have a Saturn which is to say a classic. Some other mechanics have tried to convince me to give up on my car because its just a Saturn. The problem is that my car runs great 99% of the time. Last summer it started to have a hitch in its giddity up. These guys were friendly and reasonably priced. My Saturn is as zippy as it has ever been and still on the road thanks to these guys.

I just got completely screwed over my a macanic spent 297 they called told me my car was ready then got there and my ac was still not working so they looked at it and said your compressor isnt working its going to be another 100 for us to look it over so I said ok (STUPID) I left my car there I get a phone call about 20 minutes later that my compressor pump was bad and I had blockage and that was going to be another 444 I went and paid the 100 to look at it and then took it to Brian whom I should have taken it to in the first place he has never done us wrong always there to help or answer questions we have sent many people there who were beyond thrilled about his work and his pricing anyways I took my print out of what this other place said was wrong he popped my hood and plugged in my ac and it works fine seriously he stopped everything he was doing it took him all of 5 min I am forever his customer and I recommend everyone to him because he will NOT screw you over

So to give you a little backround on me: Im a 21 year old girl that knows a little about cars but not much. Im new to the area and I am in the process of getting out of my 91 year old car that Ive been shoveling money into. Which is how I met him. My mom whom recently had a car with the same scenario and got the most fair and honest rates and service recommended I take it to right choice. I mean Bryan not only talked me through the whole process of fixing the old car but when he found out I walked 1.5 miles the first time to pick up my car he has offered me a ride when I need it each time im getting help with the selling process of my old car. He is also going to check the new car im getting for a small price to make sure Im not going to get ripped off and that itll last me for a while. Im so stoked about these men at right choice Ill recommend them to anybody in the area that I know that needs auto repairs!

Great mechanic, fair, honest, I would recommend this shop

They are friendly and I would rate them higher, but my vehicle was returned to me with grease all over my seats, floor mats and carpet. They take no care to protect your vehicle while they work on it. When I pointed it out, their response is we dont know if it was like this when you brought it in or not. There was so much grease on the mat, I had to take my shoes off before entering the house because I was tracking it all over the garage.

I pulled into the shop because my truck was making a loud noise a gentleman named Brian looked under the hood and confirmed my suspicions that the idler pulley was broken. I always Take my automobiles to Scottys auto body shop in Hillsboro, my plan was to have it towed there however when I called my cousin he was able to come over right away with the parts to fix my truck . Brian from right choice automotive came over and told us that we were not allowed to fix the truck in his parking lot even though it was after business hours and I had been sitting out in the heat for over half hour and seven months pregnant, my cousin who was fixing my truck for me offered to pay him $80 if we could just take 15 minutes and fix it Brian refused and asked us to leave once again . I can understand that brians business is fixing automobiles however given the circumstances I believe Brians behavior was not only rude but very inconsiderate . Given the circumstances I would not recommend right choice automotive in Forest Grove to anyone . Seeing as it was after business hours Brian was losing nothing by allowing us to fix my truck in his parking lot. In fact he mightve even gotten a few recommendations, based on his behavior thats not the case, special thanks to the young kids over at Dutch Brose for offering me water and shade !!
