Ive had a perfectly made lettuce wrap and a delicious dark chocolate mocha from here.

Food was delicious, staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend.

I found myself in this little spot by recommendation from a close friend and I was not disappointed. The owner is extremely friendly and the service was acceptable by the staff. I got some coffee and a delish sandwich. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Excellent value! I have had a sandwich twice & both were tasty & filling. I cant figure out how the menu can be so affordable while the operations are so environmentally conscious! Pleasant decor & staff. Next time I will try out the coffee menu

Although this place has been open for 6 months, I was only able the check it out recently. So glad I did! The owner has such a warm personality and I witnessed her greet a few customersmy name.To eat, I had a avocado and tomato sandwich on a toasted croissant with a sprinkle of sea salt. It was simple and delicious! Prices are great for a grad student such as myself and I loved the quiet comfortable study area in the back corner.If you like soups, sandwiches and studying/chilling in a relaxed environment then check out Good Intentions!

Weve been hoping for a nice small cafe that serves decent food. We had high hopes for this place... unfortunately it fell short this morning. The Coffee was lava hot and burnt. The bagel sandwich was dry and not warm. Eggs looked precooked, rubbery and bland. The meat choice was great with tasty Boars Head but even that wasnt warm... More bagel flavors would be great and heat the sandwich more....Very little is needed to make this place a favorite in town! Looking forward to giving it another try and updating this review!

Ive visited this cafe twice for coffee with a client as well as stopping through for lunch. First I notice the clean, uncluttered interior with some tables and lunch counter --pleasantly lit. Not over-decorated, but as new as they are, they are likely still having some signs or art produced for them. The prices are quite reasonable and I tried one of their chais once and a coffee drink of the day the other time. Both prepared to my preferences by a very pleasant gal at the counter. Its wonderful to have deli-case meat for sandwiches and for my lunch I got the curry chicken sliced with havarti cheese and chose to add on lettuce and guacamole...I could have added onions, tomatoes and some other options. They have some wonderful looking marbled rye bread but I was swayed to try their croissant bun instead. I found all the ingredients very fresh and a great combination of flavors. Is this place overly fancy? no. But, they also dont charge $10 for a sandwich! The employees are very pleasant, and the food very tasty.
