I reached out to Black Rock directly about this too, but unfortunately this place has recently gone down hill. A few months ago it was my favorite coffee shop to stop by once a week and get a yummy cup of coffee! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Lately, I haven’t seen many people I recognize, and there is one girl in particular who is just flat out rude. She is always snapping at other workers and never smiles or seems happy to be there. I’ve only recently seen her around here, she definitely wasn’t around when I was actually enjoying my visit. I can’t imagine someone with that attitude and personality doing a place like this any good. Unfortunately I just don’t enjoy coming here anymore and seeing someone treat people with such disrespect.

I either get the Americano, or Mexican Mocha hot. Great customer service, prices are excellent, Great coffee. It is my go-to place when I dont bring it from home

I am not someone who usually writes reviews but after my experience I felt I needed to. As always love your product, love your pricing. But yesterday I especially loved your people. I was having a really rough morning as my grandfather had a heart attack Saturday night and I had a post op appointment with a surgeon very early and I was stressed and frayed and inches from breaking down. I just have to thank the two young ladies who were working the drive through speaker and the window this morning. With their exceptional kindness and good cheer they helped me out on what was a very difficult morning. Every employee I have ever interacted with here has been compassionate, and joyful. Thank you Black Rock!

Staff is the most friendly people I’ve ever seen in an establishment. Customer service is insane. The line is incredibly fast. The drinks are amazing. Literally you can’t go wrong with any drink you get. 10/10 recommend.

First time, gotta say Im surprised. Never knew a place could have such a line in their drive through, but the staff managed the line beautifully! I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I gotta say, their coffee is phenomenal, love the flavor, made it easy, nice and over all a great experience! Finally, I really liked how the staff was so friendly even when moving through cars quickly. Fast, quality service! Well done Black Rock!

Absolutely the best with very kind and respectful employees!Their smoothies are jamba juice quality good. Along with their other cold drinks, I recommend the Mint Chip Chiller.They also have great prices comparatively to other grab and go coffee shops.They have a great verity of non dairy options as well.The service has always been quick too.Ive still yet to try most of their hot drinks, the mint mocha is incredible! Cant wait for winter to try out the rest. For which Im confident will be quite the warming delight!

The baristas are always so accommodating even when we have difficult orders. We enjoy all their drinks and visit often. If you havent tried them out, you need to go asap! Their Carmel Blonde Chillers is to die for! And my favorite Matcha Chiller is the perfect sweet treat.

This Black Rock is the BEST! They are so incredibly fast! We come every Sunday after church and the line is always at least 10 cars long but the longest we ever had to wait was 10 minutes. The employees are so welcoming and they all dress very professional compared to some others Ive been to.

The process to get through the drive-thru line today was 9 minutes total and it started by the yogurt shop. They are lightening fast, efficient, and it feels like each customer is really valued. This is the only location out of the few I visit that makes my drinks right each time.

Great coffee! their menu isnt over bearing and they have some of the BEST energy fuel drinks, try their starburst...it literally tastes like the candy! not to mention everytime Ive gone staff is extremely nice, organized and super fast!

I genuinely look forward to coming here every morning for my coffee! My whole family really loves Abby. My kids always love coming on the weekends because of her. The whole staff there is really great but Abby is our favorite.

The guy that works there, Grant, does not know how to make coffee properly. Every time i’ve gotten a coffee from him it has been disgusting and i’ve thrown it out. Whenever I’ve gotten a coffee from one of the other workers it’s been amazing, but when I order the same thing from him it’s disgusting. He gives me attitude when I ask if he can remake it.Now whenever I’m driving by and about to stop and get a coffee and I see he’s working I just go somewhere else, which makes me sad because I love the coffee there, just not what he makes. 🤮

Service here is excellent and the coffee is the best around. Every single time I go Im always greeted by the wonderful girls. They know me now, and know exactly what I like to drink. Its great to see the same friendly faces over and over again. Haley and Kaitlyn are wonderful and theres one more girl in the morning that I never remember her name but shes absolutely wonderful as well. Keep up the great work girls.

You will never find a better coffee house. Excellent coffee, fantastic customer service, and efficient. When you go here you will always be greeted with a smile no matter what time of day it is. You will always get What you order and the best cup of joe you have had in years if not ever. Lastly, if there was a competition on who makes the best coffee drinks in the least amount of time this black rock is killing the competition. You cannot brew coffee faster than they can make it. You can’t.

Long line this morning but they stormed through it like a tank taking a beach head.My coffee was excellent, prompt and my only complaint is that the line behind me was too long to properly thank them for being so good at pushing tin.

We especially like the various kid friendly options they have, like the warm coca.

New place in Forest Grove, rustic but modern decor, clean, good music playing, servers were friendly and had good teamwork. I got a small Dark roast with cream, $1.75. Little disappointed, was more hot than flavorful and prefer stronger coffee but still enjoyed the visit.

I rolled up to the nonfunctioning drive thru, read the message to continue to the window, and was told that there were other people that had arrived first and I would just have to wait. I was then ignored for several minutes before I left. I went to the Human Bean, waited 0 seconds, and was greeted nicely. I recommend the Human Bean.

Barista with blonde hair and blue bill hat, horribly rude. Waited in drive thru line for close to 10 minutes before ordering. (There was a sign on the initial intercom to order at the window) Then, when I asked do you all use the intercom ordering normally, it was a slow process getting here😂 She was said well, we do when we have the extra staff for it. We cant help help it, maybe next time plan your time betterI mean, maybe I was just stressed about waiting in a line I couldnt get out of for that long, but I also think a customer service response should have been something less accusatory; maybe stopping before that last sentence. Didnt accuse her of being responsible for the wait, never expected a free drink or really even a thank you for waiting just hard stop at we are short staffed would have sufficed. Maybe Im too old, as I felt like she is not old enough to understand or handle the customer service aspect of a job 😂 10 minutes before getting to order my coffee. 2 cars a head of me more piled behind. When you see two cars at a drive through (baby in the car) its not something you think should take 15 minutes then pull away with a sh attitude from someone. The drink was good, not good enough to put up with that.

June 27 2019 1:30 pm I went through the drive-through at the Forest Grove Oregon Location to buy a smoothie and a $20 gift card. There were two vehicles in front of us, the truck left and that left one car in front of us. She was handed her order and the girl at the drive-through window continue to sit there and have a conversation with the car in front of us for about five minutes or longer. I asked out my window if they could please move their conversation to inside the store because I needed to get back to work. The lady at the drive-through window rolled her eyes at me and continued to have a conversation with the lady in front of us. When we pulled up she said I’m really sorry she was telling me that her husband just died. I said that is very sad however if she would like to have a conversation with you she needs to go inside the store and not do it through the drive-through. She said they were trained to be sympathetic to people in that situation which I understand but I shouldn’t have to sit in the drive-through while they have their conversation. This is upsetting and I don’t know if I will return to that location.

Drinks are ok, fairly tame and boring espresso. atmosphere was a bit edgier and less comfortable than the comfortable coffee shop atmosphere Id prefer.

My truck broke down in the drive thru and the staff were amazing. Not only did they not let me pay for my order they help me push my truck out of the drive-thru and then welcome to be inside while I waited for the tow truck. They constantly checked on me as well. Thank you for all of your help today.
