Prime time is a place that I will frequently visit! Walking thru the door for my first time we felt very welcome!! Our server Julius was very helpful and made being a newbie here a unique experience with all of his suggestions that were all winners!! He even entertained us with his multicultural linguistics and traded a little Italian with my wife who is learning Italian! I had a great time and I ate good food. The bartender also made a wonderful mojito. I had the steak and ribs dinner it was every bite delicious!!..we also ordered the shrimp dinner we had coconut shrimp. Im not a shrimp eater but I always taste a shrimp or two and they were spot on!!
This restaurant is excellent is very family oriented. I brought my puppy with me and they accommodated us even fix my puppy a chicken breast ! I just want to say then I will definitely come back it’s a very family oriented restaurant! Smi was wonderful, she kept us with us and very concerned with how we were doing.

Expansive menu. Many options for all tastes. The service here has always been fast and friendly and I have almost never been anything less than completely satisfied (not the greatest calamari Ive had) with what I have ordered.
Our dinner was so incredible. Freshly made polish staple dishes were delightfully tasty. Pleasant music and atmosphere. Service was wonderful.
The wine list was also excellent! This was a truly memorable birthday dinner, and I hope to return.

People were really nice, but the food was terrible. The pizza was bad, wing sauce was slimy and really thick, and the pulled pork was as bad too. I’m sorry but I will not be returning to this place. I was really amazed on how bad it was with all these good reviews.... and by the way they have roaches, got to see one in the bathroom yuk!!

My first time was Thursday I ordered fish and chips. Fish looked like frozen fish sticks and chips were not French fries like in UK. Vegetables were frozen from a bag. Very disappointing no taste either should have offered vinegar on side. Dont put on menu if youre not familiar with the dish. Maybe for some its ok. Im originally from UK so not pleased. Other restaurants make it like the real food it is. I did tip the server its not her fault. Mgmt needs to review what food should be like .

Unprofessional and rude. Manager was quick to have an attitude before I could even explain the problem. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They also refused to fix the problem. This place is not worth the bad food and bad service. Spend your hard earned money else where.
We were in primetime restaurant recently. We have patronized them for a few years, but our last experience will be our last . We ordered 12 wings of two different flavors. The wings were inconsistent size wise many were so small and like nothing. No carrot and celery sticks like we always got as well was skimped. When we got our bill, we were charged seventeen dollars for the wing appetizer . We asked a manager lady with blond hair in a ponytail. All she could say is thats our menu pricing is.

We came here tonight to celebrate a couple of graduations. We had a party of 25 and our waiter Julius (I hope I spelled it correctly) was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He was well organized, professional, and made our night memorable. Thank you a million times! Oh, and the food was amazing!
Food was great. I always love Chicago for the love of there sports. The Euro2020 was on the television and the fans were really into the game as if they were there. The food was in large portions. I had a Cordan Bleu sandwich and the chicken was huge and grilled to perfection. I definitely will go back. I definitely will go there during a bears game. Awesome atmosphere.

I always enjoy visiting Prime Time. The staff is consistently friendly and I havent had anything there I disliked. I had the ribeye today. Great cut, well prepared. I really enjoyed the meal.
Pleasant staff excellent service. 1st time in and will return. Warm bread to eat with your salad. I had California chicken panini yummy served with sweet potato fries. Food was great. You get large portions I took half my sandwich home. The prices are about the right price for the amount of food you get. They have lots of food that went to other people and it all looked good. Appetizers salads, sandwiches, dinners and even pizza. Enjoy my friends go check them out.
Prime time, this is my first time visiting this restaurant. Have passed it many times, great atmosphere. They have a wide variety of choices to pick from on the menu. The food was very appetizing and great portioning to price ratio. Definitely must try is their bread and sweetened butter 🤤. Make sure u don’t eat to much, so you can save room for their desserts 🍨 🍪.
Food is decent but they let people smoke, which is odd for a “family restaurant”. Not just cigarettes either but a hookah. Service wasn’t great either. Never brought water had to ask for that multiple times. Had to ask for the bill twice. Used to enjoy coming here, probably won’t be back.

We had a Pick Up order on a Friday night. Was told come in 20 minutes. It took 30. I thought the last time I order scrod, it was dipped in batter. Today it was some bread crumbs (?) I liked the batter better. My dinner was good.I love the f r e s h bread!
There were 10 of us on a Sunday afternoon. 6 of us had horrible food. The taco salad bowl was stale and tasted old and the chicken in it was not seasoned with taco seasoning, the fish and chips was awful. Fish was dry and not flavorful, the small sandwiches were not good. Wont be going back there again. They lost 10 customers and we all get together every Sunday afternoon. The waitress did not make herself seen much, we had to flag her down. We all usually leave 20% tip but they added 18% on each of our bills and that is all she got.
Im convinced everything here is great. Its hard to steer from the chicken parm sandwich. Great price for a HUGE sandwich. Its also nice how fast the food gets to your table.

The food was delicious..I had the prime rib with a baked sweet potato, veggies, and a salad with garlic dressing. The prime rib was juicy and tender....with the salad you get a warm loaf of bread with butter.....really good btw....The beer selection was huge..I had a few IPAs...I sat in the bar area at a high top seat....great view of the blackhawks game...they have a great setup of huge tvs backdropping the bar wall....all round relaxing and chill experience....Next to the bar they had 5 video gaming slot machines...Everyone working there was very friendly....They were real busy..the bar and restaurant side was packed...The bar and restaurant was spotless...very clean and fresh...I wish I knew about this place sooner....it is my new go-to spot!

My first time here. The menu looked really good and i wanted to try everything. Everything i had was good and the drinks were great.
Ive been here twice, both times with a large group (>10 people) with reservations and the servers were very accommodating and the food came out quick despite our party size. The servers are well trained and kind, hosts were friendly and the food is delicious. Prices are good, especially considering what a nice restaurant this place is; several flat screen TVs showing a variety of sports clips and games. Everything is very clean. I admit Im yet to sit at the bar but have family who go to the bar to watch games who enjoy the atmosphere as well. Note that the pictures were taken around midnight on a Tuesday so the restaurant was mostly empty at that time

The manger and stuff are super rude.we order Fila mignon well done it came out harder than a rock once we spoke to manager he said he can do anything and kept arguing.He agreed that the other plate was not cooked as instructed but said he can’t do anything about it. The the worst restaurant ever the server Faige ignored us the whole time and was super rude.

Its great if youre going for drinks, quick bite and watch a game on the bar. Plenty of TV sets. But I dont see the purpose of having TV sets on the restaurant side ... Is it a sports bar or a restaurant? And what happened to the ribeye steak? theyre so thin now it looks like the ones at IHOP.
THE FOOD IS AMAZING!As well one of my children are allergic to eggs and they are so helpful to keep my child not having a allergic reaction!
After reading the reviews and looking over the menu, we decided to visit. We were not disappointed. We loved the atmosphere, and was able to see the TV screens to watch the football games. Friendly and accommodating staff. The food is great, with huge portions. My son ordered the strip steak, well done and it was cooked perfectly. The warm bread and butter with the entrees made our day. We will be back.

We had a very great experience here. Great food and great service. The drinks were amazing both the mango margarita and the chocolate martini. Our server Julius was amazing. Stephanie the bartender had us right where we wanted to be. Very good choice.
The service is great and the menu looks awesome as well. I went on a weekday with a friend. As an appetizer, we ordered the spinach artichoke dip - it was cold upon arrival. They kindly reheated it for us. For dinner I ordered a 10 piece wing. You can order one sauce for your wings to be tossed in, however if you want a second sauce it has to be on the side. I chose garlic parm & bbq on the side. The wings were a decent size, but the chicken was plain. They lacked flavor even with the sauce. It was a diverse crowd, many screens playing various sports, but I probably wont be back. As I was leaving a couple assumed I was just entering and said dont even do it, I replied what?, they responded the food sucks. Including my friends entree I spent about $54 including tip. Doesnt seem worth it to me for a sports bar.

This is more if a sports bar, not my kind of thing. Im 84, so noisy places dont suit me but service was good.
I took my fiance here for his birthday and we both ordered steak. This was out first time here and we had high hopes for a good food experience especially after reading the reviews and someone I know had recently visited here and gave a good review. I had the filet minon and he had the NY strip steak, they both were horrible far as in taste and texture, they were gooey while chewing. We also ordered the appetitezer with hot wings in which came with three, four Onions rings, three potato skins, six small rib bones in which didnt taste good either but everything else far as in the appetitezer was good. Unfortunately their steaks are cooked on a char grilled so even if you say well done it still will have some pink in it. This is also mentioned on the menu above the steak. Customers service was good and the waitress was very attentive.
Service Was HORRIBLE. Waiters never came to attend me wasn’t even offered a drink! food dragged so much, i had to ask for silverware twice bcs I was served without it and they didn’t bring it after the first time I asked! And to top it off she had an attitude after I asked again
