Jodi had great customer service, she greeted me on the phone with an exciting attitude. She also greeted me at the door with a full smile and exciting eyes. I don’t know how to thank her except for this review. She may not know a lot about what you have to ask but she did tell me she was new and still learning. She said it with confidence and a positive attitude as if she was excited to learn new things at her work place. Very kind hearted young lady.

Holy Hannah! Am I impressed with this customer service or what!? I do admit I came in the store with a really poor attitude because of some broken sockets I had but Jodi helped me so much! She calmed me down and explained to me that she’d be able to help me out and the customers she has are her number one priority and that she will find a solution. She ended up finding the sockets I needed and did the warrently exchange all with a positive attitude. Great store! Super happy ya’ll aren’t closing it down! Jodi is definitely a great employee and a great employee(s) means a great boss! Thank you sears team! And thank you Jodi! 6/5 stars

Thanks so much! We came home after grocery shopping to a broken fridge/freezer. Called this sears store and they helped us find the fridge we needed right away. We drove the 35 minutes to the store and were unable to haul the fridge back due to circumstances no one could expect. The two managers assisted us by driving the fridge all the way home for us!!! So thankful for their help!
