I am very impressed with their work, and the service was top notch every one was very helpful, to top it off I brought my boat in to get some work done and they had it done way faster than I expected

New GM seems knowledgeable and was great help during boat show. Look forward to doing business with tracker forest lake in the future

Super great staff! Always willing to help and answer my questions (which can add up). Wouldn’t take my boat anywhere else. Plus the guy in sales is so amazing. Not your typical PUSHY shark person, he genuinely cares about his clients and their needs.

We were told the used boat was in great working condition. When we took it out, there was a lot of things that didnt work. We called them they said you bought it as is, and if you want it fixed you will have to bring it in and pay for it. So I guess I shouldnt have taken their world for it.

We bought a used boat from them and they all treated us like we bought a brand new one! What a great place!

Bought a 2017 Tracker Grizzly, and added a lot of equipment, all done in Forest Lake this year. I had issues with the trolling motor, to the point where I was furious, had to bring the boat in twice for two separate trolling motor issues. The service manager Dan went out of his way to make sure my issues were taken care of, repairs and replacement was ahead of schedule, and I really needed the boat for vacation, they had only 3 days to order, install and deliver, and they finished in a day and a half. This dealership, and service manager (Dan), really are the best I have ever dealt with...they have done what they said they were going to do, which is such a pleasant surprise these days, they have my business for years to come.Phil De Boer, Stacy, MN 06-25-2017

Brought boat motor therr twice still not in working order to make it to the other side of the lake and back. Good place to waste $700

These folks are awesome, I’ve had several tracker/nitro boats and have never had any issues with them and when I fell on hard times they purchased my last boat back at a very fair price to help us out. I highly recommended stopping in and seeing What they offer.

For being a boat dealership it seems like you should care about customer service considering you make your money selling boats. They could have cared less to sell anything. Wasted four days with these guys and they didnt even seem to care. Dont waste your time and go elsewhere.

Everyone was great until we bought the boat. The boat has been in the shop almost more than its been in the water. Weve had them replace the radio every ear since we bought the boat four years ago. The service manager is terrible and has no people skills. Even when the issue is due to warranty work they have already done they dont take the time to correct their mistake promptly. They just tell you it will be a week to two weeks before they even look at it, then they need to wait for the parts to come in. Customer service is poor at best. Id never buy another boat from tracker marine in forest lake, nor would I use their service department. Absolutely disgusted with this dealership.

If they dont have what you need they help you find where to get it. Good people and fair pricing.

Dont waste your time or money dealing with these people.

Very slow response times. Customer service doesnt call back when they say. Told me we were waiting for warranty company to call back. Then call warranty company and was told they never sent any paperwork over. And price for work on stuff that was quoted keeps going up .

Ended up with a new dock leg, as Floe doesnt repair these anymore.

Terrible customer service. Doesnt matter what you spend.

Terrible dealership, they dont stand behind what they sell, even if you buy a new boat.
