My experience at Targets Optical in Forest Lake was very positive. The Doctor was thorough and took her time answering my questions and addressing my concerns. The Optician was friendly and very helpful. I will most definitely use them again and will encourage the rest of my family to do the same.

I purchased eyeglasses and am highly satisfied with the pair I bought from here. When I put them on, I could see clearly immediately so I was happy to find a place with a great lab that gets the prescription right the first time. The people that work here are especially nice. Mark was the employee that helped me with choosing my frames and getting the order processed and I highly recommend him. I probably will start going here for my eye exams in the future. The prices are SO great compared to other places!

I’m giving them a very low rating due to the length of time it has taken to get my glasses. It has been 1 day short of three weeks since I ordered them and they still have not come in. They kept telling me they were shipped on the 2nd, which was 2 weeks ago today and I find it very hard to believe. Feeling they should be able to track them, right?

Dr. Elliason is a great, attentive, thorough, and fun eye doctor. Ive visited many others over the years and never had the testing she did done nor the laughs. They were helpful and had everything about my insurance ready when I got there. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They also had my contacts in stock - and had a $50 off coupon that they nicely applied for me. So happy I made the appointment and got a new eye doctor!

They never answer the phone and just silence the phone call would no go there again.

I came here for a contacts fitting and that went well. When I picked up my lenses I took their class to learn how to put them in and take them out. The person working jokingly mentioned that Im the reason they have to stay late (assuming Id take a while to learn how to use the lenses). I took that as a passive-aggressive comment and ignored it. I brought home my lenses and tried them out. My doctor told me that if they didnt work to call them and try a different brand. Three days after trying them I contacted Target Optical to get a trial pair from a different brand and was met with a lot of resistance. The person I spoke to said shed talk to the doctor and call me the next day. That call never came so I called them two days later, talked to a new person and was again met with a lot of resistance.The new trial pair was ordered and eventually arrived. They were perfect. I was able to use them for two weeks without issue.Needless to say my contact purchase wont be made through them.

Have been going here for a number of years now. Ive found a wider selection of glasses online from other vendors so I dont buy lenses from them (typically) anymore.However, I keep going back for my checkups and would recommend them to anyone. Very friendly staff.

Service was great! My glass lenses are the problem too hard to keep clean even though I purchased a cleaning cloth and already starting to get scratches Ive only had them 6 months

Bought a pair of glasses from target optical and lenses fell out with in 1 1/2 hours have tried to call and they now dont answer phone. Not happy :(

Always under staffed or the doctor is running late.

Good selection but they were not helpful when it came to insurance and I didnt feel as if they wanted my business so I went elsewhere.
