Love the doctorsBut the associates are rude and disrespectful

Kudos to the Forest Lake Walmart Optical Department! The first pair of frames I tried on were the ones for me. Ordered them on Monday and picked them up on Friday. Around $170, so that fit my keep it under $200 guideline. Wow! Theyre perfect and my night driving just got a whole lot easier. Thank you!

VERY GOOD SERVICE ALL AROUND! VERY HELPFUL IN EVERY RESPECT. ALSO, THE DOCTORS ARE THE BEST! I PLAN TO RETURN AGAIN FOR ANOTHER CHECK-UP IN A YEAR OR SO.

Came in to the store to pick up hubbys contacts!Told BETSY about my prior experience with other worker who was not compassionate about my emergency situation for hubby, and then she argued and told me incorrectly and not doing what I askI will contact supervisor soon once things come downBETSY was amazing, sympathetic, apologetic for the goober and was amazing with My son!!!!!!! We have had great experiences with the vision center doctors. Occasionally through the years someone working up front is clueless or lacking customer service skills but the prices are great and weve really enjoyed the doctors.

Didnt even deserve a star but had to give them something to write a review. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience. Going back to shopko or walmart in Cambridge since they were willing to help resolve the issue but couldnt since we unfortunately went to forest lake walmart vision center. Please rethink your choice if you are looking at going here!!

Miranda was extremely rude and disrespectful. Had a small mistake with some insurance issues, that was really no big deal, got rude looks and rude comments. Had to reschedule an appointment with someone else because she was so rude I couldnt bare to talk with her anymore .after this apt. And I get my new glasses and contacts I will be going else where.
