They carry a specific brand of gluten free beer that I absolutely love and cant seem to get anywhere else. Super pumped and the cashier was super helpful.

This place has a HUGE varity of beers,liquors,and ESPECIALLY wines! Not too many pre-mixed drinks compared to what other liquor stores sell which is fine,but the only thing that caused me to only rate them with 3 stars is their lack of masks. None of the staff wear one including their owner.

They never wear masks. Girl behind the counter was continually coughing. Seems as though their prices are going up. Variety is good. Lots of samples. More stars for more conscientious behavior.

Gah!!! I don’t know what happened! It’s like none of the employees want to be there! I shop at this store almost weekly for their incredible selection, plus masks aren’t required which is nice, but the employees all look dead and the walk in fridge stunk like pot the last two times I walked through the door. So sad. I’ll be switching stores to get my beer at a cheaper price and some customer service!!!

Neither of the two employees ringing customers up were wearing masks. This level of ignorance and arrogance has permanently cost you a customer. Plenty of other liquor options in Forest Lake--stay away from this one.

Walked in and lady is not wearing a mask. My license just expired end of November and due to the covid pandemic I had to make an appointment that isnt until jan 5th. I was DENIED service. But first, the lady who was not wearing a mask asks me to pull down my mask, then says I cannot be served and throws in that they are the only store still open. (Very very snoody). I explained how the grace period works and she said they werent informed, and if I drove to pine city I could get a new license same day. But I live here in town and made my appointment like I was informed and have not had an issue until this worker. Will never be back.

The employees never were masks... during a global pandemic. Very sad and upsetting. Me and my roommates will not be visiting this place ever again!

I have never been in this store before but thought I would try it. No personnel were wearing masks even though its mandatory and prices were about 20 % higher than other stores in the area. The staff were friendly however the lack of masks and pricing has confirmed to me to never shop here again. I will not spend more money to be less safe at this store again.

Got a lot of options for your taste of poison whether its wine, spirits, or some good beer. Friendly service and when I mean friendly I mean they actually enjoy your presence and have a heart. They also got a cute dog there they is sometimes around.

Apparently a 2 week notice is NOT GOOD ENOUGH for the owner. I ve givin my all to this place only to have my hours cut more & more. Wednesday I gave my 2 week notice to her so I could say goodbye to my customers over the next 2 weeks. Saturday morning I get mssg to turn in my keys.GOODBYE CUSTOMERS OF LIQUORWORKS.
