The manager in this store has bad service skills. Only one guy was working helping 6-8 costumers. I was so disappointed because I have shopped her a few times before. And the service wasn’t that much different then.

Service was terrible even tho they had good prices and I went to the mall to go here but. Customer service get more from me.....

Like their choices but hate their return policy. I took my sons shoes home to him let him try them on around the house. I determined they were too tight of a fit and took them back for a bigger size, but the very very minor wear from walking around on hardwood floors made them ineligible to be returned. I can’t buy with Jimmy Jazz with any type of buyers security. When you buy from them make sure it’s a perfect item and don’t think about returning

Browsing and couldnt find anything that I really wanted. My son didnt see anything in here that he wanted. The store was neat and clean. Employees were nice and offered to assist. Just not enough selection of women shoes.

Good experience. Didnt attack us as soon as we came in. Allowed us to look and then approached us and patiently waited on us.

Horrible experience if I didnt need the shoes today I would have drove across town rather than to have spent my money in that store today. There is no reason why I got in that store at 634 and did not leave out until 720 and thats only because I asked them to find another location that had the shoes I wanted. (Even though they were in the store I was already in) I was standing with the shoe in my hand looking for someone to help me. It got so bad that I called the store from within the store to ask for someone to help me, and it still took 20 more minutes for him to come out with the shoe. Horrible experience that just horrible. I wanted 2 pairs of shoes and I was so mad that I spent over a penny in that store today.

Nice selection of upper tier shoes

Worst costume service ever. One employee is having a personal phone conversation walking all through the store. I asked to see 2 pairs of shoes 20mins ago. Im still waiting. Place is terrible.
