Horrible! They did not return my shipping fee for a shoe I ordered online and they sent the wrong one. I was told to return it to online store for shipping refund but in fine print it said I will be charged $7.00 for returned items. Well, thats my shipping cost. Footaction, locker and all its affiliates will be losing my business if I dont receive my refund.
