Pleasant experience. Prompt service. Met with Ryan on a day when the store was closed to pick out the materials for our home. He had asked questions and seen Pinterest ideas a few weeks prior and from there he had a game plan with regards to budget, style and products that were available. We left very satisfied and a feeling of accomplishment. Very highly recommend Builders FirstSource and working directly with Ryan.

All I ask was for an estimate of materials and who ever name was in the front desk was rude and sarcastic, that’s no how u make business sir!Need better customer service in store at Fort Atkinson Wisconsin

These guys are awesome, name brand quality stuff, got better pricing then other stores, they work with you, resolve my issue even after they sold me my window. Its also nice theyre here in town and not 20+ minute drive one way, I will definitely keep coming back.

Friendly people

Never open late on week days and not open on weekends and have nothing in the store this place is for contractors and delivery for contractors not for the average person not sure how they make money or even stay open need a Home Depot or Menards here.
