Rented and paid for a car trailer a month in advance, went there to pick it up and the woman I dealt with called me a liar that I paid for the trailer in advance before even looking up my account. She looked up my account and what do you know, it was paid for. I had to ask for help to have someone back me up to the trailer, so she yelled to her what I think was her husband that some needs help hooking up a trailer, he wasnt having it and said he was busy. I told him he just needed to back me up to the trailer and I would do the rest. Not a pleasant experience at all .
