Really impressed customer service 👏 My car had been damaged by a tree limb during a winter storm, and Caliber was so easy to work with. The entire process was a breeze and they did an outstanding job. They even returned the vehicle cleaner (inside and out) than it was when I dropped it off.

Caliber Collisiin was entirely professional and proficient at repairng my vehicle.They kept me fully updated concerning the progress of the repair process. Additionally, when the insurance company decided to utilize the process of betterment, which is where the insurer requires the owner of the vehicle to pay a portion of the cost of a repair on the car, against the muffler replacement, Caliber Collision helped me to not have to pay the betterment. They did this by removing the muffler & determining that it was in good condition. Betterment is based on a part being worn out & thereby the insurer stating they dont wish to pay for the wear and tear of the part. Caliber Collision took photographs of the muffler and sent them to the insurance company. The insurer then agreed to dismiss the betterment which saved me money I couldnt really afford to spend.I am deeply grateful to Caliber Collision for doing such a excellent and timely job in repairing my vehicle as well as being my advocate with regard to resoving the betterment issue with the insurer

Caliber took excellent care of my car after a small accident at the beginning of January. Anthony and Angela are a delight—Anthony kept me up to date every step of the way while my car was with them. I spoke to the front desk lady who made me an appointment to bring my car in for repairs. Not an estimate. Repairs. I told her I was going to use Caliper because USAA listed them as a recommended repair shop. Appointment made. Friday afternoon at 3:30. I asked if I could bring the car in on Thursday instead because I was catching a plane early Friday morning. Yes she said. We don’t really need you after you drop it off. Do you need ax rental car? Yes can you help with that? Yes ma’am we can we will get that taken care of on Thursday. I was so relieved this stressful situation would be taken care of. My husband and I show up on Thursday at 11:30. We were promptly told our appointment was the next day, not today. I reminded her she said I could come today. She has a distinctive voice so I knew who I was talking to. She then told me her estimator was going to lunch and they were booked out until The middle of September for repairs. Ummm…ok…what the hell?? I reminded her of our conversation. She rudely told me I could come back tomorrow if I need an estimate and we could go from there, that there was nothing she could do. She actually did me a favor. My husband took my car to Carriage on Link lane and got an estimate right then. My car will be repaired much sooner. I’ve also put in a complaint against Caliper with USAA. Keep in mind front desk lady, we all have different kinds of jobs and work fields. Not all of us are aware how the auto body business or process works. We only know what you tell us. Also remember that you are the first person people see when they walk in the door. You are not pleasant.

Got into an accident. Me thinking caliper collision in fort collins was the place to go was the worst choice. They didnt match the paint job on my car. Body panels were set incorrectly and they didnt fix the faults the car was giving afterwards. Now they have been avoiding my emails. Next time reply to my emails instead of giving me back a comment in the review section. Next step contacting bbb.

I needed body work done on my truck after an accident no fault of my own, They were quick to get things ready and went above and beyond for me and my truck. About a week after I got the truck back my car was in an accident.... both were done about within a week of dropping them off. I was updated by text or call on the progress of my vehicles and was treated with respect. If by some chance I am in another accident I will be back, highly recommend!!!

I have been coming here for any auto body related work for awhile. Kevin has been my primary point of contact here and he has always ensured timely, accurate, efficient, and honest work products no matter the size of the project. Just recently I had work done by the dealer for my vehicle that was done incorrectly and needed to be redone- so brought it to Kevin. He fixed the issue for free in about 20 minutes and carefully explained what had been done improperly by the other shop. I was so grateful for the kindness and attention to detail provided by Kevin and his team.

Front desk lady is extremely rude and not professional. Been in several times always has something new to complain about! Seems unaware of how to do her job. Would highly recommend a local shop with real customer service over this corporate nightmare.

My car was damaged in a minor accident. Caliber Collision restored it, including paint, making it impossible to tell it had ever been damaged. They got it done quickly which I appreciated. They kept their word all along the way. Everything they advertised, they delivered. I would recommend them to anyone needing their car restored after an accident.

I was hit by another driver and my car sustained nearly $7,000 damage to the passenger side. Fortunately, Caliber Collision was able to repair all the internal and external damage in just over two weeks. They also fixed a dent on the rear of the car during that time. Bonus: they cleaned the interior and made if feel almost new again.

Caliber Collision in Fort Collins saved my bank account today! My sunroof was broken/stuck open, which the dealer estimated a repair cost of $2,200, and Caliber was able to put the sunroof back in place in under an hour! I am super happy with my experience and definitely would recommend them or use them in the future should I need to.

My son backed his car into my front bumper and left horrible rub marks and a few scratches--but fortunately no dents. I took it to Caliber to see if they could clean up the bumper. My car was getting appraised at caliber collision and it ended up being totaled. I had keys to another car I own on the same key chain as the totaled car and I forgot to tell them to save the keys for me before they took the car away to the salvage yard. But without asking a kind gentleman who works in their shop had set aside my keys and lanyard for me to come and pick up. Huge thank you! You saved me a huge hassle!

I have been using this shop for many years. I have had both hail and accident damage repaired here. My Acura was hit shortly after I bought it and they did the repair. Ive driven it 160,000 more miles since then without any body movement or air/wind noise. I had my 911 repaired there and it looked like new. I usually work with Kevin or Anthony and they are always helpful and professional, and Angela is very polite on the phone. I know them because theyve had my business for over ten years, and I would take my cars in for regular service too.

Very unprofessinal had to bring truck back because bumper was not instaled correctly the first time. The part they ordered was wrong had to leave truck in shop 3 days!!!!! after tech had said it was going to be finished in one whole day.

We have utilized this shop a couple times. Most recently in the fall. They did an excellent job on our MDX. The quickest scheduling time from the other shops that we had shopped around at and quick turnaround for the repairs. They also put in the extra details that you would like to see in any business, like quality people that meet you at the front desk, popcorn and snacks if you like and complimentary beverages. I recently brought the car in because of a headlight bulb that went out on the same headlight structure that they replaced and they replace the bulb without any cost. They are my go-to place for any body repair needs.

Super friendly staff. Easy to work with, got me in and out in no time, and did an excellent job. Definitely would recommend.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. You walk in to friendly and welcoming environment with popcorn, coffee, and water available while you wait. These people are fast, providing service within a day or two of calling. These people are FAIR- clear estimates that are explained to you by the technician. These people are HONEST- they dont try to oversell you and are up front about what needs to be fixed and what just would be nice to get fixed. They accept all insurance and worked with my company directly. My silly car door handle clip slipped out of place. Instead of ordering the $300 part to replace it, they popped it back into place really quick, free of charge. Unreal. I will be returning for any future auto needs!

I’ve had to repair my vehicle twice at their business. Both times I’ve had to bring the vehicle back for correction of the repair. They are extremely high in price compared to other body shops. They don’t mind scheduling you for appointments a month or two out sometimes longer. To me this seems uncaring for the customers need of a vehicle. They do have a good working relationship with the car rental agency, and the insurance companies.

Had a great experience here. I came in with a simple bumper repair and they did it for me within 20 min. I only called them 5 min. in advance and an hour before their closing time. I only needed them to replace some missing bolts in the bottom of my bumper and they did so with no charge. Great place, good people.

I had a problem with my new headlights being way out of alignment, so I went to Caliber Collision to ask them to adjust them so they would be safe. Their friendly staff squeezed me in and after about a half an hour I was good to drive safely at night. They did not charge me and I thank you for your professional and courteous work.

I cannot speak highly enough of Caliber Collision. I called on the phone and they were kind and very patient with me to find a time around my school and work schedule that would work. When I did bring in my car they greeted me with smiles and introductions to the staff. They gave me a time and worked faster than I was anticipating! While I was waiting I saw there interactions with many different customers and treated each one with the same kindness and respect they did me. The woman at the front even went as far as to work with another student to wiggle in his car in the lineup so he would have it before the semester ended. Their pricing is fair and they are very honest about times, prices, and never once made me think they were trying to scam me. They are now my go to for everything car related. I got a quote for my damaged car through USAA, for which this shop is a preferred provider. Fortunately/unfortunately the car totaled and I didnt get the car repaired but it was a pleasant experience and I do love popcorn...

Zero Follow-Up! I dropped off my paperwork about 2.5 weeks ago. When I dropped it off the receptionist told me someone would follow up in 2-5 business days. I expected a call no later than 7-10 days as with the recent hail I was sure they were very busy. I didnt get a call in 10 business days so I followed up by calling and I was assured they would tell the individual handling my claim to reach out. A week has gone by and no follow up. A lot of great reviews about this shop but my experience was not what I expected.

Our car got a bunch of hail damage during one of those summer storms. While we did have to wait a bit to get an appointment, once our car was in the turn around was pretty quick and thoroughly fixed. There was a small piece that afterwards we found was broken from the repairs and Kevin at Caliber Collision immediately ordered the part and had us taken care of in a quick two-day turnaround. I would recommend Caliber Collision!

This is a well ran business. Though I wouldve liked my car sooner the service was friendly and, none the less, on time.

This place is great! The people are friendly, the service is fast, and they are HONEST! All my car needed was a simple clip to fix a broken door handle and they could have easily ordered the $250 fix and told me it needed it. Instead, they found a spare clip and fixed it within minutes. The guy even volunteered his labor time and they didnt charge me at all (not that I want to set this as an expectation). It is my second time here and I have been satisfied beyond my highest expectations both times!

Going to a vehicle repair shop is usually not a pleasant experience for me; to my surprise Caliber Collision, 407 Riverside Avenue, Fort Collins, CO disproves this feeling. I have used them several times and always have been very satisfied with their work and the prices charged. I took my car in after the splash guard got wrecked rolling over a hardened chunk of snow. I was expecting a $1,000 repair because the front bumper had come loose as well. They gave me an honest assessment that involved a simple washer replacement and an optional $70 repair, even though they could have justified a bumper replacement and charged me and my insurance nicely. I would feel very good about taking my car back there if or when I need a real repair. Honest, nice guys.

Wow - incredibly professional and reasonable. I had a self-induced scratch that I knew right away was a problem. Somewhere between a medium and deep scratch. I took the car in with no appointment first thing in the morning. Rather than jumping to an estimate they washed the panels and did a wet-sand polish to address the scratch as much as possible. The polish did wonders and then they wrote up an estimate for the remainder of the scratch -- but their honest opinion was that it wasnt a rust-risk nor was it worth the cost of repainting. I so appreciated their professionalism and honesty. Will be back if ever needed!

I came here a couple months ago, after someone backed into my car. Im new here and Calliber Collision was recommended to me by my insurance company. Im so glad they were! They kept the repair as simple, fast, inexpensive and well done as possible. Their customer service was amazing, really important when youre doing something like this with 2 small children in tow. They were helpful in facilitating a rental car, and my car was returned to me having been vacuumed, looking great.

I have had work performed by these guys several times over the years and they never disappoint. The quality of their work is the best as is their customer service. The guys I dealt with this time, Matt and Anthony, are real pros.I will always recommend this shop to friends and family without reservation.

Most important thing to know: They cashed a two party check (in my name and theirs) without me actually being there. I had never even set foot into their body shop before. If you are wondering why I chose them to do repairs on my car it was because1. Im new in town and didnt know better2. My husband took the car in for an estimate and they seemed legit to him.They made an appointment for my car in July for September. Called me in August to reschedule a missed appointment that was never made. Made an appointment again for September... Calls me a week later to ask if I had set up a new appointment for the one I missed and I said, yes, last week with and he says, Oh, thats me! Guess I should write it down, ha ha haThats when I called my insurance to pull the check but lo and behold, they had cashed it already. Manager told my insurance company that he wasnt sure how it happened... Hmm. They also politely tried to pin it on me by saying there was confusion because I missed my appointment but they had to order the parts. So thanks to them I now have to wait until March 2015 to get my car repaired with another shop because I had to start from scratch looking for a decent shop.

We went to Caliber Collision today for what was a huge issue for my car but such a fast and easy fix for them. My trunk lid wouldnt close all the way and had been giving me troubles for about 3 months. We went in on a whim to see what the cost and time frame would be, figuring it would be a lot. WIthin 15 minutes Anthony was able to diagnose the problem and with in a matter of seconds, fix it. I can not thank Anthony and Caliber Collision enough for helping us out. Called with an issue. Was told to stop by for a quick estimate. Made it there within 10 min of my phone call. And was told to wait an hour. . . I called to avoid the wait. What happened?

Even though it took a while to get the appointment schedule because theyre backed up from all the hail damage (which every other shop in town is as well), Import Auto Body was extremely impressive.My husband and I had two vehicles hit while parked during the summer. One car we took to another shop and it took A MONTH to reattach the bumper and fix a few scratches. Our other car we took to Import and it was finished in 4 DAYS! To top it off they completely detailed the inside of the car for no additional charge (which Ive NEVER seen a shop do). Thank you so much Import, Ill be referring people to you guys in the future!

Used multiple body shops in town. Caliber is the worst experience you will have. Not only did it take them 2 months to do simple fixes they used old rotten parts in replacement. As well as when they were called out on it they said they would fix the damage they caused. Which is great till a 1000$ rental car fee was refused payment by caliber AFTER they didnt do the work properly. Most dishonest and unprofessional body shop in Fort Collins!

Safeco Insurance Co. was the company to suggest that I take my vehicle back to Caliber Collision for my concern about a collision we had about a year ago. Caliber did an excellent job with the repair in August/Sept 2017. But, today I was even more impressed with the way they handled what they call a Come Back. We were having a problem with a door opening properly. I thought it may have been related to the original accident of a year ago. As it turned out it was not related to the previous accident, but they fixed the problem after showing me and explaining to me the details of the issue. I could not have asked for a more thorough and professional response. Was trying to get my car towed due to a situation that left it totaled. In the confusion and pressured situation I asked the tow Truck driver how much it would cost to tow it to my house. He said that it would be 250$ cash due to it being after hours. I did not have the cash on hand so had it towed to their company. Knowing that it would be a 30$ a day storage fee I went to their business the next day. Import Auto Body seemed like a good buisness, that was until I went to get my vehicle from them. In a good mood I entered and asked the front staff where I could go to pay the fee. They were nice and showed me to the desk. I waited and a gentleman Pete Weeks asked what I was there for, saying to pay and get my vehicle, he started to ask information. I explained what happened and looked at the bill, 251$. Shocked, Pete Weeks explained how it was cheaper than most. If I knew I was going to be charged an additional charge I would have found a way to have it taken to my place. I explained that I was told cash. If I could have paid wit debit or charge I would have. After explaining myself he said that whoever told me the price was wrong and deserved to be fired over the pricing, the proceeded to call the driver. During the call he asked a few questions the proceeded to say that he was just trying to get information, that there was always two sides to a story and that there was a smart ass in front of him, being me. Not only was my car totaled, at a location and having to be paid for, I was insulted and told that I was wrong. Glad Pete Weeks cares about people who meet him, and being the owner, would have left a better impression on someone.

I brought my VW Jetta in to get an estimate on fixing the paint and clear coat after a neighborhood kid threw firecrackers at my car and caused quite a bit of damage. They set me up with an appointment in the same week and were very friendly yet professional when we arrived! My 3 year old son was with me and saw the popcorn machine, so the lady at the front desk was awesome enough to make some fresh for us, and brought us cold water bottles as well!Thanks for making our morning easy! :)

This was my third stop of the day and i had been quoted 169 dollars at one shop and then told by the receptionist at another shop that it would cost between 200-300 which she was able to determine from behind her desk without actually examining my car. Needless to say I wasnt in the highest of spirits but my attitude changed when seconds after walking in to Caliber Collisions Anthony was eager to take the time to give my ride the once over. Anthony quickly identified the problem and was able and kind enough to help me out with a quick fix that didnt involve ordering parts or doing frame repair and made my car safe and drivable again. I am so grateful that I have found an honest and skilled body shop and cannot thank Anthony and Caliber Collisions enough. I have been and will be recommending this shop to anyone and everyone both my girlfriend and her mom need work and will be in to Caliber Collisions very soon.

Excellent service and great job. I had my Lincoln MKC repaired and it was on time and the service was excellent - they kept me informed the entire time and always had a smile when I saw them.

Having used Import Auto Body twice before years ago and being thoroughly satisfied, I took my 5 week old 2014 Yukon XL there when it was destroyed by hail. They estimated 4 weeks to replace the hood and roof and repair all of the doors and panels and some other odds and ends. They called and said it was ready after 3 1/2 weeks. I was excited! When I picked it up it was pouring rain and I was unable to really see the work. The next day my husband and I looked it over and immediately called them to look at a few things, which can be expected. I was told that the paint needed to be polished in a couple spots and they would repaint a spot on the hood then replace the clear mask because the paint under it looked bubbled. There was also a tear in the door jam seal that had been glued back together in addition to a few scratches that werent there before. Matt said they would also replace the seal. When they called me to pick it up, the clear mask had been replaced but had large bubbles in the front. Matt said it needed time and heat to lay flat. He said the paint wasnt damaged underneath it was only a wrinkle in the mask, so they replaced it. It actually looks like they heated up that section and stretched it out. I would post a picture if it was an option. He argued with me that it would be fine and that the seal was replaced which he didnt believe was torn by his tech. After about 30 minutes, I was accused of tearing the seal and bringing it back for them to fix. I was also told that they did not scratch the paint in the other areas and I just dont remember 6 gouges in the bumper. He also dismissed my concern about grease spots on the headliner. When I explained I had been there before and chose to go back after others advised me not to, and after this I would NEVER return, Matt shrugged his shoulders and handed me the keys. My neighbor who took me to pick it up said she had never heard someone in customer service talk that way to a customer. I was appalled at the way I was treated and dismayed by the way my concerns were brushed under the rug and not taken care of. I will never use this shop and discourage others from using it as well.
