Great communication, they kept me in the loop throughout out the extensive hail repair with multiple updates for the 3+ weeks of having my truck. The staff was friendly enough and communicated with us through the entire 2 1/2 months they had our car. What a mess this experience was. From the beginning they told us 3 weeks. One thing after another and excuses as to why it was taking so long. There was a 2 week delay that was not their fault but the other 7 weeks what a joke. Then when we picked the car up and got it home we found 3 bad imperfections in the paint work and the car had to go back in for 5 days. So disappointed with our experience.

I was extremely grateful for the professionalism and courtesy the staff provided. I had my vehicle towed to their facility to be evaluated after an accident. They were patient and calm as we worked through details with the insurance, and even provided great information about the process. Unfortunately are car was totaled, but they made sure to help me with every step of the process. I was just passing through Fort Collins and needed a small repair before I could make the 8-hour drive back home to Nebraska. I called and spoke to Robin, and when I told her that I needed to get on the road as soon as possible, she was able to get me in right away. I was in and out in about half an hour, and the technician who did the repair went above and beyond to make sure that I would be safe on my long drive. Best of all, they only charged me for an hour of labor, which was more than fair (especially since it was so last-minute). These folks are pros and I would recommend them to anyone. Robin was an especially bright spot in what could have been a very stressful situation!

As a return customer, I was very disappointed with my recent transaction with CarStar. The techs failed to diagnose damage correctly, and only after completion of the repair and an Inspection by Ed Carrol Audi did they realize the damage. They dragged their feet with my insurance company, and ended up keeping the car a week past the completion date without even fixing the damage they found because they did not contact the insurance in a timely manner and I needed a car. When I picked up my vehicle, a week after the given completion date, they had left the undercarriage cover in the trunk, leaving the car exposed to the winter elements. Throughout this process the employees were very good at ignoring calls and voicemails. Be smart and go anywhere other than CarStar!

Collins CO to pick up my horse when my classic 1991 Ford F-250 suddenly developed a mind numbing screech of a rattle in driver side door plus the important overdrive button “disappeared” behind panel when I pressed it too hard.
