I have had nothing short of an amazing experience at Dellenbach Subaru with Mike and John Dellenbach along with Chris Taylor (sales) and Patrick (sales) and 2 guys in financing all within a 2-3 month span. I also was invited back to review features of the vehicle (2021 Crosstrek Limited). The consolation was a $25 Visa gift card. On top of all this I was given a very fair deal. John Dellenbach had recently made a couple of errors with the deal on my previous Subaru but really went out of his way to correct things. The new 2021 lease was a wonderful deal and the matched wet fat another aggressive dealer was offering me. A little history...My partner Kim also had an issue almost 2 years ago when another repair shop in town messed up her Subaru transmission when in for service. We took it to Dellenbach and they were able to secure a Subaru warranty replacement for the transmission of her 2013 Impreza. I will never recommend this other shop nor mention their name but Dellenbach has been and continues to impress. On top of all this, the Dellenbach family are incredibly philanthropic and support many wonderful nonprofit organizations. Thank you Dellenbach! Here is my new Crosstreks first photo shoot!

The ladies in the front are not very friendly and don’t acknowledge you or give you any kind of direction on what to do or where to go when you walk in. They could at least say hey or I’ll be with you in just a minute. The only nice helpful person in the front was the guy in the back, not sure his name.

We had an amazing experience here, especially with Chris Taylor (sales). We just bought our first Subaru here (and second car at Dellenbach), and they went out of their way to help us. The delivery of the new car was delayed, but they happily and quickly worked with finances, explained all necessary features, were incredibly knowledgeable on the cars themselves, and kept us updated with all of the necessary information. Plus, they easily took care of our trade-in situation for us without hesitation, which made everything stress-free and transparent. After the car arrived and we got everything finalized, they continued to reach out to us to make sure that everything was working as it should and remained open and responsive to any questions that we had. Id highly recommend them.

I had just taken my car in to the local oil change center and was told my car was in need of several services and that if I did nothing, I should call the tow truck then and there to get it home.I was then told that my choice in car and dealership (not Dellenbach, but another used Subaru dealer) was pathetic and I had only wasted my money.I have a 2011 Legacy Limited, bought at the beginning of the year, serviced and inspected by the former dealer. Its a clean title, with no accidents, no major mechanical replacements/service, with the usual small scratches and dings from the roads here in CO.I immediately called Dellenbach and scheduled an inspection, just so I could have peace of mind. Lets just say this is the last time I take my car back to the local oil service center. After inspecting my vehicle, none of the recommended services came up. Only one minor alignment issue and Dellenbach fixed it right away.Phet, the woman who was assigned to me, was very patient in listening to my concerns and was very knowledgeable about the services and daily use of my car. It also was much less than what the other guys had quoted me, which is always a plus.I would highly recommend any new Subaru owners to speak with their local dealer as I did and get the actual facts on what to do to best upkeep your ride.I will be back next oil change and for any other services that I may actually need. Do yourself a favor and reconsider going to Jiffy Lube on Timberline. And if any of your experts over there see this, just know that I no longer require your services.

Had a terrible experience with their service department. Took my new car in (9,000 miles) for an oil change. They sent me a notification that I needed new brakes (that Dellenbach had just replaced earlier this year due to a defect), and said it would cost me over $700. I called them back and explained to them the situation, and told them I was not paying for new brakes. They said they would check on it and get back to me. I called later that afternoon after hearing nothing from them. They said the service manager was out test driving the car, and they would call me back. Still never heard from them. I then got notified the car was all done! What?! They made a note I made the decision to pass on new brakes. I never got any communication from them. When I went to pick up the car, the service manager said everything was fine. Why in the world did the technician say I needed new brakes? When I called and said the brakes were their problem, they are magically fine? About the worst experience I have ever had with a service department. I will not be returning to Dellenbach.

They don’t do the service they are supposed to be doing. I took my Outback for regular warranty service and the dealership was supposed to rotate the tires. Once out of warranty I noticed unusual wear on my right front tire. I took it to the local tire store and found that my tires have never been rotated and my front end was way out of alignment. Hence I had to purchase four new tires and alignment on a car with 34,000 miles. Thanks Dellenbach!

The normally stressful process of purchasing a car was made exceptionally easy at Dellenbach because of Chris Taylor. He and the GM Wendy really worked to match my price point thinking through creative solutions for me to get the car I wanted. Chris was patient and informative as I looked at many, many different models, trim packages and colors. After purchasing the car, he spent time to make sure I understood all of the features of the Forrester. Chris and the team at Dellenbach were lovely to work with. Highly recommend!! And definitely take up the offer to go through the features 2 weeks later with Jeremy. He is delightful and doesn’t make you feel dumb as you discover like 75% of features you didn’t even know about.

Ive never purchased a brand new vehicle, or a vehicle from a dealership. Ive always bought an old vehicle (15+ years or more) from a private party and dealt with issues as they came up. Recently I decided I was ready for a fixed cost each month for my car, and wanted to have the security of a warranty and ownership of a brand new car to care for its entire history. I also was drawn in by the awesome interest rate of 1.9% to help me finance my purchase. I went in to check out the 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Base Trim, a great upgrade from my 99 Subaru Legacy with better clearance, safety features, and improved gas mileage. I worked with Chris Taylor and Buck and was able to sit with the real numbers for a few days before making my decision, as it was a big financial commitment. I never felt any pressure and found the entire process transparent so I knew exactly what I would be getting into. They asked me if I had any questions at every step along the way, and I appreciated that they were so great at guiding me through this process. The only thing I would have done differently is inquire from the beginning if it was possible to get the ideal color I wanted. The very next morning after purchasing, I went back in to see if this was possible, and was greeted by John Dellenbach when I went in. They said they could do it and Im so so so grateful. I feel like Im getting EXACTLY what I wanted and Im so stoked. I really appreciate that I was able to do that, but I wish I would have spared them any hassle by just asking if they could get the color I really wanted! I also purchased the 7yr/100K mile warranty and the maintenance package, and am happy Dellenbach will be my home dealer. Thank you Dellenbach Subaru!

My most recent interaction at their service shop was exceptional. I was told by another shop that the dealership had potentially caused damage to my car. I took this information at face value and I went to Subaru. Needless to say upon arrival, I was heated. Kiah is my service advisor and she took my concerns seriously. She listened to me and allowed me to feel heard. She was so kind and super helpful. She advised me on the situation and she made sure I felt satisfied with her resolution. I left feeling relieved and validated.I returned today to have the work completed on my car. Kiah, again was amazing about communicating with me and made this a quick process. At the end of my appointment Kiah showed me evidence of questionable workmanship on my car that was not preformed by Subaru, but actually the other shop. She informed me and educated me so that I know how to better care for my car and ensure it gets top notch service. Thank you Kiah and Dellenbach!

Poor customer service. The website advertises that they open at 8am on Saturday but when I called, no one answered. I called 7 times between 8 and 8:20am and each time, I reached the answering machine stating that the office was closed. I had an inspection scheduled for 10:30 but wanted to drop my car off early as I live 20 miles away and was headed into town to do other things. The gal at the front desk said she had no loaner cars available and they no longer provided a shuttle. She said it wouldn’t be a big deal for me to just wait since inspections only take 20-30 minutes. Stranded, I have no choice but to wait so I do. I sat on the sidewalk out front for 30 minutes and went back in to check on it only to find out that my car hadn’t been touched yet. The gal said, “oh, they will be pulling your car in next.” What should’ve been an easy Saturday morning turned into a 2 hour ordeal and was a complete waste of my time. The most frustrating part honestly was the lack of phone communication. If there was a functioning phone system, someone would’ve answered my call and I would’ve known about the lack of loaner cars before I drove into town. The whole purpose of calling was to check about the loaner cars so that if one wasn’t available I could make other arrangements.Overall, I’d give it one star. There is no consideration for the customer or the customer’s time.

Where should I start with the issues with the service department? I brought my car in on Tuesday of last week to get the air vents fixed among a few other things. I was given a verbal estimate of $475 for this part of the repairs (always ask for a written estimate.. lesson learned!). I was told the part was on order and would be in stock in 2 days and someone would call me. I was told that I was paying in full and that when the part was in we could just come by and have it put in without an appointment. It turns out none of this was true. I had to call on Saturday when I hadnt heard and was informed the part was in and I could come by on Monday. On Monday I was informed it was a 2 hour process and needed an appointment which was made for today. When I went to pick up the car today they asked me for another $280. I explained I had already paid or so I thought. It turned out that the original bill did not include the part--it included some other parts but not the main part. The original bill did include $300 worth of labor which is weird for something that was only supposed to take 5 minutes. They took the duplicate labor charge off once I questioned the additional charges and insisted I pay for the part ($120) which I generally dont have a problem with except I was misquoted to start. They also said it was in the written estimate which I never received. The manager acknowledged communication was terrible though it still feels unsatisfying to leave having paid more money for such a terrible experience.

We purchased our Outback from Jeremy in 2019. Our experience was great! Our feelings towards Dellenbach changed when we started getting our car serviced. If you are not from Ft. Collins, they make it very difficult to get your car serviced for many reasons. In this review, I will just talk about today’s experience: a fuel pump recall. Dellenbach told us it would take 2.5 hours and it took over 5 hours. We walked around Ft. Collins the whole time. Instead of missing a half day’s work, it resulted in missing a full day’s work and extending our childcare several hours. But this did not make me nearly as angry as what happened next. In order to perform the recall, they had to remove the backseat and all of our personal belongings: car seat, baby backpack, water bottles, books, clothes, diapers, hat, feminine hygiene products, and more. I called twice to schedule the recall and they did not mention they needed to remove the backseat. If they would have told me in advance, I would have happily removed my family’s items. When I complained at today’s visit, they condescendingly said I should have read the Subaru recall notice throughly because it explains how they do it. Our experience at Dellenbach today made my family feel violated. Afterward, we went to Trader Joe’s and told them what happened. They cheered us up by giving us sympathy flowers. I have such strong feelings that I learned how to write a Google a review for the first time. Today’s experience made me want to never return to Dellenbach.

I love my subaru and frequently pay the higher costs to get it serviced at a dealership. Ive lived in three different states since purchasing my crosstrek and had it serviced at three different dealerships, however this was by far the worst experience.I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation and I got a call saying that they recommended replacing the rear brake pads and rotors. I understood that they were upselling here and replacing the rotors as well even though that probably wasnt necessary, but I would rather have a subaru tech do this than another mechanic, so I gave in. The big thing that upset me and made this a bad experience was that I was told that the oil filter and oil type that was last used in my car was wrong. This was not true, I checked the invoice on my last service and checked to make sure that the right oil type and oil filter was actually installed. The person that was telling me this came off as condescending and it seemed as if they were manipulating me and making me feel guilty for taking it to a shop that didnt use subaru parts. I thought this was ridiculous. Ive had service done at other shops and then taken it to a dealership and not had this type of treatment before.Again, I love my subaru and want to take it to subaru techs to get serviced, but not when I get service like this. I wont be getting my car serviced here again and suggest others look into different options.

I just traded in my 2010 Subaru Forester and bought a 2021 Subaru Forester. I was extremely anxious about the process, giving up a car I loved, and was nervous about how it would go. The sales staff was more than amazing! I was hooked up with KJ Patrick right away, and not only was he very reassuring with my feelings but super helpful. My biggest observation was how easy going he was, and how not once did he get pushy or stress me out. He set up a test drive immediately, and while I was out he researched the EXACT specifications I was looking for with my new car, and had all the paperwork done for my trade in value. KJ laid out all the information in an understandable manner and provided copies of all the details. After I left, he kept in constant contact with me about the Forester I was buying and when it was coming in from the factory. Then the March snowstorm hit, and he was more than convenient with pushing off the purchase date. His communication was professional but had a great tone of personality and normalcy. When I arrived to pick up the car and trade in my old Forester, he had everything done in advance and the process was super smooth and easy. Answered all my last minute questions, and explained EVERY aspect of the new car - - I had been driving a stick-shift with no electronic additions so much was new to me - - and did it all in a way that I could understand. I left in my new car feeling comfortable, happy and excited, and thrilled with being taken care of by KJ in such a compassionate and professional way. I give personally him five stars!Buck Buchanan was great in the leasing office going over finances, payments, adding a maintenance plan and a few other things. Explained things extremely well and clearly, and was also very personable.Devon Dellenbach was fabulous! Through the mask I could see a fantastic smile, which Im sure wouldve blinded me if there had been no mask. He represented the company with excellence, professionalism, and again, a great personal touch that was super relatable and comforting. I felt like I was among new friends for the week I worked with everyone there.I also appreciated the diligence of the attention to COVID precautions, how clean everything was, how masked up everyone was, and the social distancing. Being someone whos not gone out much in the past year, it was a comfortable setting with everyone being aware.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dellenbach, and hope many people have the opportunity to work with their amazing and caring staff!

I first started going to Dellenbach 4.5 years ago when I bought my Suburu. They were wonderful, honest, and even sent me home if I thought I needed services but didn’t which saved me a lot of time and money. At that time they also were timely and I rarely had to wait to check in or out. Now its a different story. Last summer I went in for an oil change. They did their regular comprehensive screening and told me my brake pads were low but they could change them for about $900. I was a new mom and scared that my car might not be safe. I decided to take my car instead to a friend who told me I still had about 70% of my brake pad left and they were fine. Fast forward to this year and I took my car in for an oil change. I was told it would take 1-2 hours so I went on a walk with my toddler. After 3 hours I called and my car was done but I hadn’t been contacted. A couple weeks after I took it in for a recall. They again did their comprehensive check and told me my brake fluid needed to be changed (even though at the oil change it’d been fine). Again I stressed because I drive my daughter around. My father just went to change it for me and AGAIN said it was fine and didn’t need to be changed. I am tired of the lines, over booking, and LIES. Stop trying to prey on your customers. I will not be back.

Dont take your Subaru here for service. Go to an independent Subaru mechanic. They overcharge for parts (selling parts above MSRP, when other dealers in the state sell for MSRP or cheaper for the same part) and will not thoroughly diagnose your concerns. The only reason I brought my Outback here, was because Subaru is supposed to have the correct training and tools to diagnose the customers concerns, especially when you pay $135 for them to diagnose the issue. They put a part in my Outback, that didnt fix the issue I brought it in for, and now claim that its fixed. When I picked my vehicle up, I took it on a test drive, and it was not fixed. I then went on a test drive with the tech who worked on my Outback, and he confirmed to the service advisor that the vehicle is still doing what he brought it in for. How does the vehicle is still doing what he brought it in for correlate to the vehicle being fixed?Any other reputable mechanic would at least complete the needed repairs at a discount or for free, due to the lack of miscommunication/misdiagnosis on their part. I specifically asked them to fix an issue, that I wrote in the notes, when I made the appointment, and its still happening. I was never told this could be a multi-step process. The tech also told me that he wasnt looking at the tachometer when he first took the car on a test drive after the repair. Why would he not look at the tachometer, when that was my concern? The only difference between when I first brought my Outback in and now is that it has a $1700 part in it that didnt fix my concern. But that is okay with the dealership because it supposedly fixed their concern, not mine.My advice for your service department would be to let customers know that there might be additional repairs needed, before having them pay. If you tell your customer that their vehicle is fixed, and have them pay for it, and it ends up doing the same thing they brought it in for, that is on you, not the customer.

I started researching a new Subaru Crosstrek about a year ago, knowing that my 2012 GMC Acadia was on life support and would not be surviving much longer. I’d become enamored with Subaru’s little Legacy on steroids when they first started showing up in the early Twenty-Teens. When the redesign came out in ’18, I pretty much decided this car would be the replacement for my terminally ill Acadia.I read review after review, and watched YouTube video after video of owner reviews, dealer sales pitches, and head-to-head matchups against their competitors. The only real complaint was that the hamsters powering the boxer engine were a little anemic. So, when the Sport was introduced in late 2020, with a whopping Corvette-like 182 HP, I was sold.I started looking more seriously, spending countless hours on AutoTrader.com, CarGuru.com, and other interweb based car sales sites looking for the “right one”. I only had a couple “wants” in new car. A rear bumper protector to keep doggo scratches to a minimum, and an upgraded sound system. I ended up building my perfect car on the Subaru website and sending the “build number” to several area dealerships to get their best “out the door” price. Most of the dealer offers were within a hundred dollars or so of each other for the car I built, running right around the high $26-thousands, “Out The Door”. Then, enter Dellenbach Motors of Fort Collins, Colorado.I received a call from Kody with Dellenbach saying he had THAT car ON THE LOT. It was even in the color I wanted (Horizon Blue Metallic). I had seen the car he told me about during my web search but saw nothing on the window sticker discussing the upgraded audio system. I said “NO WAY!” He said “WAY!” He then told me that his dealership often installs the upgraded Rockford Fosgate sound systems in one of each model Subaru as a tester so people could hear examples of the upgraded system. Not only that, but the car also had some other options including roof rail cross bars, splash guards, Mirror compass with Homelink, and a couple other things. Even WITH those options, and one other little wish (rear seat-back protectors), Kody was able to beat all of the other prices. I gave him my credit card and put a deposit on the car.Living in Wyoming and having to travel on I-80 to get anywhere in February, made travel to pick up the car a little questionable.Coincidentally, my wife and I have a high maintenance bulldog that has to see a Vet in Fort Collins and we already had a trip to FOCO scheduled a couple weeks down the road. Cody was completely accommodating and agreed to keep the new Subi safe for us for a couple weeks until we could venture over the frozen Tundra that is southern Wyoming during winter. We made the trip last week and picked up our little Crosstrek. Kody took the time to teach an old dog new tricks (Me, not the bulldog) with all of the technology this little car has, and sent us on our way with our new dog hauler. The drive back to Wyoming was mostly clear, but within a day the weather turn again with snow, ice, and wind, creating some pretty good drifts. The Subi handled it like a champ. What a great little car… I am nothing but pleased.Last point in this small novel. Less than a week after picking up the car, Kody called to check in and make sure everything was good with the car. It was, and having to drive our medically challenged Bulldog back to the CSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital within a couple week, Kody set up my first service to coincide with our next trip. All in all, I would highly recommend Dellenbach for your next Subaru purchase. They made it easy from start to finish, no high pressure, quick return calls… everything you’d want from a dealership.

This dealership has now messed up my car not once, but TWICE. The first time they managed to bungle an OIL CHANGE (my oil cap was not properly replaced and came off WHILE I was driving - covering both my car and the poor car behind me in oil) and then this past month while my car was in for its 60k mile check in, they managed to fry several cables and fuses leading to my tail lights blowing out. The other place I took it to said theyd never seen anything like it. The amount of incompetence and negligence is astounding. I will not be returning for service here ever again, and I refuse to recommend them to anyone.

Exceptional! Never had a car buying experience like this one. I feel that I got a fair deal with good transparency from the sales person. Only experienced an attempt at an up sell 2x (its their job) and they were only quick statements. Absolutely no pressure. I highly recommend Dellenbach for a much better buying experience. Did not waste my time. Did not disappoint.

Matt Soto sold me a New 2018 Subaru Crosstrek and I absolutely love it. I love the paint protection on both sides of the car, the back up camera has completely changed the way I back up, in parking garages you can never see when you are trying to back up out of a spot, now I can see everything. I immediately took it to preferred window tinting. They matched the front two windows with the back two and tinted the windshield this car looks so sexy now. I even wax the windshield and all windows to reflect and bead water better than Rain-X can do. The interior is beautiful, the very responsive touch screen is one of my favorite features and when you connect your phone to the car through Android auto, for Android phones, I have Google Maps Spotify Audible and I can even send text messages to people by just using my voice. Any features I did not like I could turn off in the settings such as the blinker will blink 3 times when signaling to change a lane. I hated that, so I just turned that setting off and I love the options to do things like that. THANKS MATT

I would like to start off by saying these people are amazing! I purchased my Subaru in Cheyenne Wyoming where I currently reside, I have been going to our local Subaru for years my transmission went out in my vehicle on a trip to Arizona causing us to stop in Albuquerque to get it repaired. In Albuquerque we were helped with a representative named Bryan he was nothing but helpful and made our situation a positive one! When bringing my vehicle back to Cheyenne The Subaru dealership has always made things more difficult for us with our vehicle..... so we decided to try it out Subaru in Ft Collins Tanner helped out a lot he repaired more problems that we’re going on in our vehicle! I would have to say Tanner was nothing but delightful I will definitely be bringing my car back to Fort Collins for all future repairs and maintenance! All the staff are very friendly and helpful! I usually take my Forester to Subaru when I need an oil change since I dont have a garage, and its just worth it to get the free inspection, and I trust Subaru more than a random auto shop. I took it in to have my oil changed, and they recommended both my cabin air filter and the air filter element be replaced, as well as my tires, which I am aware are almost at the end of their life. I agreed to have the air filters replaced and didnt think much of it, and declined the tire replacement. They wanted to charge me $915 for four new tires of unknown quality, which is a rip-off (you can go to discount tire and get 4 new top-of-the line tires for $300 less.)After received the bill I was a little surprised at the price, but it was my fault for not checking the filters on my own and letting them do it, so not a huge deal. After I got home I decided to check how much the two filters cost out of curiosity. I looked up the exact part numbers listed on the invoice, and they charged me $65 (pre-tax) for the two filters that retail for $40-45 together. Also, they charged $40 for the 5 quarts of synthetic oil that goes for about $25. I get that you guys need to cover your overhead costs and pay your employees, but at least charge it to labor instead of parts which can be easily looked up online. You would think they could still make a profit off parts just by charging retail prices, as I assume they get them for wholesale cost.I also found it kind of odd that the labor for the oil change was $16.50, which is very reasonable, but they charged 19.50 to replace the two filters, which takes like 5 minutes. To sum up, I learned my lesson to not be so lazy and do a better job of keeping up on the general maintenance that I can do myself if I dont want to overpay. I ended up paying about $92 after tax for the air filters when I could have just done it myself for $40. Maybe its still worth it to you if you have a high income and dont have time to do it yourself. In response to the reply below, I looked up the exact part number from the invoice, so the prices I quoted are for the same exact parts used by Subaru. I just purchased brand new performance quality Michelin tires for $300 less than the price they quoted me, after taxes and installation costs.

I waited a bit before posting and reviewing to make sure my truck I purchased was a good vehicle, I am not disappointed. I went to Dellenbach Subaru late May, around 4:30pm to take a look at a pre-owned Dodge Ram 1500, was greeted at the door by the car salesman Luke, from the start he was very professional and outgoing. We test drove the vehicle and I had no issues with the price. All-around it was a great vehicle. What really set this location apart was the sales and financing team. I was on a very strict timeline (headed out of state the next day) and waited on the parking lot while they went through the process and communicated with me the entire way. Luke and the financing guy (sorry I forgot his name) stayed late to get me approved and we’re friendly the whole time. They were able to get me the truck, that same day and stayed an extra hour after closing. A few salesmen were also still in the building and I didn’t feel like I was inconveniencing them at all (even though I’m sure I was) All in all this was a great experience. The truck is running great and I will be going back there again for any of my vehicle choices.

Hi John. The last time I was in was not 2017, I was just in a few weeks ago. I have been a regular customer at Dellenbach Subaru in your parts department for the last 2-3 years. Over those past years Ive spent thousands of dollars on parts for my 3 Subarus, Ive even taken one of them in this year to get looked at. As of this year the quality of customer service in your parts department is just terrible. There have been 2 separate occasions this year where I have been sold either a wrong part or a damaged part which I do not discover until I have my car taken apart. I have had to miss days of work because of this which is not acceptable to me. I trusted you guys to sell me the right parts and parts that arent damaged. If theyre damaged, dont sell em to me.What drove me to leave this review, on top of everything else Ive stated is I went in to your parts department on a Saturday and was told that you dont even have the ability to look up my past orders. But you have in the past so why the change? Just felt like no one cared about me really. AutoZone is able to look up all of my orders and parts warranty just through my phone number and their parts are cheaper.

Came here several times trying to find a cheap used vehicle. My complaint is not about goods sold, my review is about the level of professionalism shown.Matt who originally helped us was great, he was attentive, took time to follow up and reach out with news.Unfortunately we didnt find a vehicle we liked when he assisted but he kept us in the loop.We showed up yesterday and he wasnt available and was assisted by John J. He seemed to be fast paced and interested in helping us, during negotiation of a specific vehicle, since it was the end of the day, we parted saying wed all speak tomorrow (today) and that we were interested and wanted the vehicle but had a few concerns. John said he understood and wed be in touch today about the vehicle. He said we could text him, which I sent a text immediately after informing them if we could make a change wed be there to buy the vehicle. I received a text from Chelsea, explaining that the car we were interested in getting was sold first thing that morning.I understand how sales work; however, the 3/5 review is for the lack of courtesy and follow up prior to selling a vehicle that I had requested to test for a few days. John recommended we pick it up today to hold until Tuesday so we could get it checked out by our mechanic. It seems this company as interested in helping us find a car, once we found one, wasnt interested in helping us obtain that vehicle and let it go to the second person who showed interest.I cant point fingers and say its Johns fault or Chelsea for not relaying the info at an appropriate time, all I can say is the policy should be to do follow ups when folks have been back to your dealership several times to find a vehicle and once they find a vehicle and make promises of furthering negotiation the next day should be kept.Sorry dellenbach - but I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Not the experience that I expected from Subaru. The associates were nice enough to work with but they simply did not take care of me.I purchased my new 2017 Subaru Outback from a dealer in a Chicago. My tires were absolutely shot after 30,000 miles. I guess, and believe, this was due to an alignment issue. I take pretty good care of my car, given that it is my first new car. I may be a tire rotation or two behind the recommended, but it’s a brand new Subaru. I explained this situation and was given no help financially. Not what I expected so I took my services to an independant dealer who helped me a bit financially.

Just for fun we test drove a Cross-Trek. Jonathan went with us. He was very knowledgeable, genuine and informative--without pressure. Though it hadnt been planned we were sufficiently impressed and returned the next day to explore trading in our Outback. Jon was very busy with other customers so Pat teamed with him. The teaming was seamless, thorough, and consistently helpful. We appreciated the same qualities in Pat that described Jon, enhanced by Pats depth of experience. We were pleasantly surprised to find, at all times (we were in and out of the dealership frequently), that every employee we encountered was hospitable, anxious to help, minimize our wait time and look to our comfort. The deal offered and eventually agreed upon, seemed straight forward, reasonable and fair. The Cross-Trek is a different vehicle from the Outback and there are always trade-offs. All in all, we actually enjoyed the user-friendly experience, and are loving the Cross-Trek.

I had a great experience at Dellenbach Subaru! The work was incredibly fast and the employees were kind, patient, and helpful. I highly recommended Dellenbach Subaru.Earlier in the week when I was having major car issues, I called Dellenbach for advice and they offered to check out the problem later that day. Despite their office being incredible busy, my car was in the shop being looked at within five minutes of arriving. They even welcomed me into the back to explain and show me the issue in person! Turns out, another Subaru service center had made a mistake on a previous service. Dellenbach facilitated conversations with the other Subaru service center to figure out what happened. They had the issue diagnosed and fixed within a couple of hours.I had the pleasure of working with Shellie Steele, Service Advisor, and Fred Bowman, Technician. Their pricing was transparent and they offered a great discount out the gate without having to pull it out of them; we all know thats a painstaking process. Ive known for years that I wanted a Subaru once I was ready to trade in my old car and then I was given the push when my car was totaled and I had no choice but to start the shopping process. Id looked at a few other dealers in the area and happened to be shopping the week of Thanksgiving and heard about Dellenbachs Black Friday deals. This was ideal for me because the thought of negotiating for a car gave me real anxiety so the fixed deals that were being offered were fabulous! We arrived on Friday morning right at 8 and met with Cathy on a silver 2015 Forester. We went for a test drive and she was very helpful in explaining all the features of the car without feeling pushy or like she was really trying to sell it. When we got back we started the paper work process and Cathy was great at helping to calm my nerves over the whole thing (Id never bought a new car before). I was very worried that because I didnt have time to be picky as was without transportation, that I would end up pushed into a car I didnt want or didnt suit my needs. In no way did I feel that at Dellenbach. I felt very taken care of by everyone at the dealership and after the paperwork was sorted, Cathy took me around and introduced me to everyone from the gal at the reception desk to the service department, all of whom were friendly and welcoming and made me feel right at home. Like I wasnt just purchasing a car and leaving, but that I was developing a relationship with everyone at the dealership and that they were here to take care of me and my new vehicle. Its been a little over a week and I love my new Subaru! Purchased a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek from Dellenbach. They didnt have the the trim level or color. Salesman, Chris Taylor was able to acquire a trade from another Denver dealer to make the sale. On the date to take possession, the car arrived 4 hours late. Chris said it was due to a low tire issue. All was said fixed and we eventually bought the SUV. Today I noticed from its first car wash that there was a HUGE plug in the drivers rear tire. Called the dealer today to report it and was hung up upon twice. Also called to report the recall letter mailed to me, (a different issue) to take care of both issues at the same time. SUV has less than 200 miles driven since delivery. After being hung up upon twice today, and no return call from Chris, who has been unavailable for a week. Maybe holidays, idk. But I am very unimpressed in the misleading of my delivery and the actions of Dellenbach to articulate the reasoning in the behavior of my concerns. I would not recommend buying a car from them.I appreciate your form letter reply. This would of been a nice gesture on previous attempts to your business. 4 weeks in the running. No, no one offered previously to replace the tire sold as new. And yes, indeed a curse word was spoken by me, to your employees. As well as it should of been. 4 weeks...and hung up upon 2 times and your secretary had more correct information every time delivered to you. I expect you and you employees should not tolerate abuse however I also expect a response or service prior to posting such negative stuff on a platform. I got a faster response from you, than i did your service department.I am appreciative of your quick response by your team today. It is much appreciated, to late. However, I also believe that the time or energy spent to have your response was lacking. A guy shouldnt have to wait for a response from a July sale, in January, and/or have to wait from said complaint for 6 months. My complaint, as before is the shadiness of this deal. You previously asked me Why are we even replacing the tire. BECAUSE YOU SOLD ME A BRAND NEW CAR WITH A FAULTY/PLUGGED TIRE! and did not disclose as such in the sale. And when a guy is angry that he was sold a second class and not informed, and not responded to since, then yea. You can see for yourself. I appreciate the calls from Wendy (damage control, I suspect) but THIS company failed and me and my family.
