Ok on getting parts and the help to install isnt so good they avoid it if they can it was a easy install about 15 min but they still refused to help I just hope it was short staffed and I know thats not it because 3 other people were wondering the store they just missed a huge tip but I dont mind working on my own things...even if its just a battery or blades

I dont know much about cars. But I do know that these guys, particularly the manager, will go out of their way to help me get what I need - wipers, oil, coolant, bulbs, wax, and more. They dont try to sell me more than I need. For the wipers, they even install them for me, which on my cars turns out to be fairly tricky. I trust them and they have come through for me time and again.

This is an excellent AutoZone over here on the North end, Doug runs a tight ship, and staff always works hard to expedite business, and their rewards program is actually worthwhile.

They have what you need. My shopping experience today was not good. Five workers present. Two were helping the other two customers in the store. I found what I needed and stood there waiting to get checked out somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes. Sure felt like 10.

Awful expierence unable to process an online return, insisted my vehicle was not what I was saying it was... Spent 30 mins looking for a radiator hose said had 3 in stock told me couldnt find it.The oriley a block away was fantastic in and out with the parts I needed in 15 mins

I went to return the core for my battery I had purchased and the customer service was lacking. I was carrying my daughter and the battery and I had one employee walk right passed me, even though the customer he was helping told him to help me. The manager stayed closing out his drawer instead of helping me put the battery on the counter. Ruined my experience highly.

Went in to replace an alternator I had installed last year under warranty. Was helped very quickly to order a new alternator but was actually sold a reject core that wasn’t even right for my car and was not under my warranty. Tried to return the core and was spoken to in a very condescending tone and they told me there was nothing they could do. Finally went back and was given a full refund. Felt very taken advantage of overall.

As long as there is someone there who knows what they are doing, which is 98% of the time, the place is a well oiled machine. JT has helped me an awful lot lately, I hope they hold on to him dearly.

This is probably the worst autozone I have ever been to. None of the staff I have dealt with seems to have any initiative or desire to help the customers. Theres always a line, sarcasm and eye rolling. The autozone chain is wonderful but this location is not great.

Its your average auto parts store. They have almost everything minor and some major parts. Very fast friendly service, took an alternator in to have tested and was walking out about 10 minutes later with a new alternator and able to install in a few minutes once home.

This store is much better than those on the south end of town. The staff are friendly and selection is good.

Xyon helped me get everything I needed to complete my do it myself tune up. I wasnt aware that I would need more additional parts other than spark plugs to do the job. Xyon explained that i would need a plenum gasket as plenum needs to come off to access plugs and suggested new coil plug boots i purchased all and he was correct nice to deal with someone that has knowledge Thank You

They have a lot of stuff. Not great on stocking high end parts but you can order them if you have the time.

I needed transmission fluid and asked the young kid at the counter was rude and acted like it was a big problem to help me so I went to oreillys and they were wonderful. The counter guy at OReillys even came out and put the transmission in fluid in for me. If you need anything go to OReillys!

Of the four employees I saw, only half wore masks. Of those, only one had it covering his nose. The only positive of this experience was I was able to get out quickly. If you value your health, I suggest you go to a different location. I cannot overstate how appalling it was so see so many people blatantly disregard public health.

I sent my daughter to get fuses for her car, and the staff did not help her find the correct fuses, nor did they offer any help when she could not find the fuses she needed on Aisle 1.The fact that the staff could not take the 30 seconds to help her find the correct fuse for her car was bad customer service and led her to go to a competitor. At that store, they helped her find the correct fuse and even offered to install them in the fuse box in the car.Im not sure why the service was bad at this location. Every one has a bad day, and this experience was a powerful one for this customer.

I was at this store recently and when I checked out I saw that a rope at the checkout counter was tied into a noose. I see no reason why you would need a noose in an auto parts store. From my knowledge a noose is only used to hang people or trap animals, though that is normally a snare which is different from a noose. I find the presence of a noose insulting and disrespectful, because of this I will never go to another AutoZone again.

Perhaps he isnt any good at accounting or simply doesnt want the job, but whenever I deal with him Im in a good mood the rest of the day. Whatever it is youre paying him, its not enough. And no, were not related or neighbors, but I wish that I worked with him and that we were neighbors. Great employee.

Customer service is lost on these people.I’ve been a really regular autozone customer for better than 25 years. And today that ended. I will never buy another part from AutoZone again. I’ll walk first.I bought a few parts yesterday for my current project. While I was in, I asked the manager that helped me if they could swap the pulley on my alternator for a different style. I changed the accessory drive from a v belt to a multi rib belt. A task that today’s associate could have accomplished in less than 5 minutes I get to fight with all day. I don’t have the tools to make this change.To be clear, I bought this alternator at this autozone. I didn’t get dudes name, but he was a tall male in his late 20’s or early thirties with black hair.Don’t ever go in there and ask for one of their people to go out of their way. I mean, it would have made sense if they were busy, but I was the only customer in the store.

The younger people that work there are not helpful at all! Their are a few guys there that speak Spanish are great guys!

Typical franchise Autozone here but the particular employee I delt with was very helpful, he actually knew what I was talking about and was able to chat with me and give me some personal input on my cars problem. Seemed like the perfect guy for the position. A lot of the time I can go over the employees heads at auto parts stores and I am a mediocre mechanic at best. I would recommend going here. Theres also a Taco truck outside in the parking lot!

The store has improved greatly over past few months. I have shopped twice in past month alone. Last couple of years no matter when youd shop always have to wait and hope there would be someone to help out,.. eventually. Things as said have changed for the better. Been in twice this month. Different days, different times, different employees. No waiting for help at all. The two who helped me were on top of things, knowledgeable and friendly. Regardless what has resulted in the improvements its greatly appreciated. The store itself always clean, well stocked with reasonable prices.

Went there to order a part and they wind up having it in stock. There is three people in line but yet I was at the desk in no time. The people here seem to be pretty professional the store is decently clean considering its an auto parts store. And they usually have this Mexican food truck in the parking lot which has pretty good food I would definitely recommend coming here.

Headed down to Denver tonight. Went to start the car & the battery was struggling. Went to Auto Zone & Doug came out & installed the new battery & discarded the old one. So awesome. Saved us a ton of time. Thanks Doug. Youre the best!

Great place to buy auto parts. also as much as the employees are helping customers in the parking lot, they should install 4 post lifts to save their backs... Refreshing to still see customer service still does exists.! Wow, Didnt think i would say that about AutoZone, but its true, they really have stepped up to the plate...

5 employees working when I walked in. Two registers open, the other 3 eating/ walking around with hands full of fast food. Side note, the whole time I waited, one register was simply getting someone wipers, something that shouldn’t hold up a line that long. Walked out without getting any service

We use this Auto Zone once or twice a month. I do most of the routine maintenance and repairs for our three vehicles, so I need parts right away when Im doing any maintenance. Auto Zone is always a reliable source. And, they are quite knowledgeable.

Cheap parts.... actually that may not sound positive. What I should say is affordable parts. And also very helpful staff who go out of their way to assist you.

Google took us a weird way to get there, but the parking was easy enough. We had a headlight out and went in to get a new bulb. We simply showed the check out woman our bad bulb, and she immediately took us over to what we needed. We were in/out of there in no time! (Not to mention, on Christmas Eve!)

AutoZone is probably the most common car parts dealer in the US because they provide awesome service and have a great selection. Hopefully theyre not corporate sellouts, but either way at least theyll help you with your car!

Love them! Staff is always friendly and easy to talk to. Good guys all-round. If they dont have the part in stock they can have it shipped to store usually same day. Only complaint most parts not in stock on line you have to go to in store to order it. But that is understandable..

Best customer service, favorite Auto zone location, I go out of my way to go specifically to this one. Very knowledgeable and respectful and helpful, dont try to sell you what you dont need. Im a woman and thats the treatment I usually get and it drives me nuts at other Auto parts stores especially since I know cars.

Got a battery and wiper blade here a couple weeks ago. They helped me figure out which rear windshield wiper I needed quickly.

Cost 118.79 dollars for a battery. A little expensive I think.

Pretty good. Very helpful workers. Some seem a little grouchy but the manager seems that way too. Understaffed slightly but the workers bust it to help people quickly. Helped me by coming out to look at the problem in my car while it was busy. Very cool. Saved me 80 dollars by giving me advice on to rewire sensor instead of replacing. Not sure of his first name. L was his last name intial. I always shop around and advance auto and them are always price for price and equally helpful. A small amount of other customers are sketch but thats the norm for the area north of old town. I am picky on buying parts and they usually end up getting my business.

This is a great Auto Zone automotive retailer! Yes, they do have at least 1 if not 2 more stores in Fort Collins, CO but, they are located on the South side of town but this particular retailer is on the very North end of the city! This is obviously very convenient for those of us that reside on this side of our community! This North Auto Zone store is clean, well stocked with just about all your automotive needs, and also has a sales staff that is both friendly and is well knowledged with just about any car related question or questions you may have! Their pricing is also very competitive with the other automotive retailers within this area too! I have no problem with saying that this is my favorite place to shop for any of my automotive needs!

I ordered a part online that was listed in stock. shortly after i get an email telling me my part is ready to pick up... i drive into town to get my part and am told sorry we dont have that in stock...i can maybe understand the website not matching up with the actual current inventory, but if thats the case you shouldnt blindly confirm you have the part by sending me an email telling me you have it ready to pick up.

Never have to wait at auto zone. They always have specials on oil and oil filter combinations. The dude usually picks the filter that is for my car. You can bring back the used oil to them for free. Great service and convenient locations

The manager was wonderful! Not only did he help me look up which windshield wipers I needed, but he put them on for me before I left, without my prompting!

Was a tremendous help! Had so much issues with their website but they made sure they went over and beyond for me in store.

They provided as much help as they could over the phone but if your looking for specific oil for warranty purposes they dont typically carry those oils. I do usually shop for accessories here they do have a good selection if you need something quick.

Terrible staff. My radiator hose blew down the street and i tried to have one of their busted old employees help me look up the part as i am stranded and needed to act fast. He kept rushing me saying they need to close the store. It was 9:30pm and they close at 10. Couldnt help me at all and kept grabbing the wrong parts. Thanks guys!

I stopped here for a headlight bulb as mine burnt out on my drive up from Denver. The staff was extremely helpful and even helped me install the bulb. Saved me time and money! I seem to find myself at Autozone whenever something happens with my car.

I was out of the country and my wifes car wouldnt start on Friday May 11, 2018. Her father helped jump the car and got it started. I suggested they go to AutoZone and have the battery tested. The employee that helped her said that the voltage on the battery was fine and he didnt want to sell her a $190 battery that wouldnt fix the problem. We made an appointment with a local mechanic on Tuesday May 15th, 2018.Since she hadnt driven the black Mazda CX-9 since last Friday, I had to jump start the vehicle again on Tuesday. There was quite a bit of corrosion on the battery so I decided to stop by another parts store down the street to get a second opinion. It only took the employee of the other store a couple of minutes to determine that the battery was bad.My wife had two young children in the back seat of the car last Friday when your employee couldnt take the time to do a proper job. Due to the poor customer service our business was lost.We found a cheaper battery down the street and the install took just a few minutes. I appreciate the employee at AutoZone not wanting to sell my wife something that she didnt need, but it didnt work out for us this time around.

Fast to try to help. But they couldnt find anything for my 91 ford explore with automatic drive. All they could do is say they dont carry parts for rare cars or trucks like mine.

The guy didnt give us all the tools we needed to remove a clutch fan. After multiple trips we got the tools we needed. Very friendly though, and will be returning. They did have the parts we needed to change a upper radiator hose with no wait time.

Was good other than the one employee yelling at the other just because he didnt want to do something he wasnt supposed to do.

I dropped three batteries to recharge. One for my 92 chevy. And 2 for my 96 chevy. When i went to pick it up, they lost 2 of the three batteries. 1 batter was in the trash core pile. But the other one was no where to be found. They replaced it, but wouldnt let me pay a difference to have a 800cca battery, they gave me a 600cca. I was starting to like this store but after that incident, i dont think i will spend a single penny here.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. When I walked in not a single person greeted me and when I asked for a product they just pointed without saying a word. I worked in retail for 5 years, I know that is not Acceptable anywhere you work. Very disappointed.
