Russel can fix anything. All work is done very professionally with an eye to detail. I have total confidence in this shop for my three cars, one of which is a classic vintage Corvette, my sons and grandsons 4 cars.

I decided to bring my car here because of the reviews. I am so happy that I found this place. They are fantastic. Super friendly and honest. I really wish I found this repair shop years ago. My 2007 car runs like it did when I first bought my vehicle. Russell is just down to earth and so accommodating. My check engine light came on this morning. I called them just to make an appointment. They said they can look at it and see if they can work on it today. They were able to fix my car on the same day and it was a Friday. I was not expecting that at all. I will be back....hopefully just for maintenance on my cars though :)

My taillights were not turning off on my 07 Impreza, and I assumed it was an electrical issue, and scheduled an appointment to have it looked at. They called and gave me a quote of almost $500 for a faulty headlight switch. This seemed unreasonable, and so I did some research, only to find that Subarus have a parking light switch (Ive never seen one on any other car Ive owned), and upon picking my car up solved the issue. Either they simply didnt know about the switch (unknowledgeable), or they did and were attempting to take $500 from me for a repair I did not need (unprofessional). Either way, I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

My wife and I both love working with these guys. They all go above and beyond and weve greatly appreciated it. We had brake issues and they came in on their day off to make sure we were safe. Very honest, very trustworthy. Great pricing.

Russell is the best. By far the best mechanic I have ever met. I was traveling home to New Orleans and had some problems. He had me pull right into his shop. After checking my Land Rover out, he made adjustments and sent me home safely. He is the greatest!

These guys are awesome! A groupon lead me to this shop the first time for my oil chance. After about a week or so I noticed my car was leaking a little oil. I drove it to the shop without calling ahead. They dropped everything they were doing took look at it and fix their mistake. They completely owned up the problem and were happy for the chance to fix it! People human and accidents happen but I was so pleased with how they went about fixing it. They were quick and friendly. Upon returning for my second oil change they took the time to explain what maintenance Mazda was recommending for my car based on the mileage. They patiently explained what it was that Mazda was recommending needed to be done, printed out what it would cost for it to be done at their shop, but never made me feel like I HAD to get it done nor did they pressure me to schedule an appointment right at that moment for them to do it. They presented me with the information and gave me space to make my own decisions. Take your car here because the people are amazing!

We have used these guys for awhile and I have referred 2 other people. Unfortunately the last time we went the repairs came back very expensive. We ate the 161.00 diagnostic fee and took the car to the dealership. It was 1,200.00 cheaper for the same repairs. Russell has a love for cars and knows how to take care of them. But what use to be affordable has become outrageous compared to taking it the dealership.

I brought my car in because it wouldnt start. The owner had it looked at, fixed it, and returned it to me free of charge when it turned out to be a super easy fix (dont ask me what the fix was, I know nothing about cars). They easily could have told me I needed a new starter and charged me hundreds of dollars. So nice to find an honest place to bring my car where they dont take advantage of people, will definitely go to them again!

This is an amazing auto shop! They are so honest about what needs to be repaired and what is actually wrong with the car. Long story short we had a busted break line and we were on a 14 hour car trip from Illinois. We took our truck to two other places and a chevy dealership. The dealership told us we had to take the body off of the truck to fix the line and that it was going to cost at least $3,700 to fix it. We took the truck into this shop looking for anything better than that and they fixed everything and more for $1,200 total. The were honest and upfront about everything! We drove the truck home and are still driving it today with no problems at all. We appreciate this place so much that I want everyone to know that this is the place to go with any problems at all. Please go to this auto shop and experience it for yourself you wont go to any other shop after. If I lived in Fort Collins I would use this shop no matter what!!

I went to another shop and they said I needed breaks. I had a coupon for automation so I took it to them. They told me they could not sell me breaks because mine were brand new! They charged me hardly anything for the inspection and were wonderful to work with. I will bring all my vehicles there.

I have never felt so taken advantage of. I will never be back. Never heard of a shop taking $135 to just run a diagnostic code and tell you they cant fix it there?! And send you on your way? I was hoping for a good shop where I can go and not feel cheated. Not today! I hope they feel good about taking money like that for a minute or two of time. By the way, the dealership was $110 for diagnostics. Dont waste your time or money here.

A place you can TRUSTI took my Porsche Boxster in Auto Motion to see why it was showing a check engine warning. It came back that there was a issue with the timing. On Boxsters, to adjust the timing the engine needs to be pulled. Tons of money to do this, and then replace parts on top of that! Russell took this project on himself and wanted to spend time with it to figure out a more efficient and cheaper way to address the timing issue. It wasnt running rough, it has just a little over 24k miles on it. It bothered him that it was throwing this code and he did some digging in the internet. Long story short, he cleaned up the area around the solenoid; took a long time letting it run and drove it for quite a bit. The code never came back. Whatever he tinkered with did the job, without pulling the engine, without replacing any parts, without charging me $5-10k that it could have cost. Who or where else would do that? They could have told me I needed to have the engine pulled just to get a look at things...I KNOW other places in town would have done just that with the issue I had. These guys are the real deal and honest as the day is long. I cant thank them and Russell enough for how they handled the whole situation. I am proud to recommend Auto Motion to anyone needing car maintenance and/or repair. They are thorough, efficient, knowledgeable and trustworthy. What more can you ask for when dealing with any business, but especially a car repair shop? Thank you Auto Motion for providing a place to go to that gives peace of mind. My car and my best interest is your focus and it shows!

I had my Mini Cooper in the shop at Auto Motion of Fort Collins. Mini Coopers are very expensive to work on but Auto Motion tried to keep the cost at a minimum. If I could have given Auto Motion zero stars, I would have - but this review system would not allow. I could not have been more disappointed with the service that I received.Owner, Russell Herman, claimed he and his techs were experts working on classic VW Buses, but were anything but. I spent over $6,000 to have a new engine installed, brake work, clutch replacement, carburetor rebuild et. al. and every aspect of the job was of shoddy workmanship and mishandled. My vehicle was in and out of their shop fro over 4 months. I finally had to pull my Bus from their shop and spend another $1500 to have their errors corrected. Moreover, Mr. Herman refused to provide me the warranty papers for the new engine that was installed.Mr. Herman and Auto Motion were very unprofessional in all aspects.Be very careful if you bring your vehicle to Auto Motion.
