BG Automotive was professional from start to finish! The best part about it was the communication. They sent estimates via email and text, and updated via text and phone. They provided a list of things they found with recommendations for what should be fixed and what could be monitored (which I found very helpful and honest). There was no pressure to do anything on the lists, but I now have specific items I can look out for over the next 6 months. They got a part in the following day after reaching out to contacts on the east coast and fixed everything within 2 hours of receiving the part. The front desk staff is friendly and very professional. I will go here next time!

Took our 2011 Subaru Forester in for a second opinion after the local dealership service department recommended a short block replacement based on, what I thought, might be a mistaken assumption about engine oil loss. BG Automotive conducted a thorough diagnostic analysis and, instead, recommended a measured approach to determine if we are losing more oil than would be expected (per Subaru specs), and if so, from what specific source. BG Automotive gets my business from now on.

Hands down these are the friendliest people to do business with, especially when it comes to my Toyota Pickup. I had an uncommon issue with my engine and they found it within hours of me dropping off my truck. Good prices and they told me in detail everything that was wrong and what it would take to fix my truck. My experience with BG Automotive was wonderful! I have fixed my passenger side mirror with them and I did a full car inspection too. Brandon with super helpful and friendly and the whole crew was professional too in providing detail information about my car inspection. This shop repair is a little bit expensive but If you want to get stuff that will last with you a lifetime and take a good care of your car, it worth it. I fixed my engine belt with them since I had squealing sounds especially in the morning when I leave the car for a while, but it does not have this sound after I turn the car on later in the day while using it. They did inspect the belt, they said it looks okay. However, I had a feeling that the belt needs to be changed, and they did base on my request.I would totally recommend this repair shop to any of my friends, because the workers are truly honest and try to accommodate what is best for the driver’s safety to their cars. Brandon is doing a great job with customers, and I have seen some of them, but I can’t remember the names right now, but all of them were nice, welcoming, and ready to help you out at any time.The inspection crew gave me all the detailed information and pictures to my car. I loved that! and really appreciate them for providing such a good service to the customer about the inspection details.I just had a hard time accommodate my time and my friends time to come and pick me up from the shop since they were always out of the loan car and they do not provide a delivery option.Thank you BG automotive for providing the good care to my care, I am definitely using this shop in the future whenever I need it.

I love this place. My friend referred me a few years ago and Ive had a few lovely experiences. I especially love having a photographed list of the recommended improvements my car needs. On this last visit, I had quite a bit done in a very short period of time, including an issue with my very difficult driver side window. Brandon got me back driving quickly, with an operable window, in this cold weather, working with my budget and what is best for my car. I recommend this place to anyone who asks. The people here rock and I feel great about my car being in their hands.

If youre looking for a place to bring your 4x4, I highly recommend BG Auto. They have done great work on my rig at a very competitive price. Recently hit a road block in a project I was working on myself. The guys at BG were able to figure it out and get me back on the road in no time. Just as good as any of the specialized 4x4 shops around town.

BG is great to work with in all my experiences. This time around I worked with Frank who was extremely helpful and informative during working on my extended warranty engine replacement. He even helped push to get some other things done that I was wanting to do since it was all torn apart. After a couple bad experiences at other places, I found myself at BG. Frank was so helpful and informative that he turned the whole situation into a positive one. Being able to compare the quotes between BG and the other places, I felt confident having the work done at BG, knowing it would be reasonably priced. Furthermore, the level of expertise and professionalism was greatly appreciated and I will for sure be back anytime I need work or even routine maintenance.

This business is very nice, but their work is absolutely terrible. My partner and I went to them several times with the hope that each time would be better than the last. During our visits, they left a hubcab off one of our tires (or it was so loosely attached that it rolled off after a 15 minute drive), did not tighten the bolts on one tire, and didnt properly replace a serpentine belt. They were quick to fix most of these mistakes, but after so many of them, it hasnt been worth going back.

Took vehicle in to have a alignment done they explain that we need a new tires before we can do the alignment and to bring it in anytime to get the alignment done. After getting tires done they got us in right away for the alignment dealt with Mike did a great job thank you!

Jippy Lube mangled my fuel filter on my 01 Exploder Sport. Second time in a decade! They towed it to BG & paid for repairs. I bought it new & loaded. Its my go-to mountain Ute. Got a Colorado Cucaracha-Suby Cross Trek--for sporting around town. Itll be going to BG henceforth if need be. Frank & the team were on it...Pronto. Back in two working days. Cant say enough. Brandon, Chad, and the team were immensely helpful when my steering went out of alignment as a result of me hitting a curb during a snow storm. They provided a detailed before and after alignment report, identified upcoming maintenance services, and took time to troubleshoot an issue which was discovered to be uneven tire wear. Their sales approach was informative and not fear based or aggressive. My experience with them has been one of the most positive auto mechanic interactions I have had and I would recommend them for wheel alignment and friendliness.

Great experience having my transmission replaced on my 02 ram 1500. Frank was very helpful and provided a couple different options from rebuilding to finding a used one. Everything was quick and communicated clearly throughout the process.

Can I just say that they are THE MOST honest, reliable, sweet, shop I have ever had been in. The last thing they want is to rip you off. My transmission is going out and to do a CVT flush and other repairs my car needed was somewhere around 1500. But I was explained that if I spend that much then my transmission goes out in a week or two that they wouldn’t want to see me waste my money like that. Specifically Matt, who went over and ABOVE beyond for me. Making phone calls trying to find some kind of extended warranty or recall on my car. Walked me through every finding and gave me lots of advice on how to proceed. There is not a better shop than this one. I will not be going anywhere else. Thank you BG, and thank you Matt. It was my first time going to here but I will be coming back for future maintenance. I got my radiator, CV shaft and spark plugs replaced on my Toyota Tundra for a good price and in a quick fashion. They were also the only place in the Fort Collins area that could find that had the ability to do a steering alignment on my truck since my truck was too long for the other shops. The 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty on their work too is very comforting and atestes to their quality. I highly recommend this place. Their staff is also very professional and Kenny B was who I worked with. He was very helpful in explaining how to best maintain and preserve my vehicle. Overall, I highly recommend their services.

I have been using BG Automotive since 2019! Brandon can always get me in for an oil change in a reasonable amount of time! They also are fairly quick on time for whatever service I am needing. Which is great because I usually have a toddler that accompanies me and our time for waiting is limited. If additional services are needed they are never pushy but honest about what is needed (which is usually urgent in the way I drive cars). I highly recommend BG Auto and Brandon! Also they are safe with Covid practices during this crazy time so I know I’m not going to a super Spreader event to get an oil change.

Im so happy to have found BG Automotive when I was totally finished with my dealer. It was easy to make the appointment online and they were prepared for us when we arrived. We were impressed with their desire to be thorough in diagnosing our problem by asking us to wait until the technician had time to do his research. Kenny, our advisor, kept us updated throughout our time there.We were especially impressed by the treatment we received while waiting. Everyone was friendly and professional and caring. They were happy to drop us at a nearby restaurant and pick us up. We felt they truly enjoyed taking care of their customers.Lastly, I couldnt help but overhear the various people on the phone - not necessarily the conversation itself, but the attitude in which the phone was answered and customers were helped. Everyone answered the phone in a manner I havent heard in years - like they were really glad you called and really wanted to help. Absolute stellar service! Brandon the service manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the issues on my Nissan. Ive dealt with BG Auto for two cars, a 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser GT and a 2001 Audi TT Roadster Quattro, on several occasions now. Each time the shop was super friendly, professional, thorough, and timely. They also stand behind their work with a warranty!I also appreciate their great communication. For example, for a super big 120k-service job where I had them replace my Audis timing belt, cam tensioner, water pump, thermostat, coolant temperature sensor, gaskets to fix multiple leaks, engine and rear differential oil and filter, they were texting me about the car status every single day. I even told them that they could have the car for 1-2 weeks if they needed it, yet they seemed intent on getting back the car as soon as possible (ultimately it was only a week).Ive dealt with several shops in Fort Collins and have been lucky to have good experiences with most, but my experiences with BG Auto has been the best of all of them.

I went to BG to establish a relationship with a local shop with regards to performing maintenance & custom work on my vehicles. One of those vehicles is a Jeep. They offered to install a custom steering component which I purchased from a 4x4 shop.When I picked up my jeep something was just not right. Explaining to Brandon that it just didnt feel right he & I tried to figure that out. It just didnt make sense why. What was so impressive was that he and his shop went above and beyond. He contacted the vendor of that part and the short of it was that the 4x4 shop sold me an incorrect part. It fit but didnt fit for the lift I had. After finding that out & getting this level of service from them, I commend them for not only learning a little more about Jeeps, but to go to the next level of customer service, thats unusual. They are amazing. Would I recommend them, yes. Over & over. Did they do right by me - again yes - over & over. This level of service shows that this shop is not above learning & venturing in an area that is new. It says much of a shop that will do that, not rip you off & give you transparency & honesty. Highly consider bringing your rig, your vehicle, your baby to them. 6.30.2020

Ive taken my Suburu to BG for a couple of years, and they provide great service and customer satisfaction. Today, I had my car in for an oil change, pcv valve replacement, and inspection to prioritize maintenance items; after their well-detailed reports that included photos, I elected to get additional service and parts replacements. Info was texted and emailed to me, along with my follow-up phone call. Kaylee was an informative service coordinator, and Beau did a great job with diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and the charges were reasonable. When I went inside, the employees at the desk wore masks, same for the technician, Beau, who addressed my follow-up and went for a test drive with me to make sure all was in order. All was good. I highly recommend them.

Frank and his team were excellent!They were able to get my vehicle completed on time by staying late on a Friday so we could drive to Yellowstone the following day.Thanks guys for making it happen. We just got home safely and created memories of a lifetime.

Employees drive reckless around town and brake check other drivers. When confronted about it, management responds by saying what do you want me to do about it?. Will never even consider this unprofessional shop.
