Visiting MazTech was such a day and night experience from other places Ive been. They were honest, prompt, and took really good care of me and my vehicle. In the past Id go in, a place would order the part, tell me to come back in two weeks, keep the car days, etc. With MazTech they drove to get the part while I was there, and fixed my vehicle while I waited for a fair price. I am REALLY impressed!

My husband, mom, twin 6 year olds, and infant were here visiting from Indiana. Our A/C went out days before a few 90 degree days. (Not to mention a 16 hour drive home) We went to a local Ford dealership and were turned away with no help, other then send us here to you guys! Not only did you agree to take a look, you gave us a courtesy vehicle that allowed us to take our previously planned trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. Our vacation wasn’t disrupted at all. Then, come to find out, the price was LESS than quoted… this has never happened to us! The reason why - you guys called around to get us the best deal on parts. If it was too expensive at one place, you called another. Thank you so much for taking us in, giving us a vehicle, and fixing our A/C for less than quoted! My car broke down in Ft. Collins. They told me from the start that they were busy so they woildn’t be able to hop on it immediately. They kept me informed and answered any questions I had and by the end of the week they had repaired my car and sent me on my way. The bill turned out to be $50 less than the estimate. That was appreciated when it came.

The team came highly recommended by an auto broker in town. I was a little hesitant at first because Ive had bad experiences with mechanics in the past, but that quickly went away when I started talking with the team. The first time I went in, they took me into the back where they were working on my vehicle and explained everything that was happening with it. They were incredibly generous with their time and in the end didnt charge me for that time because of the situation I was in. I didnt get any work done then, but have since gone back many times with my vehicles for oil changes and general repairs. They are always willing to take the time to educate me when I want and theyre always happy to take on challenging problems. The only complaint that I have is that they sometimes dont charge enough for their work. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else.

The staff at Maztech is among the best you can find. Very honest and they will always help you find the problem and fix it for a fair price. They will never try to get an extra dollar out of you and they will do the job right. No wonder they have had such a strong business all these years. If you have a chance to speak with the owner, the history of the shop is great.

Maztech was good to work with. Everyone I dealt with was professional and understanding. Unfortunately carhop is terrible and they send wrong part. Then took time getting another part sent. Will never use carhop in the future but will definitely bring my car to maztech for future repairs

They diagnosed and fixed in a few days a problem Ive been trying to fix myself for months. So quite happy overall. That said the communication left a little to be desired. I prefer a phone call to a text message when discussing the diagnosis and repair options.

I have a couple classic cars I work on, and I do some of my own maintenance and repairs, but I come here for everything I need done on post 1975 vehicles, and I never feel like I get the run-around or upsold on stuff I dont need. Ive been a customer here for 3 years. They do a decent job. Once, though, I have been told that my vehicle needed brakes soon. 2 years later I had another mechanic check them out and at that time they looked great... needed only minor work. Then, at another visit I was told that on my next visit I would need my transmission fluid flushed and changed. When that next visit rolled around I checked my owners manual, only to discover that my car nvr needs trans fluid changed! Seriously?! And theyre supposed to be Mazda experts? I feel they are trying to sell me services I dont need.The final straw is that they have given all of my service records to Car Fax! Now I am receiving emails from Car Fax on service records, recommendations, etc. If I sell my car, EVERYONE can view my scheduled services.I dont know how they decided it would be smart to share MY info with a 3rd party. Not smart. I asked them to undo it. Im still receiving emails from Car Fax.Mazdatech, YOURE FIRED!Update: The owner responded to my post by saying he misses the days when we told the business if we were unhappy. I did. Problem remained, which is why I posted. My info, is MY info.

After rotten luck with cars for years, I thought I had found The One. A really nice 1998 Buick Regal GSC with about 62 k on the odometer.I had been driving it for a couple weeks when my infamous luck kicked in — the A/C blend door had shorted and it was blowing hot air on me. It also had a disconcerting rattle that had been going on since I got behind the wheel.At the recommendation from my parents, I took it to the fine folks at MazTech. They told me the A/C would be no sweat — the rattling was a bad sign, though.They were straightforward with me and let me know the supercharger on the engine was malfunctioning and could have resulted in a catastrophic failure of the engine if left unchecked.They went out of the way to make sure they found a good replacement part at a decent price (since they don’t make them new anymore), and gave this vehicle the equipment it needs to run properly. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results, and I will certainly be taking my Regal back any time it needs some TLC (or anything else, for that matter)!

They were used by our warranty company. I thought they were probably the cheapest they could get. I was pleasantly surprised. They did a great job and even fought for us when the warranty place didnt want to do the right thing. Very happy, I would definitely go here again.

They did all the ground work as I couldn’t get through. They also delivered my truck, Chuck did all the way to MCR, to me as I had to work and had no way to get it when finished. I have never had a better experience with car repairs. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else but here. I called them about a month ago to get a quote on my car and Karla researched it and gave me a quote that was well below anywhere else in town. Since I couldnt afford it right away, she saved my information and when I finally had the money to bring my car in, they fit me into their schedule right away. The towing company I hired ended up taking my car to the wrong place and causing so much hassle, especially because money was already tight. The owner of Maztech, Chuck, called me personally and told me he would get my car to his place, and later that day my car was at Maztech. They told me it would be finished Tuesday and Monday afternoon I got a call saying my car was done. They stayed within the quoted price and my car is running like a dream now. I have never had a business treat me as well as they did. They made my car a priority and got me back on the road as soon as they can.They are some of the best people in the car industry and I 100% recommend their services to anyone and everyone. Im a college student that has a 1999 Ford F250 7.3 4X4, and the guys at Maztech have done nothing but work with me, on fixing my pickup. Theyre awesome people that are only here to help, and their mechanic Bryan and shop manager Bill have a vast knowledge about Ford 7.3s! They take the time to listen to their customers, like real mechanics should!! In addition, when my pickup needed some repairs, without hesitation Bill made sure I was given a ride home after dropping my pickup off! They have not only helped me save money on good quality work, but they helped me make well calculated upgrades, without the worry of blowing up my motor! I have nothing but good things to say about the people at Maztech!

The staff was very honest and fair from the very beginning. I was having problems with a 87 iroc z28 they narrowed down the source of the problem. They explained the process to me and were in contact with me threw out the hours as they worked on the car. When i went to pick up the car it was actually cheaper then what I was quoted becasue they said they didnt get a full diagnostic they didnt charge full price. Will definitely be back and recommend these guys to everyone. Fast friendly and professional work.

Starting with the check engine light appearing a week ago and dropping in as an unscheduled possible emergency, they got me in and spent almost 2 hrs diagnosing the origins, finding a couple of valves needing replaced and scheduled a tune up and service the following Wednesday.The repairs went smoothly and much faster than I had anticipated! Back driving my car again less than 2 hrs later complete with the warning that my ignition key was worn down, showing a risk of possibly breaking off in the ignition or trunk, and I should immediately have 2 replacement keys made....which I did on my way back home. Spending under $7.00 for keys was less expensive than dealing with more serious damage from a broken key! Thanks for that advice, Chuck.

This is the best auto repair shop I have ever dealt with - anywhere. Chuck and the crew are SO knowledgable about all vehicles, excellent mechanics and completely trustworthy and honest. My wife and I are retired and volunteer for non-profits, so funds are sometimes tight. They never do more then they need to - but always do all that is needed. 6 stars plus!
