My pride and joy is my 1963 Nova and I’m very selective about who I let work on it. I heard great things about Derrick so I brought it to him so he could completely go through the car. He went above and beyond for my car. His communication with me about what he was doing was perfect. I’m blown away how my car is now running. My 283 feels like a 350. You can tell that he put tons of time into my Nova to make sure it was absolutely perfect. This is the only shop I will ever take my car to again.

Hands down the most pleasurable experience I have ever encountered at an auto shop. The service provided coupled with the professional knowledge made this place head and shoulders above any other place I have ever been. Derick was able to save me money and provide a better repair than the dealership. Being a professional mechanic myself I would never recommend a shop I didnt truly believe in. Did not receive information on my vehicle for weeks, after making multiple trips in to see if the diagnostic was complete, Derek Ogden was saying the person working on my van hadnt been in the shop. After calling multiple times to get information Derek Ogden (Owner) told us that if we wouldnt stop harassing his personal phone (the number listed online and the card he gave us) that he would have his lawyer sue us? After almost 4 months of no information he told us that we would have to pick up our van from the Ford dealership on the south end of town. When I got to ford the work order showed that my van had been there almost a whole month (Derek lied saying he was towing it there that day). Ogdens is a personal garage where maybe he works on his friends vehicles from time to time, but as a consumer repair shop, I would not recommend this place. He told us finally that we would be better off selling the vehicle because it would take 2,000$+ to fix it, but we took it to Lundstedt Auto and they fixed what was a bad fuel pump for $380. Van runs perfectly now.I recommend Lundstedt Auto, I do not know how Timberline Fleet (Ogdens) is even still open, their lot is full of broken vehicles. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone.
