We were out of town when our check engine light came on, we lost oil pressure! Their shop was just off the highway so we pulled in. They told us what they thought the problem was but that they couldnt get us in for a few days. Because of their location, we were comfortable leaving our vehicle at their shop. When they got us in they called with an estimate of what the cost would be. They got us fixed up and were back on the road again. We blew a tire on the road on our new camper trailer (on our first trip) and they helped us out and were so kind and thoughtful about everything! Even though we live in Cheyenne and not Fort Collins, we just found our new auto repair place!

Took my truck in to have a water pump and hose changed because it was leaking. They charged me 750 for labor at a rate for 100 dollars an hour. I did not have the time to do it myself needless to say it is NOT a 7 hour job. They cut a section of the black plastic on the inside of my wheel-well for some reason, broke and never replaced the clips that hold it in place. Also put over 30 miles on on my truck going through a quarter tank of fuel never put the fuel back in. When asked they said they dont understand what Im talking about and the the miles were from a test drive. They also would like my to drive another 40 minutes back to their shop so that they can look at it. I only went to this shop because Im new to the area and family said they did good work and they were good people. I work on engines on oil rigs for a living and have done many repairs and maintenance myself on my own vehicles. I will never take my truck or my wifes van here ever again.
