Just stopped by to stock up on the new spring hand soaps, and the scents are fantastic as always. But what gave me the urge to leave this review was the staff there on this particular visit - they were pleasant and helpful without being pushy. Kelly was a true pleasure to chat with about the new scents and life in general. The Kitchen Mandarin hand soap was a great recommendation. Thanks for being awesome!

What a fantastic store! The manager Elisha was so friendly, and knowledgeable, she knew exactly what I was looking for! Its so refreshing to get such a friendly personal experience in a national chain store. She made it feel like a small, local store. So nice organized and clean!

Wow!! What an amazing team this store has!!! I would like to first say thank you to Max and Kayla for greeting me with a smile and a welcoming attitude. Kayla also went out of her way to look for a specific candle and also made recommendations on a scent she thought I may like. Next is my cashier Beimnet. She has excellent customer service skills and a great attitude and isnt afraid to ask for assistance when a question arrives. Kelly the manager at this store helped with the return. She also has excellent customer service skills and a upbeat amazing attitude that a manager should have. Kelly sets a great example to her team on how to interact with customers! My return was hassle free with no problems. The other employees working up front were Claire and Katherine. The two of them are also great employees who made my visit even better. The whole team was very friendly and had great attitudes. I will drive the extra miles to return to this store!! Thanks again for such a great experience.

One of my favorites! We get all of our candles and soaps here, and they smell oh so yummy! Best scented candles anywhere. We always stock up when they go on sale. Just wish you could double up on coupons like the old days, but their policy has changed.

Love this place it is my one obsession. I love the candles the soaps..body cream.. everything. They use to have more of a selection of great smelling baking scent candles. They brought some back but not all. The foaming soap is wonderful but they arent priced like they use to be. I would get like 7 for 15.00 and use coupons. You can get great deals if you get them on sale and combine the coupons. I havent received any coupons for awhile. I spend a lot at this place. Love the vanilla bean Noel body cream. I stock up. Customer service use to be great but has faulterd. I will be going just waiting for sales. Please bring back the great candles that you use to have. Not into flannel smells. Looking forward to see what they offer this year. 😍❤️went here today and got the candles on sale. They didnt have the lotion I wanted and they wouldnt let me use the coupon because they said they only sent them out to one person household.. doesnt matter how many people sign up. I dont get that. Went for candle day and manager was nasty and rude she is always like this. Wont ring up coupons..insult you..not help you..but blame you bc she doesnt put any effort at all in helping..she smiles with a smug look on her face. One person was helpful. But she is horrible. At checking out the went off on me in front of others bc I asked about a coupon..really? She shouldnt be in customer service. Everytime I go in...she does this. Very unprofessional...looks like Im not the only one complaining. This store needs training and better attitude. Customers shouldnt be yelled at bc you want to use coupons. She purposely starts an argument ....Im calling corporate again. 👿😡

I have always had a love/hate relationship with Bath & Body Works because of my allergies. I always try to get in and out as fast as I can. The ladies in here were so friendly and helpful. I had an idea of what I was looking for. I told them and the hunt was on. They were bring me different products, helping me find exactly what I wanted. Im from out of town, but I always try to stop in at this location because I know they know their products, and they are so helpful. Thanks guys.... Ill see you again my next trip!

I love this place! They had a HUGE sale and I bought 7 things for $21! Staff was very friendly and helpful, they even tried my coupons for me, even though the promotion was over, but they at least tried for me anyway. Love their candles, but those are the one things I think are a little over priced. All in all one of my favorite stores!

I love that this store always smells incredible! As Im getting older, I find that the body washes smell a bit too sweet for my liking. I think the soaps are too over priced, as well. I have found more luck at target and Walmart finding $4 soaps that I like, opposed to the $12.50 these ones cost.

Visited the store for candle day. They were very busy and was hard to get around the store . Customers seemed to forget their manners at home . Luckily the staff was so friendly . I had 20% coupon in my email but my internet connection didnt allow me to pull up the barcode. The cashier still honored my 20% coupon which I was very thankful for . I saved over $85 dollars on my 3-wick candles.

Great store. A little busy and hard to get around with all the displays. I get that how they make there sales but when a stores packed its kinda silly.

They have some nice stuff, but their decorative products are transient. They wont fit their products for long. Its their way of forcing future purchases, or forcing people to shop elsewhere.

Horrible!! Went in no one greeted me or my significant other. The 3 customer service Representatives stood around talking about personal issues. I really couldnt find what I was looking for since I never go to those type places. Not once did I see them work while in there. My boyfriend I had help me find everything!! Just horrible HORRIBLE CUSTOMER! I WILL BE COMPLAINING TO UPPER MANAGEMENT! ITS RIDICULOUS!!

Staff were all in the back of the store. I had questions and would have thought there would be at least one staff member toward the front of the store to help customers, especially at Christmas time...

This store is awful! Not only did they open fifteen minutes late the other day when shopping there for xmas gifts but the day of their semi annual sale they didnt know what was on sale and what wasnt. All the bins were messed up and very unorganized. Not to mention the deer in headlights look when asked any questions. Very sad, two times in a row. Will glady drive to another one.

I love this place, they have candles, perfumes, bodywash, hand sanitizer, and everything is great, but what I consume most there are the creams and environmental flavorings. I like to wait for the offers that are published in my email and thus I take advantage of a better price 😊.
