Horrible customer service always drop phone condition from Mint to good not matter how perfect phone is.Sent my phone in twice to sell and it was returned for excuse 1st time and then refused the second time with no reason. You can research they have been turned into better business bureau several times. A company this small with this many complaints isnt a good one... Stay clear!
