Do not go to this store!!! You will receive the absolute worst customer service. They were rude and unprofessional. The girl who helped me was clueless. Maybe she was new? The other girl was so busy flirting she couldnt be bothered to help. I wouldnt care if Metro was offering free phones and service, I would NEVER go back to this place.

Gloria was rude and let me know that Google and the door is wrong. They close at 6:50pm on Saturday.

I used to come to this store for the customer service but that has quickly taken a turn for the worst the new employees have no training/knowledge whatsoever.. I bought a 5g phone a few months ago from this store and it suddenly wouldn’t power on. It was in perfect condition and the store employees did not offer any remedy to my issue. Instead they insisted I switch to boost mobile!. I won’t be coming back to this store again

Staff were super fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. They had a line when I walked in but they got that line under control and took care of each person like a pro. But also was so surprised how quick they were when setting my new service up. Definitely would go out of my way to visit this location just for the great customer service provided.

I love T-mobile always have. however with metro PCS. I was given a cell phone that had the development options modified with over 60 hours of face time already on it my identity was stolen from their too

Horrible service! Girls who work their do not know what they’re doing and have horrible customer service skills! I used to come to this metro all the the time because of Mario and it’s close to me my home but now I drive to the the one across town to avoid those people! Went in to discuss my bill being to high because it was supposed to be 80 dollars, girl with long hair told me I had to call customer service and it ended up being some sort of protection plan that I never wanted! She needs be fired and someone needs better employees!

Horrible service. Went in there to buy a new phone and we waited around for like 15 minutes while they helped 2 people because only one of the computers were working. When they finally got to us both the phone we wanted to buy they apparently didnt have. They asked us if we wanted them to call the other stores. One of the girls called and asked for us but the other one told us to call and ask for help. Both of these girls dont know what they are doing, they have horrible customer service skills.Also I asked if these were prepaid phone and she said no you just come in every month to pay it??Im not sure whats going on here but I would avoid this store at all costs

Mario is great!!! Working by himself and taking care of several customers. He knows how to multitask. He knows what he is doing. Not sure about metro service yet but seems fine in fort Collins so far. Maybe better than Verizon and att. All services sucks in foco because of restrictions on the number of towers and the size of the towers.

Sign says they open at 10 a.m, lady shows up at 10, & tells me to give her 5 mins....i gave her 15 mins & walked away with door still closed.

I switched from Cricket to MetroPCS and i cant believe i was with cricket for so long. This store has great prices on cases and have great coverage here in Fort Collins. Agents here were very friendly and very knowledgeable about their promotions! Come to this location if you want the best service!

This store has horrible customer service only helping with the bare minimum, not even seeming like they have an idea as to whats going on. They never have any good products for purchase they only have old and outdated 30, 50 and 60 ish dollar phones. Ive gone in at least 4 different times and theyve never had an Iphone for sale, and then when they dont have the product Im looking for they send me running around to other stores that ALSO dont have what Im looking for. Too much running around and funny business going on here, horrible store, horrible company. They really need to check their quality of work and not just the quantity of work done.

I came in to get a phone and they went above and beyond my expectations, they helped me set up a google account along with the amazon prime that came included with my plan. They also helped me transfer all of my things from my old phone. The rep mario also made sure i had all of the info i needed and was able to answer all my questions. This is by far the best phone store in fort collins and ive been through them all! lol
