I had broken the screen on my Note 20 Ultra. I called around a few places and this shop was by far the best price and able to get me fixed the very next day.The staff was professional and the repair was great! I highly recommend this store in Fort Collins.

This is the first bad review I have ever written in my life, but I am extremely upset about how my experience was at this location. For as much money as I paid, youd think I could at least get some decent customer service. Yes I had a shattered screen but my phone functioned perfectly. After a week and a half of trying to get my phone “fixed”, I finally got the appointment. All it took was some lack of communication, disorganization, and unclear prices! They lost my payment, information, and forgot to order my screen. Yesterday I went to pick it up and shortly after, my phone kept restarting, the screen went completely blank, and it was unresponsive to touch. They told me they have a 90 day warranty that would cover any malfunctions of the phone. Within hours of picking up my phone, I noticed the screen had a slight scratch on it. When I went in 20 hours later to tell them how my phone was malfunctioning, the male who assisted me was very rude and unwilling to help me figure out what is wrong with my phone. He immediately blamed the scratch for why my phone was acting up, claiming I must have dropped it. Had that been true, I would not have bothered to go in AGAIN to try to get my phone fixed. He told me he was going to have to order a new screen, proceeded to take it to the back of the store, and returned with the news that my warranty is useless due to this barely visible scratch. Ultimately, I am left with a malfunctioning phone and $300 less in my bank account.Take your business elsewhere and hopefully you are taken care of as a customer should be.Below is an image of the scratch that invalidated my 90 day warranty and my brand new $300 phone screen!

Highly recommend! Went in to get the screen fixed on my XR, and the guy who helped me was super nice! He explained everything about the service, price, and warranty super thoroughly. On top of that, they told me it would be done a little before 6 pm, but possibly earlier. They ended up having it done by 2:45 (I went in at 2:15)!

After my Verizon insurance sent me through a runaround to try & get my screen fixed, only to invoice me over $100 for repairs & be without a phone for 4 day... I went to these guys & they had my phone fixed that day at a lesser cost!When I go back from Mexico, I noticed my phone was having difficulty charging due to sand getting in it & I ran over there & they gave it a quick 5 min fix & handed me back my phone with no charge!!! Claimed that their corporate website doesnt work and that any appointments confirmed online are not being honored because theyre unavailable due to staffing shortages. I showed up for a first come first serve appointment first and they wouldnt allow me to get my phone fixed even though I had an appointment booked.

I brought an iPhone X in to replace the battery- they took time to check the settings to make sure a placement was necessary. It was, so I made an appointment, easily rescheduled when my day shifted and dropped it off to be fixed in less than 2 hours. The lady (Kat or Kathy) was extremely helpful and friendly while I checked out. Ill definitely use this shop again!

Just wow. I arrived an hour early to my appointment. Took 5 hours, they couldn’t repair the phone so they had to “give me the phone back in its original condition”. There is a weird dot on my screen now, my fingerprint reader doesnt work either. I get they ran into problems, but i would think they would make it right rather than down playing the added issues. The screen was cracked which is why I brought it in. just really disappointing that nothing could be done and I’m worse off now. Very disappointing

My phone was literally destroyed. I had a minor crack on my screen and brought it in for repair, it passed all of the initial diagnostics, and somehow the proximity sensor was broken by the shop. They told me that it was broken with the screen ( I could still type, text, & had full use of my phone after the screen broke aka that sensor was working & passed their own tests) and was given back a useless phone with no help with a rental or any type of assistance. UnbelievableUpdate:Tried calling after they reached out after my initial review telling me to call. was on hold or 20 minutes and after getting a very nice human, he told me that a specialist would have to get back to me ( I just want my insurance deductible back). No one ever called

Had some screen issues with my brand new S21+, the screen would remain dark and unresponsive, despite the phone vibrating when plugged in or restarted. I found it was still covered under Manufacture warranty, contacted Samsung who guided me here to get it repaired. Scheduled an appointment. Both the website during scheduling, as well as the confirmation email stated, Arrive between 10:00 and 12:00; i arrived shortly after 11:00 and was told i had missed my appointment? The man at the counter was rather rude and condescending, only help that could be offered was to reschedule the next day at 12? He did say a phone call was made to me around 10:00, which i do appreciate, but my phone is broken, hence the repair; How am i to answer? Lost an hour of my work day and an hour of my pay, just to drive there and back, with what had remained a broken phone. I am not appreciative of the service in which i did not even receive. I did get lucky, however. My phone has recently began working again, so i was able to cancel my new repair appointment. Should my concern return, i will look elsewhere.Also may i suggest: your website states Walk-ins are accepted and encouraged; that statement should be removed. If you claim i missed my appointment, why not treat me as a walk-in client?*Edited for their reply; i scheduled through your website, your personal website. Went in when Verizon couldnt get my phone to accept the charger plug-in. They had it cleaned out and charging quickly, and didnt charge me!

Worst costumer service. Drove down from Wyoming for an appointment set up that the email confirmed was for us to show up between 12 and 3. When we got there around 2:30 we were told that even though the email said 12 we were suppose to show up at 11. Then they said there was absolutely nothing they could do and that we just missed out. Highly recommend not using this business.

Don’t really recommend this place. I payed $190 back in October 2020 to get a cracked iPhone screen replaced. 5 months later the screen completely detached. Screen wasn’t broken or damaged, but for some reason it completely came off. I took the phone back to this place hoping they would repair the screen since it was obvious it wasn’t attached the right way the first time. I expected them to back up their work and take responsibility of the issue, but instead they charged me $136 when I didn’t have nothing to do with the screen coming off. If I had known the screen was gonna come off in a few months, I would’ve saved the $326 and put it towards a new phone.

A lengthy review, but I want to share my positive experience. I have a HP Spectre X360 with a severely swollen battery. So much so that it was pushing the sides of the device apart and the buttons and track pad up. I reviewed HPs support community and called their support line and my PC was not included in their recall. The HP support person said this was not a common problem with my model. They quoted me $400+ to send the PC in and have it repaired. After reading online on the HP Support website, they suggested while the battery did not pose a hazard, I should stop using the PC. ubreakifix is an authorized HP service provider so I drove to Fort Collins to have it looked at. I have the PC plugged in 99% of the time, so having a battery is not critical and I read the PC will work plugged in with no battery. I didnt have an appointment, but Kat and John? were able to take a look. After a quick chat, they offered to open the PC up to take a look. I was right, the battery was severely bloated. They removed the battery and offered to dispose of it properly for me. They gave me the name of a website to order a new battery if I chose. They then put my PC back together and showed me the tools I would need to replace the battery myself. They did all of this free of charge. The whole process only took 15 minutes and they didnt provide me with any new parts, but I was still shocked they wouldnt charge me anything, especially since I was staring at a potential $400 charge from HP. I was extremely relieved to have the battery out and not potentially doing additional damage to the device. Kat was very pleasant and I will give them future business before I go to HP or other companies for my computer or mobile issues. Thanks again!

The WORST!!! The manager, currently John, is rude, disrespectful, aggressive, and unstable. The customer agents are unhelpful and unwilling to assist with basic tasks like retrieve a claim to have a phone fixed for them to make money. The manager did not like that there was talk about speaking with the owner and became unglued when suggested (yelling and then hanging up). Ultimately, there is better customer service at other phone repair locations and I will not recommend this location ever.

I havent been there yet but when I just called to find out prices to fix my phone the lady was really friendly and not fake phony friendly but genuinely friendly and professional and totally helpful with all the questions I had about how to fix my phone and what I needed to do till I can get it done. She gave me some valuable tips that I wouldnt have discovered elsewhere or learned on my own that they were good to know... She knew what she was talking about, and I dont even feel like I have to Google it just to make sure either! I definitely will go here when Im ready.

Im very impressed with their service! My Google Pixel 4A screen had been cracked and needed replacing. They were able to take my phone before our set appointment and had it finished before they originally said, which is always a bonus! We looked up another cell phone repair store and the price was literally doubled and they didnt have the part in stock, and the other place we checked only did Samsung and Apple phones. uBreakiFix had the part in stock and fixed it beautifully.

Called and asked about a phone repair for a few phones because corporate says they offer multiple discounts for phones... Tried to setup an appointment over the phone, I think the guys name was Travis. He laughed at me and told me some insane price for the Repair (like $700), then told me to just come into the store because it was to much work to setup an appointment over the phone because he was busy. Ask to speak with the manager and he told me no!! Will not be bringing any kind of business to you guys ever! Absolutely not how you do any kind of business! Will be contacting corporate about this matter !

I took my phone in to fix the charging port, and it turned out I just had to have it cleaned out. No charge awesome news! I will be bringing back my phones here! Super fast and it was affordable if I had to have it fixed! They know what they’re doing!

I scheduled an appointment on a Friday for the the following Saturday. I called Saturday morning at 11:10 to make sure my assurion claim was all set up and that 12:30 was still alright for an appointment. They told me everything was setup and that 12:30 worked. I drove an hour to make my appointment on time. When I arrived, they informed me that the system that they use was updating. They werent sure when it would be ready and said it could take a couple hours. Instead of calling me, after finding out about a system update, they wasted my time. It was terrible customer service.

Every time Ive needed to fix a phone related issue Ive gone here or done it myself, and let me tell you theyre better at it than I am.Across three different cities/stores uBreakiFix has always had great service with incredibly knowledgeable technicians, who by the way have never talked down to me which is pretty common in some areas of tech support.

I had my screen replaced about 3-4 weeks ago. After getting it back I noticed that the screen became unresponsive and the only way to fix it was locking and unlocking the phone. It also randomly would just be a black screen sometimes after unlocking but would be fixed the same way as the unresponsive issue. After a week I finally had time to drop it off and they replaced it. This time the responsiveness issue was fixed but the black screen still happened sometimes. I decided to just deal with it as it’s an easy fix and I didn’t want to risk the unresponsive issue again. A week later and the phone dropped on a soft surface from a normal height. A fall that if it was an actual good quality screen would not have been an issue. I went to have them fix it again and they told me this cannot be warrantied and I would have to pay for a replacement again. The guy was very rude to me and refused to help me. I was going to have them replace it but he said were full today come back tomorrow and started walking me out. He didn’t offer to schedule an appointment or anything. I’m glad he rushed me out though because now I’m glad I won’t be giving them anymore of my money. I’d only recommend this place if your phone is already on it’s way out and just need your phone to last a little longer. The screen will break again shortly and you’ll be paying for another repair.

Ive had good experiences here. Im pretty good with my hands but Ive done battery replacements on small electronics with mixed results. I didnt want to trust my phone to me. In both cases (screen replacement and battery replacement) uBreakiFix did a great job. They arent cheap, but I didnt want to mess up my expensive phone. Now I get a couple years more life out of it!

First they didnt save my appointment, so they had no record of me in their system. Then I had to rush to get to them on their time. Then they refused to discount the fix even though they messed up.

It was pretty painless getting our damaged screen repaired. We filed a claim through Google Preferred Care, dropped the phone off and was ready within 24 hours. I had to drop the phone off during lunch, which is a busy time for them. Just call before you go so you can setup a curbside drop off or at least know how long of a wait there will be. We are happy with their repair, and the screen was warrantied for a year. We will use them again in the future.

I give this place a two because one time I had a good experience but today ruined it for me. Had an appointment right when they opened went in, they didn’t have the part for my phone (wish they called me beforehand to let me know). Then we rescheduled for this afternoon because it was supposed to be in and when I went back in they still didn’t have the part. Super frustrating that both times they could’ve called me and let me know that they didn’t have it rather than wasting my time. The first time I let it slide because things happen, but after the second time it really frustrated me because they knew I was coming back in later. Customer service is everything and a simple phone call would’ve sufficed.

Everything about my experience has been AMAZING. I went in to see if they could fix my rear camera on my XS Max (the actual camera lens.) The manager Kathleen was amazing and even told me they could price match as long as it was in a certain range from their price. The technician that fixed my phone was SUPER nice and fast. This was an amazing experience. My phone stopped charging I called got a quote at about $80 and it would take 2 hours. 2 hours later on the spot they called me back the phone was fixed ultimately I only got charged for labor seeing they only needed to connect some things back together. This was great experience! 1st I called they were on of the only places that had the screen I needed. The person on the phone was extremely kind and helpful. 2nd the cost was almost half of what another place in town was trying to charge me. Went this afternoon after I dropped and shattered my screen a few weeks back and then the screen went black today. John M. helped me, and he was fabulous. Courteous, respectful, and informative! He assured me it could be fixed (I was surprised), and if not I wouldn’t be charged. He quoted me a time frame for repair (just a couple hours) and it was ready when I arrived. Great experience, I was impressed. I highly recommend.

Always drive by, and just figured it was a shady place by the name alone. Received a recommendation and gave it a shot mostly because its close to my office. I was told up front when I called that there was a possibility the screen could crack when taking it off to replace the battery for to how the phone was designed. While Id have to pay for the new screen, they would cover the labor.They figured it would be done in 4 hours based on the work already in the queue. They provided a tracking number where I could follow the progress, and when I checked in to see if they had started, I received a message saying my phone was done 1.5 hours early.I head on in, and the tech said that unfortunately the screen cracked, so I accepted the additional cost in my head. However then they said theyd cover it, since my screen was not damaged prior to bringing it in for the new battery. I was shocked, especially since they told me the rush ahead of time. I havent been this pleased with a new vendor in a long time. They will definitely be getting my recommendation in the future if anyone needs cell servicing.On top of it, they are also an authorized repair company for both Google and Samsung. Excellent experience!

Called them to see how much a battery replacement would cost me on my iPhone 7 Plus and they gave the price with labor and said they had everything in stock. Went over and worked with nick who was super nice and helpful. Asked him about a pressure spot on my screen and said he would see if it was anything under the screen while he was in there replacing the battery. After 30 minutes my phone was done and I no longer had the pressure mark on my screen. Extremely satisfied with my experience here and will definitely be back with future phone repair needs

The closest repair shop for my Pixel was 300+ miles away. We happened to be Near Fort Collins on Sunday, stopped in at about 12:30pm to drop the phone off. We left to go and get lunch nearby as the phone got a new screen and battery. Came back to check on it a few hours later and it was almost complete. Love the fast turn around time and friendly service. Next time we are down in that area going to have to convince my dad to get his back glass fixed on his Samsung. 10/10 Would recommend.

This is a great place to get your screen replaced. I have an iPhone 8 and I didnt like the screen replacement that another local competitor put on (it raised the glass up from the phone and looked/felt like someone put a glass screen protector on it) and it also felt cheap.Anyway, John helped me and was so sweet. He showed me their screen replacement and I liked it so they put it on. The iPhone feels and looks so much better now.Everyone there was very polite when I came in. I did not have an appointment but they fixed it right away. Their costs are quite reasonable, so for people to complain about spending more than $100 on a screen replacement obviously dont know how a business works. Definitely recommend this place!!!!

A small piece of my charger broke off inside my phone. Didnt know that at the time. Couldnt get a charger to connect to my phone. Cat was super helpful and had my phone fixed in 1 hour. Would recommend these guys for any phone issue.

Called their shop at 5:45 and asked if they could change out the camera for me. I ended up just replacing the screen all together because it wasn’t a big price increase and would raise value to my phone. Got a really good deal on it (in my opinion) and the employees who helped were incredibly nice and helpful. Educated me on what was wrong with my phone and what they did to fix it and I’m highly satisfied with my first experience and will be going back for future tech fixes.

This business offers exceptional service! I brought my phone in damaged from water 3 days prior. Phone would not even turn on. While they were realistic that the phone may not be able to be restored, they diagnosed my phone, cleaned it and dried it internally and were able to fully restore it in one hour! Because nothing had to be replaced, they did not even charge me as this all fell under their free diagnostic service. There could have been 20 up sells; but left so refreshed by their genuine and honest business practice! Definitely recommend!!

This place is awesome. I took my phone in fully expecting to pay $100.00. The guy behind the counter worked on my phone at least 15 minutes and refused any money. I dont know any other business that would do that. I told all my friends this is the place to go.

Today I planned on getting my Galaxy S9+ screen repaired. I had called many places throughout Fort Collins. And most of them wanted to charge me well over what I was willing to pay. Not only did uBreakiFix have the cheapest prices, but my phone has never looked this great! I’m very very happy with the service they provide and will definitely recommend them to anyone in the future!! Thank you guys so much!! 😁

They were extremely helpful, kind, and patient with me (as I am not great at technology stuff) and while they couldn’t bring my waterlogged phone back to life, they were so wonderful that I’ll be bringing my next broken device straight to them. Highly recommend to anyone.

Extremely enjoyable experience! They were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about my device. My screen wasnt turning on, and they explained to me exactly what they were going to do to fix it. I didnt pay until we had fully tested that it was working. It took them less than an hour from when they told me what they needed to fix to when I had my phone back. The only downside for me, was that it costed more than I wouldve liked, but overall, worth it!P.S.I am writing this from the phone they fixed.

Cat and her husband are both such great people! My phone broke and I was on call and I’m a nurse so it is very important that I get phone calls when I need to so I was stressing out about not having my phone, they did a rush to fix my phone but yet still did everything thorough to ensure I received everything I needed. They fixed my phone in one hour, it works perfectly and I am so impressed with their quality service

Amazing work. Fast service. Friendly employees. I brought my phone in today because somehow I got condensation in the lens of my camera and some under the screen. I ended up getting the screen replaced and they took care of the camera condensation as well with no additional charge. The price was great and I got it back the same day. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I was dealing with a medical hardship situation for a friend. The manager, Kathleen, was knowledgeable, informative, compassionate and professional. I will return to this store WHENEVER I need to have a repair done on one of my mobile devices. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would gladly do so.
