Came in to get a patched stitched on a top and they where very nice, quick, did a good job and it was reasonably priced. I can’t get over the fact that I did not see one employee in there wearing a mask. Just made me feel uncomfortable

Very thankful for this store!My scrubs for work havent come in yet, and I needed some ASAP. I expected a slim selection with high prices for it being such a niche item, but I was pleasantly surprised with Encores selection and reasonable prices.The two women working were incredibly helpful, personable and even managed to find me exactly what I was looking for!

Asked to get a jacket embroidered, was told it would be a week max. That week turned into three until I finally got the call. No apologies for the delay. Through the grapevine, I’ve been told by multiple people the turnover rate is absurd because they don’t treat their employees right. Lastly, my department asked for a larger order and same deal, one month it will be done. That month turned into four. Also, the order turned out to be incorrect.

The work and stitching that is put on our uniforms are impeccable. High quality stitching, and color pop.

I love my shirts and other apparel I ordered from Encore! Riley was fantastic and kept in communication with me the whole time regarding specifics of my order. The order was completed on the time frame quoted to me and the prices where very reasonable. I can’t remember the name of the gal that was working the front desk when I made my order but she was fantastic as well! Can’t wait to work with them again!

My company, This Efficient House, ordered shirts for our project managers and t-shirts and caps for our crews from Encore. We had a deadline and they delivered on time. The shirts look great, which the owner helped us design and the costs was much lower than I thought it would be. Everybody looks great and I wish I had done this 2 years ago. Real professional service.

We have used Encore for several years now through our physical therapy business. They have done a very good job of having items done on time at competitive prices. If there was anything that was not perfect, they handled it quickly and professionally. I will continue to use them for my printing needs and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested.

They had everything I needed and have been looking for in regards to service industry apparel. Good quality comfortable affordable clothes that will last years. They also do hemming which helps make the garments last much longer not dragging on the floor. (Note: this service will take about a week) I defently will be back and bring my other service industry friends!

If I could give less than one star, I would. Poor communication, broken promises for apparel to be completed. They take took many orders, promise a dat when they will be done and continually fall behind. Extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

They stayed open a bit later to wait for me to arrive. I was looking to put a Dr. costume together and they were more than willing to help.
