C’mon really? They sold me a DEFECTIVE CBD vape pen and will NOT let me return or exchange. Don’t buy from this shop and save your money instead -.- stupid policy...ripping people off...I rather go to another smoke shop where they respect and treat there customer right!

Very nice play to shop at had some pretty decent experiences there. My only complaint is when I was sold a defective botanika and couldn’t return. Check your stuff before you leave. Apparently they have a new policy where if you leave the store they can’t help you. I only left for 2 seconds and still couldn’t get help.

DO NOT SHOP HERE.The owners do not care about customers.They sell knockoff vapes and vapes that dont even work out of the box. They wont help when you have a problem. HORRIBLE Customer Service.They also own Lit SuperSmoke Shop.

Very disappointed in their return policy bought an r and m dazzle didnt leave quite yet and made sure it worked. Didnt light up or even discharge at all. Tried charging it and it didnt do anything went to give them a call and practically said your s**t outta luck

Such an amazing shop with very friendly workers. Brought my puppy into the shop when they first opened and all the employees loved her. I ended up getting a couple disposables and each one was a different recommendation from all the workers that were there favorites, and ended up loving everyone of them.

Horrible staff. I work at 9:30, so like to stop here at 9 before I go in. The only problem is that 3-4 days a week, the staff doesn’t come to open the store. Some 18 year old will show up with keys and be 28 minutes late to open up the store. If the manager ever sees this, I can work 40 hours a week in your business, and do twice as good of a job as anybody you have working there nowEdit: hey, have you guys considered hiring staff that can fulfill their duties and open the store on time? Im sitting outside at 10:39 (an hour and a half after you guys are supposed to open!) and nobody is inside (once again).

This shop is is great, the staff is amazing and they always have “deals of the day” which I really appreciate! Definitely an awesome place to check out.

I would have gave a 4 star review but cant get over how shady they seem. I mean they reported other places during all this just to steal there customers and they seem like they would say anything to get a buck. I was told if I came there the owner would hook me up and he didnt and acted like I was a fool . I know kind creations would have never treated me for granted and they keep their word if they say they will hook you up... dont like doing these reviews but I felt like I should share.

I could not believe what my ears where hearing Ive been vaping for years and even have been in to this exact shop to purchase juices I know the types and prices! I walked in and was told cause they are the only shop in town and that they where double up on these juices! I asked the guy the price of a 30 ml bottle of juice he told me 60$ then at that time another customer walked in and he tried to stall me by talking about other juices when I CLEARLY asked for the candy king bottle three times I finally told him for the 3rd time that I wanted that one and how much was it he still continued to talk about another kind I didnt ask for. Then cause the other customer was still in the store he finally grabbed it and checked me out I paid 18,75 for a 100ml bottle of candy kind strawberry the right price but PLEASE KNOW YOUR PRICES PEOPLE WHO ARE NEW TO VAPING THESE GUYS WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE COVID 19 SHUT DOWN JUST WANT TO LET YOU ALL KNOW!!!! While this was going on the other employee just stood there listening to this man trying to over charge me for vape juice his exact words cause they where the only shop open in town!!!
