The two females where very rude to my kids and myself. We will never be back to this location again.then the one lady was accusing my son who is 5 of stealing. I should have got her name.

I drive past several other stores on my way to work in the morning, and always stop at this 7-11.Lori the manager is always very friendly and helpful with any request I have ever had. The rest of the crew is pleasant and attentive.The store is laid out where it’s a lot easier to find stuff compared to some of the other 7-11’s I have been to, and they always have fresh food, fruit, coffee, etc.Highly recommend this place for a refresh & re-fuel.

Friendly service, and thankfully require masks for entry, but I docked 2 stars for the cleanliness. Their trash cans are overflowing and the bathroom is not clean. Stores need to be more concerned about bathroom cleanliness during this pandemic.

Only place I’ve been to that changes their signs to “bandanas aren’t masks” and “we don’t make the rules we just enforce them” I work in retail and as long as a customer is covering their mouth and nose in some fashion I don’t see the reason to kick them out especially when they are wearing a form of facial covering. Just food for thought

If you walk in with a backpack the staff will harass you about it. I ride my bike to work and my backpack has my personal belongings in it and I dont feel comfortable leaving it with people who probably arent even watching it. Definitely wont be returning here

Going off looks the staff looks like a bunch of convicts. However every last one of them is very respectful and helpful. Always a good experience when I go.They also carry very healthy items that most 7-11s dont.

All I can say is wow! the cashier didnt say 1 word the entire transaction then seemed a little offended when I asked him to move the scanning gun laser out of my eyeline

I go to this 7/11 on a daily basis. It is a very fast and friendly convenience store. It has the little town feel in a fast paced city.

Ordered a pizza along with some other stuff. They packed the other stuff in the delivery bag, but forgot to hand over the pizza to the DoorDash person.

Rude, incompetent employees when I came in today. Not really impressed by the cashiers dismissive and ignorant behavior.

I used to come to the store every single day..Sad to say ill be going outta may way due manager!Couple workers are cool as a fan dont get me wrong.. But i dont have time for ingnorant mangers or wanna be red headed females who cant multi task or do simple task that is in their job description ..Remember Lori you aint the only store that has gas,donuts and energy drinks! Maybe you should get story correct before you decide to confront someone about something that your employee drop the ball on..Ask your other staff members i dont disrespect anyone ever!

Very bad service. I shop here often due to the fact I live nearby and it’s convenient. After today I will never be returning for gas or anything else. I’m boycotting 7/11 all together. I patiently waited 5 mins or so to pay for gas and the two employees working (young blonde white female and young white man with facial hair and bun) literally skipped over me and helped the person who had just walked in the door. Needless to say I walked out and I will not be back. Shame on your employees for providing such despicable customer service.

Employees here are extremely rude and disrespectful. This place is run down and very trashy. I will never visit again.

Male staff became OFFENSIVE when I told him I would wait for another staff because he had been talking to a customer already checked out for several minutes. He became belligerent and said he was on his break and that he was just being kind I helping out. There is a law that states that breaks must be given depending upon hours worked that day. My suggestion is that when staff are on a break that they do not remain behind the counter. I am a customer and staff should never be offensive toward customers. Incident occurred at about 3 p.m. on 5/30/2017.
