I had called at least 5 other places in the area trying to get some embroidery done on a backpack and saddle pad...SAME DAY. No one could help me. I called Kevin at Dakota very early in the morning, left a message with my dilemma and he called me right back. He told me to come in and he would do his best to help me. He fit me in that morning, the gifts turned out AMAZING, and charged me half of what others were quoting. I will always send my embroidery projects to Dakota Apparel. Came in looking to get some hats and shirts, the guy didnt know anything and seemed irritated to help me.Said they would call back with a quote. I fallowed up for 3 days and they wouldnt get back to me with any sort of quote. Finally they said were too busy and to go somewhere else.

Doesnt seem like they want your business. They never return calls, or emails, and act like you are bothering them when you stop by.

Worst service I have ever received. Had my product for a month and had zero communication.

Over a month to do hats and still nothing done...never do business with this company.
